I was trying to put a new Rom and after unlocking bootloader and twrp installation, Mate 9 went into bootloop. When I enter twrp it does not recognize the touch. For eRecovery I did not succeed. Help me please.:crying:
I'm desperate
My Mate 9 is MHA-L29C636B158
Try a mouse over otg cable, otherwise try to flash a different version of twrp

I tried to flash a custom recovery (twrp)
but it doesn't work, I tried searching for many twrp for android 8.1
but none of it works!
Why I want my phone to be rooted?
simple, I am running out of storage and I want to use my sd card (32gb)
I want to transfer my app in it and not just pictures and videos
It would be great if anyone can send me twrp link for Asus Zenfone 4 Max Lite ZC520KL X00HD (Android 8.1) and tell me the exact steps to do...
I have everything ready, I just can't flash the correct twrp
btw I unlocked bootloader everytime I try to flash twrp
and also when I try to turn my phone on while bootloader is unlock, it keeps on requesting a password(I don't know the password and I don't have any password on my phone)
Sorry for my bad english

Hi,
I have a Redmi note 7 pro, I followed a YouTube video instructions, I unlocked my bootloader and then flashed TWRP without rooting my device and then installed pixel experience ROM of September security patch on my device.
But now when I'm trying to boot to TWRP to flash android 10 Pixel Experience ROM, TWRP is gone!
It's not booting into TWRP at all , it just gets stuck in the Redmi Logo screen.
What should I do for this? What's the solution? Please help me out someone.

Same problem here and when I tried to reinstall the twrp recovery ,my whole ROM was destroyed and couldn't even flash ROM again, so I had to use MIFLASH to flash in fast boot mode.
I installed the pixel experience ROM again, and again I can't open the twrp recovery, but this time I didn't try to reinstall the recovery to prevent my device form brick.
I really want to install the ANX camera mod but can't do it , because I coudn't install twrp.Installing twrp is bricking my device.......what to do
Please someone help me!!!!

The problem is as soon as I try to install twrp,my rom doesn't boots up,when I turn my phone on it automatically boots to fastboot mode:crying:
Bro i also faced this issue ...pls install pitch black recovery it ia best...and i see it is working on pixel experience rom
install recovery via fastboot method , boot to recovery and install recovery image again by using recovery itself.
try orangefox recovery its working great
greetings,
months ago I wanted to install a Custom Rom for my poco x3 but I had troubles installing twrp and therefore waited(hoped) that it will magically work after some months.
However this time the only result I got was a bootloop this time.
pre-Steps:
- Bootloader is unlocked
- adb is working
Steps:
- adb reboot fastboot
- fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.4.0.img
RESULT: stuck in bootloop
After flashing the Stock Rom everything works and I tried something else:
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot flash recovery
RESULT: "display is still on", after turning the phone off and on (power and vol +) I end up in the usual Miui recovery
Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and tell me another method to install twrp?
I really would like to flash the CustomRom ArrowOs.
best regards
hamata
