Last released Gcam - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

Hi,
Can anyone share the last released version of gcam for the S7?
Thanks

Your best bet is to check the Gcam port hub https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/
Look for the Exynos builds / developers.

Can you please share the direct link for the exynos builds?

Go here and CTRL + F for Exynos https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/developers/
I recommend iDan's as I find them the most stable but gcam ports are pretty unstable and I've seen the user experience vary wildly per port. So what works best for me might not work for you.

Best GCam ports?

Hello, I hope this doesn't breaks the rules. I'm having troubles choosing the right Gcam port for my stock s7 edge exy, since the ones I tried were all laggy and buggy (freezes, force closes, etc.).
I do know there are many versions (where Gcam 5 seems to be faster and more reliable than 6, that indeed has more functions) what can you suggest me as a daily driver? What are the ones I should try?
Currently I'm using xgcam 0.25 by newwb. The colors are splendid, but there is a loooot of noise, and the app crashes very often
Up(?)
i am using Gcam Exynos 5.1.018.177624777 (idans) work best for me on both oreo and pie with Google AR stickers too

Try this telegram link, it will lead you to the
[S7/S8] Google camera support
You will find all latest versions of modded Gcam.
I choose this version because it's the latest stable version by idans in that group, but maybe it's now updated, you have to enter and see.
P.S there is a competitor version of this Gcam and can be installed separately so you can decide which one is best for you.
hey guys
i have tested many gcam for s7 edge exynos and currently using idan 4.7 test 2 gcam. do you know any port better than that?
Gcam port.
LGN2_bsg-test-8.1.apk
Works for Galaxy S7 Edge
Where can I find all these above mentioned gcam APKs?

GCam port for snapdradon version

Why there's a port for Xynos version but not not for Snapdradon? I even went to the official port hub and the app keeps crashing.
Can anyone help me find a working GCam port 7.x.x version for my SD855 S10e
Try Urnyx versions. They work good for me. GCam_7.2.010_Urnyx05-v1.4.apk has been the best and most stable for my s10e.

Gcam 7.3: How to choose the best gcam 7.3 among all stable gcam 7.3

I got asked a lot about Which Gcam is the Best? Well, there is nothing like The 'BEST' Gcam for everyone!
The Best is subject to Personal Preferences - What you like best may be what I hate most but then,
The Question keeps coming and as someone who loves Gcam and has done loads of videos for it, that
question is so frequent you wonder if people hear your constant answer.
First, is there a Good Stable Gcam for my phone?
Then, is there a new update?
But what happens when there are several Stable and up to date
Gcam ports for your device, how do you choose the best from among The Best?
So I decided to pitch the two most stable Gcam 7.3 for Realme X2 Urnyx05 and Parrot043
Two top Gcam Porters! There is no winner or loser here but in the video below, you can get a few nuggets
that will aid your personal preference.
for now, Urnyx05 Gcam 7.3 seems to have a better point and shoot without any tweaking than
Parrot043. I just hope that Urnyx05 will port in more features as I have seen so much improvement
from the v1.1 till now v1.4 but on the other hand, Parrot043 has already ported more advanced features,
to the point that it can get Boring or confusing if you don't know how to tweak Gcam advanced settings so,
as you can see, it boils down to preference already.
These preferences even start from the porters themselves - what they feel is important or not may
likewise, be or not be important to you.
Keep it in mind that it takes a lot to port Gcam and these guys are not paid to do it so, give them the kudos
And once you found the porter that is likeminded to your preferences, you follow that Gcam.
Well, Watch the video and see how it panned out!

You can try UltraCam mode (UltraCVM) for realme x2. Its a working gcam mode, and for getting some better resolutions you have to play around the settings.
.
ask
Does it have a wide angle mode?

Roms with google camera aka gcam and raw support

Hello,
Making a thread to make it easier for guys like me to know which roms support gcam or raw capture so that we XDA members could test maximum number of gcam ports to find the best working one.
Let's see what do we have.
