I see an update for subs on the play store but as usual it just says bug fixes. Any idea if this adds compatibility with Android R?

Actually yes it does and has. Third party apps there are a lot of issues. Couple of themes have this fixed already. Biggest issue is with mods right now. Already found the info I was looking for when I posted that question. Currently using the Liv Dark theme on OOS 11 with no problems. I know of three other themes that are now compatible as well.

As far as I know, just the Liv themes. Don't know if he's updated Flux to support it yet or not.

When Cobalt blue gets updated to theme the new version of swype I'm just going to use that on CM10 based ROMs. Would it kill them to put something blue as one of the 12 choices? It's a good start though. Using the black one for now.

i'm sure someone's gonna figure out how to make themes for it soon for all of us crackflashers who are major swype users
I used to have an Illustrator file that took advantage of global colors and symbols that I could create swype themes in minutes from, I may try to do it again
Anyone else having trouble updating. I tried both WiFi and 4G it says update available but just keeps loading and didn't start downloading. I'm on plain stock and rooted.

There already have been themed Swype apks..nuance banned them from being posted...if you look into djdarkknight's theme chooser themes he has the version on swype before the update themed in the themes...he used to have just the apks available in all diff colors before they made him take them down...stupid copyrights

Yea really it's every other color but blue. I always have a blue theme on my phone so I had to go with the white keyboard the cloud one

Go into the swype settings, and then i believe its personalize, and then themes.
First release was yesterday... hopefully this gets supported for a long time unlike the Nottach Xposed app!

It has the potential to be better than Nottach especially if it's steadily supported for a long period of time. Very exciting stuff!

Best thing I like about it is that it's in the Play Store so you don't have to keep checking on that thread everyday... you get notified via PLay STore instead for an update! :good:

I have 3Minit v3.1.1 but yes I do have Wanam Xposed module on as well and all is good! Actually just got updated today with new features!! I highly recommend it, it's free and can be downloaded from the Play Store.
I have been using this with no issues. Everything works that I have tried with no issues. The update added around 15 more options and a few very good ones IMHO. It will be fun to watch the development of this.

The latest update (8/2) allows you to enable circle battery, which has the percentage in the middle. No color yet though.
This should hopefully sooner or later develop into a Nottach replacement and hopefully also be even better
I tried it but it's still not there to replace Nottach and Tweakbox yet. I'm hoping for more robust developments in the near future.

Do any of them out there have the ability to change s view clock and date colors? I'm currently running SACs ROM which has 3minit 3.0 but sview options don't work. Thoughts?

So, I don't remember the Note4 having this, so pardon my naivete if it did, but if you go into Settings > Themes, then go to the Theme Store, click ALL and scroll down a bit, you can find two FREE Material themes (standard and dark, I prefer the standard one). Looks very similar to AOSP across the entire OS (if you like that sort of thing, like me), especially when coupled with Nova Launcher:

What are you using to get the stock icons back? The theme changes all the background menus but not the icons.

He's using Nova Launcher to replace the default icons with the stock Lollipop ones.
Many Samsung themes are not downloading. Also Samsung themes remind a lot of miui themes.
I loaded the dark material theme... looks sweet.

Here's a few shots... I'm using nova launcher, so my dock looks a bit different than the TouchWiz dock on my homepage.
How does one move the app icon in the dock to the center? Is that something enabled by the theme? I can move the other stuff, but the Apps doesn't want to move from the right from what I can tell.
Nova launcher is how I moved it... can't move it with stock touch wiz launcher.

I'm running Nova now and have it moved. There enough features in TouchWiz now that I would use it, but Apps icon in the dock not movable is probably the only thing stopping me from switching back. Although, I'm not too keen on setting up a Samsung account just to get a Theme that looks like AOSP.

Would be cool if they could port it using TW as a base. Keep spen functionality and won't have to sacrifice camera. Doesn't look to bright having any aosp/cm rom on this phone anyways

If it's just EMUI you don't like maybe try Nova Launcher, i really like it, gives app drawer and Android feel, my opinion anyways

Nope, you can only use another launcher. Or another theme.
I'm pretty sure the notification shade is built into the OS, so you can't really do much about it aside from waiting for EMUI 5.0's which looks nicer.

Use theme editor from play store and you can change notification drawer background color

I'm too expecting it. As I'm unable to read some of the notifications. Ex:Gmail... Its coming as black in color with little transparent black background. So can't read it.
However I can't Expect EMUI 5 also.
As i've modified the launcher and misc apps throughout the phone... i hope more devlopers hop on this device and create a pixel type OS port or even something without the EMUI :/
