cannot find it in gesture setting. any solution?
Second this. I just got the phone today and it is killing me. The gesture navigation truly is horrible on this phone and 2 button doesn't exist. Does anyone have a solution?
It seems to be either gesture navigation or 3 button navigation. It's in Settings->System->Gestures

Is it possible to add navigation functionality to the cyanogen's quick launch shortcuts? (Back, Home and Recent apps )
I hate the software keys taking up screen space and pie controls aren't as reliable for catching all those quick navigation gestures.
My intention is to make the navigation bar so thin that its barely visible yet still swiping up will from the bottom of the screen will bring up quick launch with navigation keys.

Click to collapse
That depends on your phone and the installed rom
My off-screen navigation button is not working all of a sudden. It isn't responding to any of my taps and no configuration of settings has fixed this. Along with that, there seems to be no option in the settings regarding Fingerprint IDs. I'm assuming it's a software issue. I have resorted to the virtual nav buttons for now. Any help is appreciated. I'm on the BKL-AL00 model.
Hi, is anyone knows how to hide the nav button on home screen? I don't want to use the navigation gesture as the animation is really weird for me. I'm fine with hiding the nav button, but the button is still there on the home screen.
I have a rooted OP6 with Magisk.
You could use gravitybox xposed, it has option for expanded desktop
What i do is enable gestures in the settings to get rid of the navigation bar, but instead of using the oneplus gestures, i use gesture control from the app store to set up an almost transparent pill. I find i like this better as opposed to just running expanded desktop all the time, because when the keyboard pops up, the nav bar does not come with it.
I'm on 12.0.6.0 Global, I don't really know if it happened on 12.0.4.0.
I have Nova installed and wanted to use gesture navigation, but it defaults to 3 button navigation. So I installed FNG and have borders which respond to gestures even while having 3 button navigation. Up to that point, everything seems normal.
But I've noticed that while receiving calls with a locked phone, if I swipe to answer the 3 button navigation is not there and the gesture navigation bar shows up. No gesture works, and unlocking with fingerprint doesn't work. What I had to do was pull down the notification shade, press the settings gest and then unlock.
Has anyone gone through something similar?
Anyone got this issue where when I change from gesture to button navigation, then going back to gesture got the prompt to learn the gesture so i just tick the remember option and cancel, then wham it not change to gesture navigation and stay at button navigation.
After that i can never change back to gesture navigation.
I find this is so annoyinganyone got solution or workaround?
