Why is the font in shortcuts drop-down different to system font? How to get it the same?

Where I can find the settings for the Co0kie's home icons font, see first screenshot. I want to change the font like the icons in my start menu, see second screenshot.
I am trying to edit dictionary.com widget so the font is shown as white instead of black. what do i need to edit? thanks.

Anyone know where to get the icon from system icons when you choose slider shortcuts icons
I have widgets and icons on my home screen that I'd like to change the icons for. I don't want to change the icons for the app itself.
Some of the widget are of the same app that do different things (home automation) and I want to have different icons for each.
Anything I can use for this? Tried awesome icon changer but didn't work.
