I can confirm that I unlocked a Galaxy S6 with pattern lock by modded boot.img file.
I extracted boot.img from the original firmware with 7zip, edited with N++, 7zipped to boot.tar, flashed with Odin, installed TWRP with Odin, with TWRP deleted pattern lock files from the phone system folder and the last I flashed full original matching firmware with Odin. No data loss, 100% satisfaction.
How to decrypt hashes from fota test site? I noticed that they encrypted build numbers from some time. http://fota-cloud-dn.ospserver.net/firmware/XEO/SM-G980F/version.test.xml
