I just thing to upgrade my phone and I really like it Mi 10 Pro maybe I will wait for Mi11 don't know yet,
But my problem is I newer has Xiaomi phones.
Can some one tell me how often has original updates OTA how long need wait for new OS ( I know that is most irrelevant) or is there any update app to have faster OTA
I just want to compare with 1+ 7T pro.

Just signed up and new to this world. Recently purchased an Oppo Find X2 Pro only to realize it is the Chinese ROM, model PDEM30. Huge disappointment ???
I desperately need your help in either switching to the global ROM or a custom ROM that will help me get rid of the very irritating Chinese apps and allow me to use apps like Google's Find My Device.
Any help or your kind suggestions will be very much appreciated.

I will be the sad one to tell you as no one seems to want to do so: there's no way to switch to Global ROM on PDEM30 model
The only thing you can do is to get rid of some of the bloatware using ADB but the limitations of Chinese software will stay :/ This community has been trying so long to flash the Global ROM on the Chinese version... without success.
Well i managed to flash the BETA Android 11 on the Global Firmware, and i rollback to Android Q but with CPH2025PU version as the Beta is too laggy and it worked except now my sim card is not detected...
I will try when Oppo will release a new European Firmware

Guess I will be selling this phone. Am very disappointed in Oppo for limiting their phones so much.
Was wondering if anyone is getting anywhere with the A2020N2 or A2020N3 chinese variants of the Axon 10 Pro? I can't seem to find anything aside from the 4g models. I did read a post in my travels that 'Unjustified Dev' was going to release a bootloader unlock for the A2020N2 awhile back but can't find anything more on it.
The phone is great and I was able to uninstall most of the Chinese bloatware but would love to see root so I can push the limits of this phone.
Some info would be greatly appreciated whether it is good news or bad news.

If you go to this website and translate Chinese to English it looks like someone was successful in unlocking the bootloader and installing Magisk to the a2020n2

The claim the tool only works on Android 9 and unfortunately I have already flashed to Android 10 b16 and can't seem to find a way to roll back. I have tried flashing the older zips from the ZTE website to no avail.
If anyone has any other suggestions on rolling back the firmware to Android 9 I would appreciate it.

You can only find the firmware for this phone if you to to the chinese site and translate it.

Anyone on Android 9 that wants to give this a shot? I would recommend doing a full backup so if anything goes wrong you can go back into DFU mode and reflash the original files if you are considering doing this.

Did you actually read the post above... It literally tells you how to find the firmware.
Yes! But the only version that I see it's the v2.2. Is that Android 10? Cause the release note field is empty.
yes, v2.2.0 b16 is android 10. v2.0.0 is android 9.

I have a one plus 9 5g. I want to root my phone but can't find any discussions. Anybody deal with this phone that can give some input.
What Carrier do you have? AT&T for sure won't work with 5G in the USA.

On A-B device and very limited if any custom recovery. Not very likely. And as you can see this device in particular is getting lot less attention then the pro version. You may however find a little more help in telegram groups. But not much more.
Hello. I have seen a few persons asking about how to fix things after an update to Android 12 on the One Plus 7 Pro. Mine is a GM1917 running the Oxygen OS 11.0.9.GM21AA.
Should I just keep ignoring the update? I used to be rooted, now am not, still have an unlocked bootloader, therefore the update for me includes the whole 3180 MB file.
