Hide Navigation Bar in UI3.0 - Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Questions & Answers

Hello,
My phone updated last night and I lost the ability to hide the navigation bar for my Fluid Gestures app to work correctly. I have granted secure permissions again and checked several other apps and none of them seem to work. How do I hide the navigation bar in the new One UI 3.0?

Go to settings --> display --> navigation bar...?

I meant hiding it and disabling it completely for tools like Fluid Navigation, etc.

[Q] Hide Softkeys but keep Notifications and Quicksettings?

So I've been looking around but have found nothing. I'm using LMT launcher on CM10.1 and I just want to hide the Nav bar but still be able use notifications and quick settings, I've tried enabling expanded desktop but that hide the notifications, I also tried using Gestures to open the Nav bar and the notification button in PIE, but if the desktop is expanded it won't work. And Help??

Swipe Navigation and screen overlay problem.

I use Swipe Navigation to operate my phone (LG G4 h815, MM Imperium ROM). I disabled navigation bar after the edit build.prop. When I try change some aplication's android permission cropped popup "Screen overlay detected". I checked this and it is Swipe Navigations fault. When I disabled this I can't use phone because I haven't navigation bar. Switching navigation bar before each change permissions is realy onerous. Is any way to solve this? I converted Swipe Navigation as system app.

Disabling vibrate/silent notification icons

I've just noticed after updating to 5.1.7 (I skipped .6) that I have a vibrate icon in the status bar (I am in vibrate, so this isn't in itself odd). However, I can't seem to find a way to hide it. I checked Settings / Status Bar / Icon Manager, but it isn't listed there.
I am rooted with magisk, and have xposed, if there is a simple workaround that anyone can recommend.
(While I'm posting, I really wish I could move the clock over to the right too.)
Thanks!
Systemui tuner in app store might be able to do that
Thanks, that worked! I toggled off "volume", and it took care of both.
Thanks for helping! There's no "vibration" option in System UI Tuner makes people so confusing...

Oxygen already allows to hide things in the Status Bar, under the Display options, you don't need a third party app On custom ROMs, depends on the build though !

I'm on Hovoc, which supports disabling Status Bar icons long time ago
But no matter using ROM or SystemUITuner to disable icons, the "Vibrate" icon always showed as the name of "Volume", which makes me confusing lmao.

Status bar is hidden

I have no idea how I dit it, but my status bar is hidden. It only shows up when I pull down from the top of the screen. Looks like my phone is in full-screen mode or something like that.
Any idea how I can get my status bar back? I can't find anything in settings.
Did you try rebooting your phone ? Also, is it also happening on the homescreen ?
U activated immersive mode

Yes, I rebooted the phone allready, but that doesn't help. It's happening on all screens and in all apps.

Did you install an app called "navbar" or even "Fluid navigation gestures" ? If not, try to change your navigation method by going into Settings -> Buttons and gestures -> Navigation bar and gestures, and select another method. Then, comeback to the three buttons method and see if the problem still occurs

Thanks for helping. I haven't installed those apps. If I change my navigation method, even the navigation keys are hidden.
I fixed it with the adb commands in this thread; https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7-pro/how-to/immersive-mode-t3936671.
Thanks for trying to help me
Glad you found a solution using ADB...however, there is a setting that will hide the NAV bar...go to settings > Buttons & gestures > Navigation bar & gestures > Navigation bar customization > 2nd toggle from the top = Hide the navigation bar.
Using the search feature in settings can help you find all sorts of various settings.

That makes no sense...why would everyone else have that option and you don't?
After you get to the last page = "Navigation bar & gestures" are you saying that at the bottom, under "CUSTOM SETTINGS" that there is no option called = "Navigation Bar Customization????
If not...then I don't know what to tell you...something is amiss here.
You need to choose "Back, Home, Recents first...then it will show up.

I found it, but I use gestures. That's why I didn't see it. But still no option to hide the statusbar. Only an option to hide the navigationbar. But that wasn't the problem . My statusbar was hidden, not my navigation bar.

Can I somehow hide status bar when opening an app?

I want to go full screen when open an app. I already hide the navigation bar at the bottom, I want to hide the status bar at the top as well, without installing third-party apps? Is it possible? (no root).
Thanks!

Try full screen display combine with full screen app.... Some app have settings to completely hide the status bar... Some just make it transparent....
