[Q] Please help, anyone? immediate battery discharge

Hi everyone,
I own a optimus g pro (Korean variant)
about 1 month ago, the device just suddenly got so hot, so i took the battery out. placed it back in, no reaction. I brought it back home and tried charging it. it kept on saying "need to charge more in order to boot". So i did, but unfortunately, i wasn't able to make it boot. It just died.
I thought this was a battery problem, so i bought a new battery, which just arrived today. I placed the battery, the phone didnt boot. charged it, it flashed the message again. I waited, and finally got it to boot. but something wasn't right; the phone was too hot. and it charged tooo slowly.
after observing it for a while, i noticed that even if i stop charging the phone (with battery life of about 9% which i waited for so long to reach) and put it in the phone and press the power button, it wont boot. then when i charge it, it tells me again that I need to charge it more in order to make it boot. so the battery is somewhat discharged immediately, and this annoys me very much. I have no warranty, so i cannot change it or ask for a replacement unit.
Could anyone enlighten me with this issue? I'm planning to disassemble it (as it is of no use anymore) but it would be nice if i could stop this immediate discharge and fix it myself. has anyone encountered this issue on any phone? please help. i need every opinions..
Thank you, cheers to everyone!

[Q] LG Optimus V battery issues

Hi, I bought a LG Optimus V used unaware of it's battery issues until I took it out of the shipment box. The device came with 2 batterys, one fully charged and one that's broken. Despite the fact that one is fully charged, when I insert it into the phone nothing happens the phone thinks it's completely dead but when I put the same battery into my friends phone which is the same model it's says it charged! Is there anything I can do to fix it? The only way I can get it to power on is by plugging in a usb cable to give direct power! I just want it to boot off the battery though! Please help thanks!

[Q] Charger Problems on Lollipop

Hey guys,
I've noticed in the past days I'm having a weird issue on my Moto G GPE running Lollipop 5.0.1.
In order to the phone starts charging I have to reboot it everytime, unless battery level is above 60%. So basically, I've ruled out other possible causes, tried different chargers, I've cleaned the microusb port several times and nothing seems to work. Everytime the battery is below 60% charge and I plug in the charger port, nothing happens, so, I turn off the phone and immediately the screen lights up with the charging battery logo. I turn on the phone again and it is still charging. Could this be a bug or hardware related stuff? I would really appreciate any help on this because it's really annoying having to restart the phone everytime I need to charge it.
Thanks for your time lads!
Cheers!

[HELP NEEDED] LG G Flex 2 H959 bootloop

I started having this for quite a while now.
With charger the phone can boot if it's the LG one (tried powerbank, didn't work)
Without charger it bootloops.
==========ADDITIONAL BEHAVIOR============
Device heats up after a while, making the bootloop worse...
The LG logo keeps flashing.... Won't stop until I pop the device open and remove the battery
What's working:
Download mode
System (used to)
What seems to be broken:
Recovery (Boots to recovery but exits it immediately)
Need help here...
Please let me know what could have caused the issue thx
Update: Planning to get a new battery.
LG G Flex 2 H959
Not Rooted, stock 5.1.1
22/5/18: Given up on repair, its irreparable at this stage
I think your battery is dead, i had the same problem, the phone didn't turn on, only with the charger pluged could be used normally. So i bought a battery on ebay and the problem ended.
Oh thx... Will see if that helps
Any more methods guys??? Need them urgently
Anyone?
BTW, is the flashing LG logo a battery issue?
Just to confirm, yes the battery is the issue. My G Flex 2 (H959) experienced the exact same issue, and was fixed by a simple battery replacement. Remember reading several threads about this as well, and most of the then managed to fix it with a battery replacement
Well thx I fixed it
Bought a new battery
The problem returns.
Now the device won't boot, after using for a couple months.
It randomly switched off when I was watching YouTube. Then it started up again and switched off. Pls help.
Note: I can try to start it again when I pull the battery, but same result. Using the NEW battery now.
I feel like I need to start this thread up again.
I have tried using a air dryer to heat the motherboard. The phone still isnt booting properly. Help needed here.
Your Mobo is faulty and defective, same as 90% of all LG G flex 2 released
Yeah, new battery only fixes this issue for like a month, then it returns. I guess its motherboard failure and it either destroys the battery, or isn't able to charge it properly. Guys in other posts here are posting some fixes with heatgun, hair dryer, baking in the oven etc. I baked mine for 220°C for 10 minutes in aluminium foil... and no ... it just killed the motherboard totally. The phone is awesome, but it only works for a year and a half, then you can throw it in the trash. I had my hands on four of these devices, and they did it all. One is still with me, but just recently it started rebooting out of nowhere, so I guess its just a matter of time before this one dies too.
I gave up on fixing mine totally... Let's hope my G5 doesnt face the same fate

Question Poco X4 Pro 5G battery display stuck at 15%

Hello guys,
My Poco X4 PRO is stuck at 15% after rebooting by itself and showing 1% at first. The charge does not go up when I plug in the charger nor decreases when it's unplugged. Any help please?
Oh and if switched off it won't turn back on until you plug in the charger.
I'm truly at a loss here, already tried safe mode and factory reset. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

maybe a new battery, if you kept using the 67w charger it kills the battery faster. But this phone came out this year next to mine, the note 11 pro 5g, even using the 67w charger is too fast to kill it this soon.
maybe you got the phone wet or dropped it and something messed with the battery.
I suggest trying a new battery, if that doesn't work then it's the motherboard, and you're f'd.
But now i suggest you back up all important stuff asap before the phone can turn on anymore.
(Tangent, not related to solving the battery)
I got my poco x3 nfc wet (My mom got it wet, i gave it to her after i upgraded to the note 11pro 5g couple months ago)
Did the exact same thing as yours, but mine was stuck at 50, and charging wont make it go up just down. So i backup her stuff, and switched it to her new phone cause i need the old phone to be on to receive a text to confirm the new phone transfer.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer. I read on the forum that this bug is pretty common and that you need to reconnect the battery to the motherboard. My phone has dropped to 1% now which is weird. I'll wait for it to die completely and try to calibrate the battery and see.
