Andlife accident alert

Very good application for our terminals give a major security utility. This application allows us to notify a person of our contact list automatically without any intervention by the user, if we had an accident, which is detected by sensors in our phones to detect the fall and then sends an email or sms with the date, time and position.
I find different uses, for my father, for cyclists who go out alone in the mountains, for those who go on a bike and we're afraid of being stranded on the road if we suffer an accident, in this case the application would send the notice, although we we were in ratios on the road and most importantly would send at the same time of the accident

Does it mean it sends off a text message with your location when the gyroscope detects a sudden change in velocity?
andlife
if it detects a crash checks for 1 minute that there is no motion, to detect false alarms, also used for this gyroscope, magnetic field meter and accelerometer.
If after this analysis there is no movement sends an email or sms with our position.
andlife test
There is a simple way to check the operation, give a strong movement to your hand and then leave it on a table and still 60 seconds the screen will alarm if not deactivated send email or sms.
And then if we repeat the same motion for 60 seconds and continuously move or change your position check that the alarm will not fire
And what happens when I have the accident and no telephone coverage?
to me in the past than to prove it had little coverage, but the minute when the message sent it back without problem.
An interesting application

[Q] I have a problem in the camera 4K mode

Hello guys
When I use put 4k z3 degree temperature rise significantly, then the camera closes in compulsory
Just use the camera in 4K two minutes
In manual mode 10 minutes
In automatic mode and 10 minutes too
Do you have a solution to it?
No. Model is D6616
I'm sorry,,, I use google translation
Its a known thing, almost every reviewer also mentions it stopping at around ~10 mins due to overheating, so don't worry you did not get a defective unit.
Only solution right now, is if you live in a cold area it will take longer before it stops, but basically the answer is no.

[Completed] [Q] Battery temperature too low

Hello
Many of us have the same problem without a clear solution, I know that here are hundreds of post with the same issue but no solution found. I want to solve this problem and help other users.
Symptoms:
- Unable to charge (popup: Charging paused battery temperature too low)
- Unable to use camera flash (Battery temperature too low)
- Unable to charge in off mode (Yellow triangle with a thermometer)
- Thermistor reading up to -25C
Causes and possible solutions:
1. Charging port/flex/board (Dirty, short, broken wire or sensor) (Most of the people said that the problem is solved after clean the charging port with isopropyl alcohol or replace it)
2. Motherboard (Sometimes replace the charging port assembly do not solve the problem. A chemical bath could solve the problem, if not there are some components on the mother board that can be tested and replaced "Really advance technicians") image attached
3. Software (Rarely this problem begins after an upgrade or a change of rom. flash stock rom with odin)
4. Battery (I have read hundreds of post from several forums and nobody solve the problem replacing the battery. Test with another battery before buy a new one. People said that performing a battery status wipe in (home+vol down+power) could solve the problem but I couldn't find anybody that claimed that it works.
Temporal Solutions:
1. Retire the back cover and put your phone one something warm, for example you router. Dial *#0*# scroll down and press thermistor button. connect your phone to computer or wall charger and it should start charging when the CHG/BATT temperature reach -2C or -1C.
My phone normally show CHG temperatures around -7 to -5, but warming it on my router it have reached +6C.
2. Turn off your phone and press home+voldown+power at the same time and hold them until a greens letters show up. Then press vol up and you will see an android icon with the word Downloading..... plug your phone to the wall charger for a while, it will charge.
3. Buy an external charger and another battery and jut keep one of them charged.
4. To solve the flash problem you have to be root user and download Wanam Xposed that app have an option to disable the camara temperature check.
What I am looking for:
I know that should be a way to disable the low temperature warning or set the limits.
Maybe we can create a patch....
I'm not a developer but this problem could be my begining as developer hehehe
I know that the kernel or the drivers in the kernel export the battery temperature readings and status in intents in sys/class/power_supply/ and the JNI (JAVA) batteryservice read that data and make the action (shut down, pause, etc etc....)
Anybody know how to edit batterymanager or batteryervice? It should be via framework....
people said that there is a hidden menu that allow to set the temperature limits but I couldn't find it... its a myth hehehehe.
PLEASE HELP US..... SOME ONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT EDIT KERNEL OR FRAMEWORK ETC ETC.........
Tests:
I opened the phone and disconnect the flex... the battery temperature is fixed in -25C and don't change.... I connect the flex and the temperature is -10C. but constantly.... I believe that when the termistor circuit is open the limit is -25C. Then if the phone is reading less temperature than it should maybe that i due to a high resistance in the flex or board.
My phone is a Samung Galaxy S4 TMO SGH-M919 4.4.4 Stock

Hi,
You need to consider that if hundreds of threads have no solution, then there may not be one. I'd send it in under warranty myself.
But you can ask the experts who own your device for help, here...

