Alright so ive tried clean wiping my phone 3 times, 4 recoveries and 5 roms but none of them seem to solve this problem. This happens every 4-5 hours where ik just browing the net with my music on or scrollijg through the phone when the phone freezes and then a blue screen appears. Then i have to manually to to recovery and selwct normal powerup. Im presently using 4.4.4 stock with xposed framework and philz touch CWM recovery. Ive tried cleanwiping user plus system data and pushed the roms through adb to ensure a clean install. I just dont know what the problem is. Ant help appreciated and thanks in advance
I have also the same problem, but on stock 5.1 motorola firmware. any help?
i also have the problem.. i think its a hardware problem.. i also teird different roms.. no use..
I am really not sure what happened to the phone but I will tell all I did that might have connection to the current sitiuation.
I rooted the phone a while back , no issues with root.
As internal memory is low on this phone (4 gbs) I used link2SD.I have used in past with other phones never had a issue but this time the apps which were linked magically disappeared and some wont start saying " Application has stopped working " , So I decided to , oh wait I forgot I also had TWRP custom recovery on this phone too , no issues happened with it either, yet. So I decided to restore to a backup I made with TWRP a few days ago, I have previously done this thing and it worked perfectly unlike this time.I booted to recovery then restored to that backup but when I booted back the device wouldn't start! All it was showing was the boot screen(circles moving in weird pattern) I waited around 3 hours then I decided to factory reset , I took out the battery (BAM I did a mistake here I guess) went to recovery did a normal factory reset then again I was at the boot screen looking at circles This time I gave a around 10 hours but it still didnt load up , then I took out the battery again next what I see it when I try to start my phone NOTHING WILL HAPPEN only screen turns on for like few miliseconds showing only back screen (NO KARBON LOGO OR ANYTHING) and goes off again. I tried pressing Vol Up and choose recovery mode but it wont let me go in recovery it turns off again as soon I choose okay (RECOVERY DONT LOAD AT ALL NOT EVEN THE LOGO). Please explain what happened to phone and how can I fix it. :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:
Go To Karbonn Care

Same thing happed to me with my sparkle v and now its not even receiving stock firmware via sp flash tool

Hey can you please help me.I have karbon sparkle v.everything is on stock.after marshmello ota updates the phone was little bit unstable .many google apps were getting fc. Recently in decided to factory reset my device.after factory reset I can't get past the "checking connection" screen that we get after factory reset. There is no option to skip that to as usually it is available in other devices and ROMs.can u please tell me how can I fix this.can I flash stock 5.1 via stock recovery ?or maybe 6.0.1 again? I can't bypass the screen so I cannot switch on USB debuinging else everything would have been OK ?.please suggest something
So I was testing custom roms yesterday but decided to go back.
My old lockscreen pattern wasnt working so i googled it and deleted lockscreen.db
After that the phone booted corrctly but after i choose language it gets stuck on just a sec screen.
I tried reinstalling the rom but nothing seems to help.
Any ideas or how to just skip the setup wizard?
You probably messed up your encryption , wipe data and do a reset factory then.

I faced this problem and solved it by factory reset without flashing twrp after reset

Hello, so after I install a custom ROM, after 2-3 weeks of using it, my phone gets stuck, and then reboots. After the reboot, the phone acts weird: no notifications are shown, home/recents buttons not working, some apps not working and not locking and some options just reset.
Thank you in advance.

?? Yep i know this thing few symptoms were shown on my osprey so it happened to me bz i just to test many custom rom and many time there residue remain uncleaned even after many twrp formats (it weird but i think this happens) so try clearing your intenal storageand (no need to clean memory just remove it) even remove you sim crad and memory cards
flash a recovery from your current recovery if there is not update just reflash the current recovery and then just make it a reboot to recovery ( msg will pop up no os found but there will be no issue if you're rebooting directly to the recovery)
So after reboot put your memory card in phone where you will store your rom and gapps ( if memory not detected just reboot to recovery one more time) puff install things let your sim cards in enjoy your rom
If this thing failes go install stock firmware its an ultimate solution
i finally flashed the stock os, hopefully no issues now!

The same issue happened to me yesterday
So, now I am trying to clean flash the custom rom first
I've been running a Lineage OS PIE version on my Moto G3 2015(Osprey) XT 1541 for several months now and not a single problem.I think it's a Fantastic Custom rom that you might like to try,
http://www.droidthunder.com/android-9-0-pie-on-moto-g3/
Note:
Before installing any Custom rom do a,"Nandroid" backup and then a Factory Reset.
Then once the rom has installed and before setting the phone up do another,"Factory Reset".
I've found this the best way to make sure the install is really good and clean
I have tecno f3(pop1) an MTK phone that freezes after boot then reboots constantly, I reset it but no luck, the problem even persist after flashing it. even the pin code still exist after flashing it, and it behaves like it never been flashed with the same problem. any fix, please?
