Hey Guys,
do you know how to fix problem with Netflix app? My app after unlock bootloader, install TWRP and root by Magisk doesn't work.
I try download older versions to 5.x and "liboemcrypto disabler" or even "magisk drm disabler (MDD)" with LITE option, but this is not working.
Please help me to fix this problem. I have original MUI stock.

Magisk DRM disabler disables DRM which Is necessary for Netflix to work, so don't install it next time if you want Netflix to work. Currently, our device doesn't pass SafetyNet which Is necessary for Netflix and some banking apps to work. There Is a solution to that by using MagiskProps Config and some other solution, but I don't care about Netflix as I don't use it so I can't give you a complete solution.

Thx for answer. I have MagiskProp Config and my POCO X3 NFC pass SafetyNet - I can pay by phone in shops.
Do you know how to enable DRM again? When I delete the Magisk DRM disable that will be ok?

That's right. Just delete module, reboot & you're good to go.
Netflix works on stock ROM with magisk and twrp and no mentioned modules.

Can you find Netflix in Google Play? I cant find, so I download by official Netflix page. I delete whole modules in Magisk and clean app data in Netflix app. App starts but after 10sec shows error that cant be run on my device...

We will, but it's harder when you use banking apps that will fail to launch because of such implementation.
Banking apps. NFC Paying apps. GooglePay. Probably Netflix and similar. Maybe even whole device encryption.
Its unfortunate but if there is a demand, there will be a supply. This means that if people are wanting to have this ability to hide their root and the fact that their bootloader is unlocked. You can almost guarantee that you will have many developers working on some sort of way to get around this new verification. It's just a matter of time and how well Google responds to the inevitable bypasses that are presented over time. It's going to take some time for them to properly implement these changes which is why we can still pass ctsprofile and safetynet overall on our devices. In the near future this is probably not going to be a possibility for a while until someone finds a way to get around it. But yeah, it sucks if the app actively checks the status of the safetynet check such as google's play protect. If the device is not certified, it will be unable to install certain applications such as Netflix from my experience. Banking apps also use this technology for "security" reasons.
Any solution? I tried uninstall magisk only and dont work.

Check your bootloader :
if unlocked => no way to get GPay working anymore !
Netflix is still available and working at (DRM L1) ...
The only way to get back you GPay is to flash an official firmware (not from xiaomi.eu) and relock your bootloader !
Google is giving us a hard time these days !

You need to download Rom for fastboot for MI. When you download it, unzip it, there is a "persist.img" file in the Images folder. You put it in your phone or you can install it via USB. Restart to TWRP, install, install the image, find the persist.img file on your phone or flash drive and choose install as persist.

Read here the solution
in our case, change (Pie) or add (Q) in build.prop (system_root only) :
ro.product.model=Mi 9 Lite
to
ro.product.model=pyxis
When you finish fixing cts profile go to Magisk Manager and hide GPay & Google Play Services !!!
You must hide the Managisk Manager too (Parameters) with a random name : this is mandatory to get GPay or any banking app working again !
Reboot +++
Okay so I went to the Asus website
https://www.asus.com/supportonly/ROG Phone 5 (ZS673KS)/HelpDesk_Download/
Got the latest firmware which is the most recent one for this month with the latest security patch. I remember doing this method with the OnePlus 8 pro same process worked for me I downloaded the firmware from the website put it in the root of my phone, the phone detected the update immediately I got to pop up on the screen and it started installing the update. Then it asked if you want to reboot or reboot later "do not reboot" then go into magisk, then go into "install"

it will give you an option to keep root after an OTA. So once you choose the option as you can see on the screenshot let it patch and do its thing and reboot. I hope this helps somebody.
Whenever i dump payload.bin using payload dumper to get boot.img and patching it using magisk when i flash it causes bootloop! So i can't root it. I think it's payload dumper's issue. Btw can you give me the patched boot.img?

OP your advice worked perfectly for me.
I wanted to note that my phone didn't see the update file right away, but I was prompted immediately after exiting my adb shell session and unplugging the phone from my laptop.
For some unknown reason I am unable to unroot my S6 (SM-G920F)
three is no uninstall option in the APP its self and using TWRP it says

the Magisk app will not be uninstalled
please uninstall it manually after reboot

You uninstall Magisk from within Magisk Manager app.
Apologies - but I am new to this and I think I may have bricked my phone now.
I did a complete wipe and now when it asks to reboot it says "No OS installed"
I fortunately still have access to the phone using USB to my PC so can transfer an image to the phone still. It ends up in /sdcard
BUT when I say install and point to the Pixel image file it goes all the way to the end and then on reboot says
No OS Installed Are you
sure you wish to reboot?

I am rooted and bootloader unlocked running the stock rom. I recently wiped the device as part of the steps for enabling 32 bit app support, ever since then I have been unable to re-install youtube vanced. Prior to wiping the device I had no issues running youtube vanced.... The device is a T-Mobile variant, bootloader unlocked and rooted with Magisk Delta installed. I saw a post about running the debloater module to remove youtube and reinstall vanced but this did not work for me :/ Any suggestions/tips or other members that have encountered this issue? I will attach a screenshot of the errors.
Edit to Include the solution for anybody else who encounters this: install the Vanced Magisk module- https://github.com/j-hc/revanced-magisk-module/releases

use app de-bloater (APK + magisk module) to uninstall completely YouTube and YouTube music before u try to install Vance's.

Hello, I could only make it work with SystemlessDebloater:
1) Install the module using Magisk, do not reboot phone.
2) In download directory chang file SystemlessDebloaterList.sh to have REPLACE="YouTube" (case matters)
3) Install the module again.
4) It should detect package com.google.android.youtube, reboot and then vanced youtube installer worked.

FYI that is reVanced not Vanced. Vanced is currently no longer in development and if far different to what you are used to with Vanced. You will also likely need to sideload a specific version of the YouTube apk and install that for all/most patches to work. Currently its sitting at 18.49.36 but until not so long ago (not sure when) it was 17.49.37 which for example I am currently on.

Huh, thanks. never heard of this and I honestly just always uninstalled first. I guess this is just a convenience or an improvement to the process as I can't imagine a case for myself where I couldn't just uninstall with/without backing up user data first and then downgrade.

This method works for me! My question is: Can we remove the module after succesfull installation of Vanced? Or if we remove the module we get stuck again with bloatware Youtube app?
If i remove just the config.cfg file ( New Version create .cfg file in Download ) would also return the Youtube bloatware app?
Hey, It's been for quite some time that I have tried to use google pay with magisk installed but failed miserably. I decided to install lineage on my Google Pixel 6a so that I could do a little more trick with that but still didn't work. What I don't get is that I passed multiple times SafetyNet but when I try to add my card It refuses to add it and then goes back to failed CTS. It's starting to get a little frustrating as I love my Pixel 6a and know that I can do cool stuff with it but the only thing that separates me from rooting and using custom firmwares is that I can't use Google Pay/Wallet (and maybe Netflix but I think there is some workarounds for that). So if anybody knows a way to actually fix that it would mean the world to me.
Thank you.

Interesting. Have you cleared application data on the apps you've put on the denylist?
Also, which version of SafetynetFix have you installed? I think the most recent one doesn't work properly all the time.
I did in fact cleared the app data of the apps needed, and also used the latest version of SafetyNet. But an interesting fact is that I have passed SafetyNet times to times but when for example I am trying to add a card, cts just fails randomly. I don't know if it's a common issue or not though..
