i have problem music playing through small speaker but not through bottom speaker. And also have problem with bluetooth speaker its not working , connected but not playing through bt speaker.
And problem with microphone other ppl hear me very poorly.
Where can be problem?
I using original firmware.

The sound stops working when I use the headphones to call VOIP, suddenly when the headphone is removed the sound does not come out from the loud speaker instead it comes from the ear piece therefore the sound is very low any help
Very bizarre problem developed:
The lead vocal track when playing any audio is barely audible through headphones. The instrumentals sound fine, but then when the lead audio enters, it almost sounds as if it is eminating from a distant echo chamber. Background vocals sound louder. Doesn't seem to matter what the source or app is. I can listen to a podcast and the lecturer/speaker is also inaudible. The problem doesn't exist with BT streaming or when playing through the speaker. The headphones work fine in other hardware.
Any ideas?

is your plug plugged in correctly? maybe some dust got in your 3.5mm jack

I'm facing problems with my z5's speakers.
The bottom speaker is producing very very low sound approximately near to zero but the upper speaker is producing right sound while playing music but when i call somebody the speaker starts trembling like it is damaged but while playing music it seems fine
The speaker is loud when i listen to music but when somebody calls me, the ringtone volume is very low,,,even i can't hear it.
I don't know what happened.
My os is android 7

when I connect to the Anker Soundcore Motion+ bluetooth speaker, only the voice is heard in the two right diaphragms. However, when connecting to Honor Play, they all play, so the speaker is good.
When im playing sounds on the phone, the upper speaker is inaudible, only the lower one plays. On the other hand, during a phone call, the top speaker is quieter than before, but I can hear the interlocutor. Is it supposed to be like that, music is only played from the bottom speaker?

Hi everybody, all of you know that bottom speaker's place isn't comfortable for using phone in landscape orientation. In this way while gaming I have to turn the phone over so that the bottom speaker is on the left, but then audio channels messed up (if in game sound came from right I will hear it from left). If turn phone back (bottom speaker is on the right) - channels are correct. That anomaly appears only while gaming (YT Vanced works correctly). Is it firmware bug or can I configure it in settings?
Get the Buds+ and be happy... or some better LDAC based headphones or earbuds.
Or maybe bt speakers.
