Installed anything else apart from ROM? Magisk? Wiped data? Running encrypted/decrypted?
I'm using this ROM since previous update and gotta say rock solid, fast, smooth and good battery. No closing/freezing apps. Running encrypted without Magisk, GPay works without problem

II wiped Data, Caches and System, installed Vendor/Firmware Global 12.30, then the Rom and DFE. I tried also with formatted Data Partition, but no success.

I tried the vanilla build from today and had the same issue as with the build before: Stuck on bootlogo. I did not install Gapps because i want install MicroG. After this i tried the Gappsversion and it boots correctly. So i think, the vanillaversion needs installed Gapps to boot.
I never had this behavior with other roms before.

yeah u need to either flash microG or gapps with vanilla to boot
microG works , i guess there is a flashable zip like gapps.

GAPPS: Open Gapps Project
First time installing crDroid to your Nexus 5X, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (current TWRP recommended)
0) Install Proper Oreo bootloader, vendor, and radio (see above)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
5) Flash gapps
6) Boot up
Root - Magisk 17.1 is suggested. If flashed before the initial boot of crDroid, Magisk will patch boot.img to remove the encryption flag.
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES
None yet. If you have problems report them, with logs. You can use SysLog from the Play Store to pull logs.
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed! (Seriously, if you install Xposed, you are on your own.)
- have modified system files

Before issues should be reported:
1. Rom needs to be clean flashed
2. No Xposed, AKT Profiles, Helix Engine, or other mods, etc.
3. Do not restore any apps with TiBu or Swift or some other app restoring application
4. No Substratum themes installed
If you can still reproduce the issue you're having, Logcat/logs must be provided with your report in order to receive any support.
The rom has matlog built-in which is mostly useful, I prefer that you would use Syslog from the Play Store instead as it will grab all logs and scrub any personal data from them by default.

This is my own modified build of Grarak's Kernel Adiutor app.
I have added a few extras that were missing for sound control, pdesire audio, DCI_P3 mode, and sultan's battery cycle/charge commit.
Also changed the theme, and updated some stuff.
Work in progress but needed something to fully control my kernel.

This is my own modified build of TWRP, currently version 3.2.3-0.
I build it with my rom source so same optimization as my rom, Built and optimized specifically for the OP3/msm8996 SOC.
I built a kernel specifically for this Recovery to maximize the backup/restore speeds and lower the battery usage at the same time.
What once took ~140 seconds to backup system/boot now takes ~70. No loss in functionality, encryption and all that still works fine here.
I've changed the default theme and also ported some features from RedWolf Recovery that I found useful like substratum overlay wipe.

No it doesn't *fully* support substratum, having the full OMS commits in the rom so it works without root slows down the entire rom so I've only included the basic support for it.
By far the best rom for OP3/3T!

Display roundness is a toggle in dragon's den/style. but no way to disable the round qs/notifications/recents without substratum or compiling the rom yourself which i have instructions for on github/gitlab.

Wired audio and dual sim is already fixed? And I am not a developer only a maintainer using Ivans source so if you want something fixed go ask him lol (only if it's a rom specific issue you can ask me) I also don't own the note device so I cannot fix directly issues

Ivan's Lineage OS is fixed now the issues you mention.
If the source of this ROM is the same the problem you said above is gone I think...
The fingerprint registration is not working. Who do I send the logcat to? Otherwise the rom is perfect.

For the first registration you need to tap the scanner quickly rather than tap and holding it.

I'm having the same Bluetooth issue I've read about in the Telegram Chanel where the phone won't ring and neither party can hear the other. Other than that this is a very solid rom.

That was from the XDA template. That is a mistake and forgot to change it, the date of compilation is in the build zip name
i love this Rom, but i cant get Android Auto to work. for me one of the most important apps.
Is there a workaround? please help me

You bring your own microg which you have to flash yourself. The ROM merely allows microg to spoof Google services.

I'm having problems with instalation, i wipe the phone, flash the rom and open gapps but when i try to boot, my phone's stuck on the galaxy note 10 plus boot screen and bootloops, i tried different recoveries, even not flashing gapps but nothing worked

No, this is a different build from sloths. And my build has strict f2fs format.

must format using built in recovery since current builds of twrp do not use correct flags for formatting in f2fs. but after first format twrp will be fine. magisk works fine and can be flashed via twrp after first format using dot os recovery

2.Hold power button to torch and Left right button don't work

Enter fastboot.
Flash crDroid recovery in both slots:

No. I'll be keeping it stock for stability. You can install whatever you like after installing the ROM. I prefer GCam anyway.

Okay thanks! Last one , can we have this in the future builds ? This is from the cdroid for poco x3 pro, some apps like wild rift forcing the 90hz refresh rate even with the auto refresh rate setting (60-90hz enabled) resulting a choppy performance in games .

All major functions seem to be working well, thanks so much! FOD is working for me. Haptic strength adjustment doesn't seem to do anything though, it just reverts back to strong if I change it to anything else.
I partly take back what I said; FOD mostly works, but every so often it seems to not register/unlock and I have to use PIN. But I also had that issue with CrDroid 7 (A11).
