Please try to make Kingroot version compatable with Marshmallow 6.0 MI TV box. Have tried several including 4.6, 4.87, latest 5.0 highest I can get is 26 % after 4 re-tries although I did get to 55% the first time on 5.0::fingers-crossed:[QRCODE]

You need an unlocked bootloader inorder to root / twrp on redmi note 4.

It is basically changing or modifying the boot logo (splash.img) NOT THE BOOT ANIMATION (bootanimation.zip) when the device starts.

It has splash.img and will test it out. Anyone can test this out if it works. It has the tool needed at the provided thread.
