Hello! I have a Nokia 2.2 smartphone witch I've got second hand. The problem is that it has installed Android 10 and I want to revert it back to 9.0 because I simply don't like android 10. It is slow even after a hard reset and some apps that I use on my tablet (with android 5.0) do not work on it. I don't care about that security nonsens! I just want to do what I want with my phone. I can't even get root access. Can anyone please help me with a flash file or a method to root it?
No one knows how can I downgrade it ?
When I want to downgrade it on recovery mode it said that I can't install older build rom
So what can I do ?

Hey everyone, I've been trying to search for a solution to rooting my OP7 from T-Mobile and I think I have hit a dead end so I went ahead and created this post to ask for some advice.
So backstory: I have a business account with T-Mobile and they allow me to unlock my phone with little to no hassle at all, I unlocked my T-Mobile phone, and my OP7 got updated to Android 11 over night that I didn't realize it happened my current build is: Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1.GM31CB and my model is GM1915.
Okay so I am following this guide: https://www.xda-developers.com/unlock-bootloader-root-oneplus-7-pro/
I have followed through with Step 1, unlocking my OEM, and Step 2, unlocking my bootloader. So for step 3, the guide says to flash TWRP and from what I've read there is no TWRP that works for Android 11 right now so I am not sure if I can do that. Then step 4 is to flash Magisk after booting to recovery, but I am not sure if I can actually do that with TWRP?
So the question I got is how do I go about rooting my OP7? Can I root without TWRP? The guides video also said I needed a bin file of the current OS but there seems to be none available for GM31CB. Curious where I go from here. Can I roll back to Android 10? Do I need to switch over to the international version? and if I did would I be able to downgrade back to Android 10?
Thanks in advance.
Edit 1: I just converted to the international version and will be rooting that way.
was just about to answer you...hope u got it working the international way...i have twrp working...u must flash a zip to decrypt your internal...search or hit me later...i can email it to you or something...and if possible...next time you update to A11 Tmobile can you save it?....can't find it anywhere online...
That guide is pretty outdated I feel like. If you have you phone unlocked through T-Mobile you can simply follow this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...unlock-twrp-root-and-update.3940368/#poststop
It's the one I followed to get my phone rooted + twrp installed.
I am in the same boat, T-mobile decided to push android 11 and rebooted. Android 11 is running fine with all my data intact but i have lost root and recovery. Trying to figure out easiest way to regain root, not worried about TWRP at the moment. Seems like patching the boot.img with magisk is the way to go but I cannot find a download from T-mobile for the full update to extract the payload.bin and boot.img. Is the payload.bin accessible using a file manager on the phone to copy to sdcard then transfer to PC? If not looks like waiting for some workaround or formatting data and starting from scratch
OOO just saw OPs edit, looks like i might be switching over to international firmware too and going that route. Did not plan on doing this today.
Hello. Yesterday i installed latest OTA Android version (TB-J606L_S320030_210923_ROW) and noticed that it is really slow and it has even more bloatware that i don't want. I don't need to root it (because of bloatware removal) as i also need to revert it to default state as it was before update.
1. It is possible to find which version i had before this upgrade?
2. How could i downgrade system to previous version (i think it was Android 10 but i'm not sure)
PS: I successfully downgraded/rooted some devices but as every brand has it's specific way to perform downgrade, i'm asking here. Any advice would help and i'm aware of dangers of downgrading/rooting devices (bricking). In any case, it would be awesome to also link unbricking guide for TB-J606L, just in case It's always better to have plan B.
Update: I found source of roms for my device but i can't recognize which versions are old Android 10 and which are the new Android 11.
There was a huge performance drop on Android 12, so I want to downgrade to Android 11.
Can I flash the file mentioned in this thread (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/asus-rog-phone-5-raw-firmware-flash-file-fastboot-ww-rom.4268331/) on a locked bootloader?
Hello, I suppose you are on WW-31.0810.1226.91 firmware, so in order to go back to A11 you should use the provided firmware from ASUS, which is named ''Version Android 12 to Android 11''.
You download it from this page https://www.asus.com/supportonly/ROG Phone 5 (ZS673KS)/HelpDesk_BIOS/ and will have this name UL-ASUS_I005_1-ASUS-99.0840.2201.226-1.1.102-user.zip and you rename it to a later version like UL-ASUS_I005_1-ASUS-100.0850.2202.227-1.1.159-user.zip that is a completly arbitrary name but will allow to install an older update over a newer one. I can not guarantee this will work or doesn't break your device, because with RP5 is a matter of luck.
Wish You good luck and let me know.
Hi,
After my S21+ updated to android 13, my phone often lost signal, did not receive messages and calls. I want to roll it back to android 10 but don't know how to do it.
I found a few tutorials to find the factory images and do flash-all using adb, but I don't know where I can find the factory images of the S21+.
Please guide me in detail if you can.
Sincerely thank you.
First you should unlock your bootloader from official source.
Then browse through incognito mode via any third party browser about official Android 10 rom package for your device.
Find your device manufacturers website from the results and download the package and update through default updater Or flash using official flash tool (recommended).
Remember rolling back or downgrade Android version can brick your device
Depending on how the device is programmed.
Hello. I installed Android 13 and I am not satisfied. I would like to return to Android 12. I understood that it is possible to downgrade by downloading the related file for Android 12 which will be placed in the root directory of the phone and then downgrade from the local installation. Oneplus support told me that they are not allowed to help me... Can you help me with a link where I can download the official, stock version of Oxygen 12? Has anyone successfully done this before? Thank you.