Regarding Emotion UI upgrade .. does anyone done it before and noticed any (disadvantage, disappointed results, decrease in battery life, Any improvement) over the default version comes with the phone?
Any suggestion would be helpful..
Thanks for reading, best regards ..

#1 is an update package for the magazine lock screen that changes the set of images that are randomly displayed on your lock screen. If you want to keep the current images, you have to save them in the lock screen by swiping up from the bottom and tapping the heart icon. Otherwise they'll be erased by the update.
As for the fw update, I'm on fw 137 for the L09, so I can't comment.

If you have the magazine lockscreen activated and set it to automatically change the background image (by tapping the "play/pause" button), swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the "heart" button to save an image permanently. This way, it won't be lost when you install the updates.
As vonotny told you, you can save the pictures you like by pressing on the heart icon. After that you can move them in another folder if you like. When they make an update with other pictures, older pictures ( not all I think ) are erased. I saved it all of them and move it in another folder and in my computer.
As for the EMUI update, all I can tell that when I bought the phone I made the update from the B120 version that you also have to B125 and the only downside it's that I doesn't show more than 30 hours in Ultra power plan. IN B120 version it shows up to 60 hours. You can check it out to confirm if you like.
Anyway that it's not real important because the baterry life it's great but if your phone it's new you must have patients the battery life will increase with every new charge. Also don't let your phone discharge completely, if you want your battery to last longer
Battery care
The battery's capacity will decrease rapidly if it is not used for more than 6 months. Do not leave the battery idle for long periods.
Wherever possible, use the battery charger provided to charge the battery.
Do not wait until the battery level is low before charging. Try to charge the battery whenever you can to prolong its lifespan.
Avoid using the phone when it is charging.
After the battery is fully charged, promptly disconnect the battery charger. Charging the battery for too long may reduce the lifespan of the battery and charger.
Do not subject the battery to high or low temperatures or large temperature fluctuations. This reduces the lifespan of the battery.

Hey alex,
You've talked about important thing that i am really want to know about and been looking for
1st. Battery Life
A) I've got the phone on stock EMUI B120 version, and directly start testing the battery life,
(I.) The Maximum Screen On Time = 7h 44m 50s (NO LTE, WIFI ON, BROWSING, WHATSAPP, Clash of Clan) Battery level were 3%
_ So, Running Clash of clan for too long really drain the battery life like super faster
_ Another Screen On Time = 8h 56m 49s, Battery level were 4%, Without intense CoC game.
(II.) Then, I tried to use combination of Ultra Mode & Smart Mode (I'm using Ultra-Mode when i attend university lectures, driving, swimming with friends, things that i basically won't use the phone in smart-mode), while (Using Smart-mode in break time between the lectures, OR when i use it sometimes during the lectures itself, Waiting Someone, etc..)
- I think as results shows that it significant last the phone battery life longer in case if you just don't need to recharge every time every night, as Screen On Time = 5h 45m 46s, Battery discharged since = 2d 13h 19m 18s, Remained level = 23% this percent has extra time of (Ultra-mode 15h OR Smart-mode 7h) as shown in pictures in attachment
2nd. Battery Lifespan
A) Actually i'm keep using the phone until the battery life drain to 3-7% then i switch off the phone before sleeping and plug it in the power adapter, I think some peoples say this way is the best, (Phone is switched off = no background apps running, battery level really does prolong with you more than the ordinary way of charging the phone as I've tried it myself with Samsung Galaxy Note phone as an old experience)
B) The first 50% of battery charging took around 1 hour exactly to be filled faster in the first 50% and total of 2-3 hr for 100% Complete charge.
C) The only drawback is under heavy battery consuming games, such as Clash of Clan (CoC) doesn't last more than 5-6 hr or might be maximum of 7 hours but no more, even without clash of clan and under normal screen on time you wouldn't get more than 9hours doing basically ordinary things such as (WIFI, browsing, whatsapp, open game & close it quickly, calling, watching videos, playing musics etc...).
3rd. AnTuTu Benchmark v5.6.3
_ Take a look into the picture in attachment that is all i know about Benchmark (i'm not experienced on those apps like other people)
4th. Huawei Official Website to download the Rom
_ Actually my region is (UAE) so i can't basically get the ROM I've done what you've said and when click on Phone model > Support > Download ==> I got a white page in the middle of the website showing nothing neither in "Download page" Nor "Manual Page" ,, All i need is to get the orginal ROM that came with my phone which is "B120 version" just in case i didn't like the upgrade of "B123 version" that i got in OTA at the moment! I Would be appreciated if you knew any idea about this or a way to take backup of ROM from my phone directly!
5th. Regarding the Two-XDA Links
First Link ==> It seems to be firmware "B125" does have a problems in showing Maximum battery life in Ultra-mode and Smart-mode while phone charged to 100%, so i will keep away from it as I only have "B123 version available to download but i don't know if it shows the same as B125"!!
second Link ==> Yes, the guy is lucky to get his "Switherland ROM version for LT-10 Model" but i don't see mine when i changed the "Region" as well as I've also commented in the post before but still he didn't replied to me ..
Overall, I'm really appreciate your work by sharing your experience with EMUI Updates and Battery life and Span Guideline .. :good:
Best regards,
has anyone worked out how to use their own photos in magazine unlock?
edit: found it. Swipe up

