LG Q6 is was launched along with competitors such as MI A1 , Nokia 6 etc.. which promise to get Updated to Android P.
Q2 2018 is comming ,Google has released Android P Dev Preview 1
But i still dont get about the Software Updates On LG Q6.
LG is releasing Security updates once in 2 (or) 3months but there is no word for the next android version.
Will Android O come to our LG Q6 (or) Have the chance to get it ..?
If anybody has any info regarding this then please share to this thread
No news for Q6, as far as I know LG confirmed update for G5, G6, V20 & V30, that's it.

It would be a tremendous failure if Oreo did not appear in the LG Q6!
The serious thing is not that it has not appeared yet, it is that we do not know with certainty if it will appear or not.
Yes , for the same range Oreo is started to roll out or will be ,also moto g4 line is getting oreo which is 2yrs old!
Thats one of the reason why LG is Suffering in Smartphone department.
My first LG phone was G2 which worked flawlessly till 2years which got updated from Jellybean to Lollipop.
Expecting the same for Q6, Hope LG will do something by seeing competitors like Xiaomi , Moto , Nokia and all....
There is a confirmation from LG Mexico, in which it states that Oreo will be available for LG Q6 approximately during the month of May.
Just curious.....by any chance will Android Q be available for this device in future??
We will have Q, because the phone came with 9 on it and Xiaomi guarantee 1 major update for every model.
Here you can find the official Android Q road-map from Xiaomi. Note 7/Pro are planned for Q1 2020.
as the title say i can't update my lg v50 lm-V450pm to android 10. when checking for OS update it say m using the lastest software version for current OS. The current version is V450P10L. i know there's android 10 for this model. any solution?

Hello Guys, I Have LG Velvet on Android 11 and I want to upgrade it to 12. The problems is it's the atnt version and I am outside the US. Is their any way to upgrade it to android 12 ? It's LG velvet G900UM and Bootloader is locked.

Go to setting and upgrade ... It officially to upgrade to android 12 ... In a few months it can upgrade to android 13
Hi there the last update I received for my LG is August 10th of this year, it's the LM-G900UM version, I am in Canada, but I have received OTA no problem, just wondering, if anyone knows about Android 13 ETA, and security updates mine is for July,
