[Q] problems with incoming calls :eek:

i have airtel and reliance sim, in INDIA (two leadind companies)
problem is like i dont get proper incoming calls signal strength is full and around 85db..when somebody makes me call it says number is out of reach but when i call any number calls happen easily...and for 10 minutes incoming are ok also but phone automatically looses incoming facility again so in short my number is out of reach untill i make calls outgoing calls for incoming calls when i use single sim then all right but in dual all goes ruined :'(
what to do??? reliance people said we dont have any solution :/ :/

Unable to receive calls

I bought a mi mix 2s some time ago and it's currently running the china rom because I can't unlock the bootloader the next 10 days.
First of all I can call other people and I can use mobile data. Also I'm able to receive calls if the sim is in my old oneplus one.
Now to my problem:
Today I realized that there must be a problem if someone calls me but I couldn't really figure out under what circumstances the issue appears.
However, I could figure out the following:
If I'm on wifi calls work most of the time
If I'm on 4g I don't receive calls most of the time
If I'm on H+ I receive calls most of the time
If the phone is locked I either get the call or the mailbox answers
If I don't get the call there are two things that happen on the phone that is calling me:
If it's a samsung theres just one loud beep and the call ends
If it's a LG there are fast beeps (similar like if the phone is busy)

EDIT: Just figured out that the problem is that the phone takes too long to switch from 4g to 3g since VoLTE is not supported by my carrier... Found some guys in a forum who complained about the same problem but with a oneplus phone... I'm still open for any ideas that could fix that Maybe someone from germany here who uses O2/Eplus network and got the same problem?

Fixed it by the way by enabling VoLTE with the miui dialer code explained here

Dual Sim Incoming calls problem on POCOPHONE F2 PRO

Hello, I have a Poco F2 PRO (8GB-256GB, MIUI 12), when I insert two SIM cards and turn on the cellphone, and I call to SIM 1 the cellphone ring and receive the call, but if I call to sim 2, the cellphone doesn't receive the call and sends to voice operator. If I restart POCO and call to SIM 2 the cellphone ring and receive the call, but if I call to SIM 1, the cellphone doesen't receive the call and sends to voice operator. But if I use just one SIM it works prefectly.
It is worth mentioning that I can make calls from both SIMs without problems, the problem is only with incoming calls.
I hope you can give me a solution. Thanks in advance.

I had same problem with my POCO F2 PRO too, but mine is worst. If i activate the SIM 2, then a few moment later SIM 1 will deactivated itself. So both SIM will deactivated itself. It only works with SIM 1. Is there any developer here would be able to help us?

Redmi 9 does not make or receive calls after repairing imei

After doing imei 2 repair process, my cell phone stopped making and receiving calls, but 4g and sms work normally.
the cell phone also doesn't switch to 3G, when I try it doesn't receive mobile network signal.
Can someone help me please?
I have been trying to solve this problem for 2 months and I have not been successful.
OBS:
When I try to place the call, the sound is muted for me, as if the call is in progress, but the person I call does not receive the call,
And when someone tries to call me it says my cell phone is turned off

I have not been using my OP6 because of a strange issue with it since OOS 10.3.9 (maybe since May 2021)
This issue is: I can not make nor receive normal call with any provider. but my network bar is full and my 4G internet is running smoothly.
If I try to make a call, it just show the call screen, no calling tone and no waiting tone and the other phone doesn't ring.
If I try to call my OP6 from other phones, it just doesn't connect, no call tone no waiting tone... My OP6 also doesn't show any incoming call.
I'm sure my sim cards are OK, I have tried to put them in a different phone and they can make normal call.
If my sim card slots were broken, I would not have any coverage and my 4G wouldn't work...
I can receive SMS just fine.

I had the same issue, at the end oneplus said, bring it to a service center while there plenty or forum posts in their forums from technician saying it's the network chip, i got a new phone but will attempt to replace that chip once i got my replacement.
You could try other stuff, full wipe, other roms etc.
