I get the following message:
Your SIM card can not be used.
Please make sure your SIM card is inserted and you are in an area with GSM signal and Then restart the process.
You can not use the app while in Airplane mode.

Hi friends. I have a Nexus 5 (LGD8121) which has Android 5.1 (LMY47I) and I'm from Turkey.
So my problem is I can't connect to internet via 3G even all my settings are full such as APN , my Sim card have 3G property and Sim card is open for 3G connection. So I can just connect with 2G whatever I try .
I tried *#*#4636#*#* and tried to choose "WCDMA only" and all my connection are lost . when I try to chose other option such us "LTE / GSM prefered" connection is back but only with 2G so Edge.
I tried open my phone in safe mode too and waited nearly 5 minutes without do anyhing or didnt open any apps but there wasnt done anything and i restarted my phone again. I also tried recovery mode and wipe my all cache and factory reset on recovery mode.
Also I tried to all setting on celluar networks settings but there wasn't changed anything.
My imei is original and I checked it is internet , its registered . So please help me , what I do wrong or what's it problem ? I am about to mad and with that . please help me. I'm open for all advices.

i am at good 3g area. i tried my sim on my other phone and it could connect 3g but my n5 cant connect .
Go into settings. Where it says more press. That will take you to Mobile Networks where you can choose 3or4 g

Dear sir, i have a problem. iam using sduos 7562. i tried service mode options with *#197328640# code..in that i changed some options .but i dont know what i exactly changed... now present my mobile lost wcdma signal.. i.e when my mobile is in wcdma only, it showing no service. i tried with different sim cards. i did flshing also....and when inserted some 3g sim signal is ok but when mobile is on , it automatically shut down. .. so please tecll me solution

My both SIMs are detected by my Qmobile A600 phone. most of the time these both SIMs show netwrok response and work normally but some times both SIMs simultaneously stop working and there is no network response. both SIMS indicators show X (cross).
How can i resolve my issue.
my phone is not rooted and is with original firmware.
What should be my preffered network type in Pakistan (using *#*#4636#*#*)

My yuphoria 5010A is unable to detect 2g networks however 3g and 4g networks work fine as a result I am able to use only one sim at a time which is on 4g or 3g network the other sim which goes on 2g mode doesn't show any network.
Tried hard reset installed custom ROMs.
Flashed stock firmware swapped sim cards but nothing helps.
Tried download qcn file but it shows error, because the available qcn files are of YU 5010 model and not my model which is yu 5010A
Please help
