[Q] How do I find the system/media folder on my Droid X?

My Droid X is rooted and I was wondering how I could change my Boot up Animation. I've read you have to copy and paste in the system/media folder to replace the old Boot Animation.zip but I can't find the system/media folder. I am running Gingerbread on my Droid. If anyone could help me solve this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
You have to use root explorer from the market to access that directory on your phone... you can navigate to your SD card and copy the file then back to the root directory, in there there is a folder called system, then subfolfer media... in upper right corner is a button that says mount r/w change it to r/o and paste file, overwrite existing... all set

Root Explorer is not the only file manager that can do this.
There are a number of root enabled file managers in the market. ES File Explorer, Super Manager, Jrummy's ROM Toolbox. Any number of others.
The point is that you do need a file manager that is 'root enabled' to access those system directories.

That's good to know, I didn't know there were other apps for that, I've only used root explorer (I bought the paid version, so I'll stick with it) but if anyone asks now I can give them more options

How to find the package folder of an app?

Hello guys, noob here.
So basically I'm using an app in which I can download videos for watching in offline mode. How can I get those downloaded contents?
(I'm assuming that those videos are saved somewhere in my phone's storage but I can't find the "Installation folder" or "Package folder (for example com.myapp)" of that app in the "Android/data" folder.
It would be of great help if someone can provide a solution to this.
Thanks in advance.

https://www.dl.farsroid.com/ap/ES-File-Explorer-File-Manager-Premium-4.2.4.0.1(FarsRoid.Com).apk
Got the same results as Solid explorer.
Even though I've found the Apk installation folder but I'm not being able to get the "Data" folder containing those Offline saved videos.

Root Explorer will not delete files

My device is rooted and I downloaded a root explorer app so I can access the system files to remove bloatware. This is the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fm.clean.pro&hl=en_US&gl=US
Everytime I try to delete a bloatware folder, it doesn't delete at all. It gets stuck on the deleting process.

As long as you're rooted you can use MIXplorer as it's fully functional on A13..
