Audio streaming in RN6Pro
Hello Developer, thank you for this custom rom. I have tried other roms but I like this one. I have one request: One of the new and exciting features of Android 10 is audio streaming to hearing aids via bluetooth. androidauthority dot com and other websites clearly mention this. As I am a new member, I was not allowed to post the URL to show the reference. This is a desperately needed feature for the hard-of-hearing community since it will make the phone calls to go straight to the hearing aid without an additional device. However, I didn't find this feature anywhere in this and other roms (Havoc, Lineage17, EvolutionX, SuperiorOS). In desperation, I also rooted and installed Android 10 roms on Redmi 3S Prime but, again, I didn't find this feature. The manufacturer of my hearing aid has confirmed that my hearing aid is compatible. When I install the hearing aid's application (Nucleus Smart), everything except audio streaming works. The app also says that audio streaming is available on the hearing processor but it is not available on the phone or the operating system. The phone (RN6Pro) has the bluetooth version 5.0 and therefore I suspect that the audio streaming was not enabled in the operating system. If you please look into this and release an update, the hard-of-hearing community will forever be grateful to you. Thank you again for your time and hard work.

I suggest the mystic kernel

This is the best rom I've used i won't switch to miui again my camera suddenly stopped working it fixed here with this rom

charging slowly (using mystick kernel)
sometimes hiting while gaming and charging (not a big deal)
but miui camera is unstable.
but the rom is just awesome
bring it as official and regular OTA update

Thanks for great ROM. I noticed bug that screen size is not fitting display size so your touch is not recognized where you touch. Is this known problem or ?

Hello, thanks for this great ROM. Just to let you know the double tap to wake up the screen is not working. Please fix that. For now any lag, just this little thing.

I got Black Screen after i encrypt this rom. and when i try to reboot i am stuck on MIUI logo.

Okay! Thanks a lot for this awesome rom for RedMi Note 6 pro?. This is the best rom till now working smoothly!!
But , some issue are here ..
1. Lte voice call is not working !Always showing 3g,h+ else.
2.preinstalled gcam is not working if I made any changes in setting like ... Saturation,etc.
3.preinstalled MI camera is not so good !(though it doesn't matter)

The thing which bothers me about all these non-miui roms is that they all share the same gesture bugs.

What's the recommended way to enable root on this ROM? Using the default options found with Magisk and this forum makes the ROM not work anymore.
Image Patch, which supposedly is guaranteed to work a 100%, does NOT work... (Yes, I flashed boot_a and boot_b.)

Either use TWRP 3.3.1-0 or use PBRP, which is essentially based on TWRP 3.3.1-0, as well.

Well to flash magisk ,once the ROM boots you have to just flash it... But if you don't flash twrp then you will lose twrp after installing ROM zip file so steps are :
1) Flash TWRP after flashing ROM
2) Reboot to ROM. 3) Reboot to Recovery. 4) Flash Magisk Zip and then reboot to system again. I hope this works for you... Good Luck. !!

Yes, I have some lags too specially with default camera app, but this is gonna be fixed in next update I hope, with the new Vantom kernel (instead of VantomBE *Battery Edition*).
Apart of that, the ROM is amazing, has a tons of customization, is stable, fast and beautiful.

25 Dec build - bugs/lags appeared after 2 days of use, such as screen freezing
new 27 Dec build installed today and now running smooth, will report after 2 days of use

first of all thanks for the great ROM !
I noticed when the screen is off the volume up and down buttons dont work ( neither with 3 buttons wired earphone ) neither on stock and 3rd party music players .
I need to unlock the screen if I want to modify the volume level.
Only switch track with long press and stop music work.
With fm radio volume up, down buttons work fine.
Did Anyone experience this?

Music player of Crdroid and I tried Pi music player from Play store.
If the music control is switched off under Crdroid menu/buttons, volume level change is possible.
If I turn on music control I can switch track on music player but I can not change the volume level.

I disabled the "screen off fingerprint" then enabled again. Now it is working fine for me as well.

Only the white dot in the status bar... don't know, how to disable it to see all symbols. Can't see the bluetooth icon for example. Is there an option to show all icons?

So today I had some problems with the phone app that was pre installed on the rom not showing up during calls I forced closed it and still the same. I installed Googles phone witch seems to be working ok now. Thats the only major bug I have seen so far.

I have weird problem when using 2.7.5 build. Vibrations when using a keyboard aren't gentle precise haptics anymore, they feel like the ones from a random cheap phone. they just go "brrr" instead of usual gentle "tap". The rest of them, for example when using back gesture, are still normal. It happens no matter what keyboard I use. Does anyone else have simillar issue?

I think im getting similar ones. It doesn't feel as clean as Linage haptics feedback is.

Well stock phone app got changed in last update. I suppose you just would have to go to settings / apps / default apps and choose a dialer app you wanna use as default

I have Problems with a few of my Bluetooth devices. The pair just fine and work. But after closing connection (like turning these devices off), it can't reconnect to them. Have to pair them again.
Also there are occasional system UI crashes. But I couldn't find a pattern so far. But here's a log I took after the last one happend

Is anybody else not able to run/use KLWP or KWGT on this ROM?. This is the first time I have run into an error on those apps and I'm curious if it's because of the ROM. I noticed people saying delete some presets but I only have 1 now and I'm still getting an error.

Did a fresh install. Downloaded klwp/pro kwgt/pro and it klwp/kwgt comes back with the same error org.kustom.lib I think it was. Hard to capture when it disappears.

hey i still mess up navigation gesture and fingerprint seems to be buggy as well is there something that im missing out? and how do i fix this problem the same existed for dotos
edit: fixed mine by keeping different wallpaper and lock screen images
