How to remove "ongoing" line from the notification bar?

im on 4.2.2 galaxy s4 zoom and i cant manage to remove the ongoing image under the clock.
i succeed to remove the "ongoing" text but still the image wont go away.

im working on the file "status_bar_expanded.xml" or maybe its not there to change, you tell me.

[Q] How to remove Themes from quick settings menu?

Do you have solution to remove THEMES from quick settings list?
In Note Edge I was able to uncheck all apps and then quick settings didn't show up.
In S6 there is 0/9 chosen and I don't see possibility to delete THEMES from the list...

how can I remove the following WhatsApp drop-down notification?
I was pretty sure I was able to remove it, but I don't remember how. I would only need the classic notification, without the drop-down message like this:

Hi all, just noticed this when looking at my stock messages app settings under the notifications settings. Its got the separate notification settings for 2 contacts in the actual app settings page. here's a screenshot to hopefully explain it better.
