[Request] Attentive display for Cyanogenmod

Hello,
Did anyone find how to put Attentive display or an equivalent in Cyanogenmod 13 ?

This feature, available on stock, keeps the screen awake while we're looking at it, and it uses the IR sensors to be battery efficient. That's why I was looking for this app.
Any help would be appreciated

Previously this feature called "User Aware Display" was in CM12.1 (Lollipop) for Quark but was removed by the dev as it stayed on even when it shouldn't.

Okay. It's sad to hear but not a big deal. I miss this one but the other Motorola features work surprisingly well in Cyanogenmod.

Yeah, I saw that ! I would like to know if it's stable. Because I guess that if it was the case, it would be merged back into CyanogenMod...
The straight way would be to test myself, but I don't have time for now and I don't know how to reproduce the bug !
If someone has some information, feel free to post about it...

It works. I dont like it because it stays on if something is in front of it. For example i threw a shirt on my phone and it stayed on. My solution for that is increase the screen on time to 2 minutes.

Whatsapp Stickers are showing as blank on new, stock rn7 pro

Just for my new redmi note 7 pro, and All the Whatsapp Stickers show as blank. (Check the screenshot)

Reinstall.
Turn off miui optimizations.
Turn off battery optimizations for whatsapp everywhere that i could find.
Updated to the latest miui.
Any help at this point will be appreciated

That's a bug everyone's facing who are on the latest beta but it's not because of the devices it's due to the latest WhatsApp beta. There's nothing wrong with your device. WhatsApp will release the fix soon. Don't worry. If you need the stickers badly, I suggest you to either exit beta programme or install older version of the app from apkmirror.com

I couldn't find any threads discussing this issue so i pinned it on miui, and was confused when nothing was wrong there
can confirm the latest stable version of whatsapp has stickers working

Android 10 update kills Daydream compatibility

Just like that, without any notice or warning, Daydream no longer works on my S9+.
The same applies to S9 and Note 9, which used to be perfectly compatible with Daydream, but now all you get is this:

Note that the scene behind this dialog window is actually perfectly rendered, and the phone itself is using the "low motion-blur" screen mode.
The problem is, in Android 8 and Android 9, these phones have defined a system flag "android.hardware.vr.high_performance", which is no longer defined on Android 10.
This is a Samsung-specific problem, as Pixel phones running Android 10 can still use Daydream perfectly (as reported in this Reddit thread).

Another ****ing moronic screw up of Samsung devs... did you post on their forum and report this via Samsung members ?

I did report via Samsung Members, and their first response was: "We don't actually develop the Daydream app. We'd recommend contacting the developers of the app, so that they can begin implementing a fix.". Disappointing to say the least.
I've followed up with some technical details (mentioned the same system flag), let's see if that helps.
I'm not sure which forum should I post this at, can you give me a link, please?

Isnt daydream a google developed service? Maybe they didnt update their app for the update pushed to our devices?

The app version doesn't matter: if it detects that the device doesn't specify the particular hardware flag I've mentioned, it won't run.
Samsung has removed this flag in Android 10 for some reason. All they need to do is to add
Code:
<feature name="android.software.vr.mode" />
<feature name="android.hardware.vr.high_performance" />
to /system/etc/permissions/handheld_core_hardware.xml, and it will work again. Google can't do it for them...

Typical Samsung... The support doesn't even ****ing read the messages !

Maybe if you send another message on Members just mentioning that they missed the flags (I mean keeping it short), maybe the support will actually pass it on to dev team ?
Maybe also don't mention daydream so it won't confuse the support with another app and a third party developer ?

Samsung does not have this problem. xiaomi and huawei completely reduced edge sensitivity. It does not rise. There is software blocking.

What's up with you and screen, this is like third thread you made with same sh...t. who cares? It's good phone, if somebody don't like it, sell it and buy another one.

Here, fw and patch shares are made. There are developers here. There are suggestions and requests. People who receive other phones every day are not here. They are using Amazon .com only.
If you don't like it, go. The camera of this phone is very nice. that's why I bought it. But this screen is tiring. I am having problems with all the graphics programs I use. If it is an uncorrected problem, I will sell it.

My point is that you already wrote about this, and it's 3 thread about this, and you spam another thread also, and it's look like you are the only one who has that problem. So maybe try to send back your phone if you have warranty?!
There's a lot smart people here but is free will community work, and if this is not common problem no one will sitt and tray to fix your problem, that is probably hardware issue. If you have a knowledge a time and resources to fix this problem, then do it and share it if you want to share. Don't spam the forum.

Question Does the OOS13 update fix the storage issue in OnePlus 9 ?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a US model LE2115 OnePlus 9 and I saw that many people have storage full issue, Is the problem fixed now ?

Curious about this as well. Went to a custom rom for this reason.

StagOS 12. Developer is working on 13 right now but there's some issues with data and it's still in beta. It comes with a safetynet fix so no need to deal with Magisk if you don't want to. It's not perfect, PNC bank and Netflix refuse to run, but Google Pay and every other banking app and brokerage account I use works. The Microsoft Authenticator I need for work runs without issue as well. It has Pixel exclusive things like AI screen calling. And the system takes up a diminutive 6.1G. OOS12 was sucking down a quarter of my memory and the "Other" folder was growing every day.

Nope, it still seems to use a lot of storage.. I'm going to move to a custom ROM

I think oos13 storage issue is fixed...
I've been using 13 about a few days, It doesn't seem ever reoccurring, original issue was image and audio file system duplicated them as soon as you have one copy on your storage,. Attach my storage screenshot it should be self explainatory .. others category we never get clear answer from OnePlus, but at least is not doubling image and audio..from what I understanding this others could be Color os extra stuff add on top of original stock a13.

My issue, similar to what cp posted, was Other would keep getting larger and larger. According to LTT, it's OOS storing logs that they never delete.

Is this fixed yet? It happened on my old Nord N10 last month. I want to get rid of my N200, should I but a OP 10T or Nothing Phone (1)? r/OnePlus' Discord isn't being very helpful.
