If you haven't unlocked the bootloader you don't have to worry about DRM keys. I think they are present but they only affect xperia lounge and such staff that Sony offers to xperia users...

drm keys are only used for bravia engine . nothing more . if you loose drm keys bravia engine will not work.
but e3 does not have bravia engine.

That list is total bs, sorry but devices that don't get lollipop certainly won't get marshmallow. Even the z may not get m yet, the only lists/website to believe is a Sony one all these so called android experts are just guessing

I am having trouble deciding. Which is better and why?
Modified stock like z2 port or z5 style over cm omni anyday, no camera on cm+omni either yet though progress is being made, but that's just me I don't like many things about cm compared to stockish Android, I like sonys ui and bravia engine x-reality way to much.