Gear sport persistent heart rate warning

I'm loving my new gear sport especially with the look, speed of operation and battery life for a full colour display due thanks to Tizen ecosystem. I have been looking for ages for some way to have an alarm when my heart rate goes over say 150bpm. I would like it to be persistent until my heart rate drops below that level again. I did find an app called heartby which does pretty much just what I want except for when the screen times out and it no longer sends me alarms. I have tried to contact the developer, but haven't had a reply yet. I understand that the watch isn't meant to be relied on for any medical condition and don't have a heart condition but this would really help me out. Does anybody know of an app which I could use or a system setting that might achieve this. At the moment I use the other workout option in samsung health. I Just changed my age to an age which will give me the maximum heart rate I want as the zones can't be manually set up but it isn't persistent.
After a long period of time, researching all over the internet & talking to Samsung, I now finally have an app that gives me a warning when my heart rate goes over a set amount. I can program the notification value, vibration intensity & amount of vibrations using the gear watch without having to be connected to anything else.
"Heart Rate Graphic" by Igor Cherneyshov is well worth installing on your gear watch. It's even free. If you want heart rate notification, install this app. Been looking since December for this basic feature.
Thx for your answer Fipoly, i am looking for an app measuring low or irregular heart rate, alarming - messaging/calling contacts/assistance....
I use the SOS feature where you press the bottum button x3 with a 5sec countdown. Don't think you'll find an automatic way of doing it. You can user Monitor by appyhapps for low HR but nothing for irregular as the watch isn't accurate enough.
I'm finding HR graphics is chewing up my battery since the tizen 4.0.0.2 update. Hoping for a fix soon.
I need a vibration warning when my heart rate goes over a specified rate. Can you let me know if you find something.
I just found this app and going to try it out. Unfortunately it costs around $1 but don't mind paying for an app that does what we want. I will update this after I've tried it for a while.
HR monitor plus
By Roger van Hout
Unfortunately the app only works while the screen is on with it displayed. It stops monitoring HR when screen is off or app is in background.
Have contacted designers, but no one has emailed me back at this stage
After time, somehow the heart rate graphic app is now working better on my watch. There was no update of the watch or the app but somehow is gone back to the battery usage I used to get. It's a stand alone app on the watch so should and does use less power than others I've tried. I love the customisable amount of vibrations that you get as you know without doubt that your heart rate is too high and will repeat until your heart rate is back to an acceptable value. The only downfall is it doesn't have a minimum heart rate warning but the more I think about it, I realise that I don't really need it myself.
I was able to get a full day out of the watch with the heart rate graphic running. Still don't know why I only got a few hours with the same phone settings and apps running before, so hopefully the problem doesn't come back.
I only bought the watch originally to get a warning when I went tachycardic without having a non watch looking monitor on my wrist or having to wear a chest strap, so was so frustrated until I found heart rate graphic.
