windows media video keeps freezing

hey im using the peters ported att rom and when i use window media player to play videos it freezes and closes, the videos are in 3gp format plz help me get them to play...

I currently use Tubemate which allows you to download videos but only from Youtubes mobile version. Does anybody have an app or method of downloading from the full version of Youtube?
