Hello everyone,

I have issue in changing fonts. The font style option is missing. As I remember, I had this issue 2 years ago but I did a trick to enable font style option again. But, I did factor reset and I lost the feature again. I tried to apply the trick again but not worked with me.
It's about issue the below command to restore font style option:
adb shell settings put system hw_hide_font_style false
Please I need your help.

[Q] Need help with S note fonts

Having some problems with S note. Using the handwriting-to-text function is great but the default text is set at roboto 24. It reverts to the default with every new text window, which makes it pretty tiresome when doing a lot of these for diagrams etc. How do I make a global change or reset the default?

Change the timepicker style systemwide from scrolling to round

My Honor 9 with EMUI 5 has the old timepicker style, referred to as the "spinner". But all new android versions use the "clock" type, which is a lot more intuitive and requires less time to set the desired value.
Any idea on how to force-set the "clock" type systemwide in android? Maybe by editing build.prop in some way?
Still nothing new - anyone got an idea?

I have the exact same question, for the exact same reasons. This is my only major complaint. I have the Huawei Elate, running Nougat.

SEVERAL Questions About ROM Editing (Please Read If You're Experienced)

What Does A Custom ROM DEPEND on?
So unfortunately my phone, being an amazon phone, isn't a popular device and has NO custom roms available, I struggled to find a TWRP file but I FINALLY found one. Does the rom depend on architecture? Chip? Screen Size? Camera? What makes a BV A80 Pro (Same phone just a slightly differnt chip and the Pro doesn't have NFC) lineage os ROM (BV A80 Pro has an LOS Custom ROM) not work on a BV A80 Plus? I couldn't find an answer on google and I know people here are smart (Except me) I really want Lineage OS, Havoc OS, Bliss or AOISP. How would I get one of these on my device?
Upgrading to android 11 or 12:
My phone has Android Q and I asked the company if my phone will ever receive an update past Q, They said no and I don't have the money to go buy a new phone. I flashed an A11 GSI in TWRP but it says "Cant flash system files to system" or something like that. How would I update it to A11?
System Apps:
Bloatware, Bloatware, BLOATWARE! I HATE IT! I don't know what flash file to edit, nor do I know how I would go about editing it so that I can remove the bloatware and add some apps. Help here would be great!
Aesthetics Editing:
So I recently rooted my phone (BV A80 Plus), and I only rooted my phone because I specifically bought the red version of that phone because I like red. Unfortunately, all the buttons, volume panel, settings app text, toggle switches and quick settings tiles are blue. Its not an attractive contrast and I wanted a way to make that blue accent a nice red. I tried the Dev options accent color, but it doesn't change every accent, it only changes the text accent. Everything else stays blue. I tried Swift installer AND substratum, but those tiles still stay blue... So I looked into my phones System UI apk, and I found that there is a separate color input for the tiles under res/values/colors. I don't know how to change that color so I guess I'm asking for a little help with that.
Is Another UI Possible On Stock Android?
Is it possible to replace the boring stock UI with a different one? Like One UI or Mi UI?

No serif system font in Android 12?

I upgraded my Pixel 3a to Android 12 last night - stock OTA. Noticed today that websites that specify serif fonts for elements (and including the generic 'serif' fallback, so it's not a question of missing specific fonts) are now all displaying as sans-serif, both in Firefox in Chrome. Is this a general Android 12 issue, or is something up with my phone? And if it's a general Android 12 thing, are there Magisk or Xposed modules I can install to restore serif fonts? It's really messing with me.
(if you need an example, https://momijizukamori.dreamwidth.org should be entirely in serif)
EDIT: just to add - I'm aware of the Font Manager Magisk module, but that doesn't solve the problem because if I install a serif font though that, I then don't have sans-serif text anywhere. I want websites to be able to use both, which feels like it shouldn't be a big ask in 2022...

Changing Font For Every App (Root)

Hello All,
I've decided that I want to change my font throughout my whole device. I created a magisk module that basically replaced my system fonts. It appeared I only had 3 system fonts.
Roboto, OnePlus Sans, and One Sans.
I have most apps successfully changed but certain fonts are still unaffected such as unread email, browsers, and even my always on display.
I have included what I thought was every variety of these 3 fonts such as Roboto-Italic, roboto-bold - about 30 more variety if you get what I'm saying.
Does anyone have a master list in case I've missed a few? Or a easier way to achieve this?
If it matters the font I'm using is KG Feeling 22.
Thank you.
@BillGoss you helped me with the last module for my custom dpi maybe you have some suggestions?
Thank you so much.
Sorry, but I can't help you with this.

I suppose some apps, don't only use system fonts, but also have built-in ones.
Changing built-in app fonts may be difficult. I don't think changing font for all apps is possible, but i may be wrong.
In general system fonts you can replace via magisk modules (but you already know it).
