Hi All
Recently fired up my Galaxy Tab 4 T530 which has not been used for a while. The only thing i use it for is to watch Virgin TV Control app which apparantly needs android 5.1 to work at least. My Tablet is stuck at 5.0.2.
Does someone have a full tutorial for this exact model so i can upgrade to maybe android 6?
Also, does it matter that i do not have a windows PC? Only a macbook.
Any advice would be great

i have a sprint samsung galaxy s5 it was rooted before and i was able to use this wifi app that i purchased to hook my laptop and ps3 up with internet well my phone went through an update now it is android version 4.4.4 and i no longer have root access please help me

I have a tab at & t 3 sm- T217A kitkat update to 4.4.2 , the tablet empeso to present failures and intenter return to 4.2.2 and Flashar failure and stay in kies mode tab
good without much back and found that the tab 3 can not Flashar to JB 4.2.2 by KNOX and to finish off not find the firmware 4.4.2 kitkat on any side he seems to the retired or kies SamMobile nor has it.
please if anyone can help me agradesere it beforehand . I said that with an Compia complete another tablet of the same vercion I can revive.
I, thank you for using XDA Assist. If I understand your question you have a Tab 3 that is running Android 4.4.2 and you want to flash is back to Android 4.2.2? Many Samsung AT&T devices will not let you go backwards in firmware. Ok ...let me start off by saying im a noob when it comes to rooting anything running lollipop os....i tried to root my sprint samsung galaxy note edge smn915p using cf auto root and bricked it...long story short i took it to my local sprint store and they got it back up and running for me in a half hr...i still want to root my note edge ....BUT SEEMS stupid if there are NO ROMS i can use at all....if someone has any info on my device plz plz help me ....im running lollipop 5.1.1 and my device is the smn915p model ....anyone who is wiling to help me i would really

Hi - I have recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (SM -T550X) thinking that it would an easy project. Got it at a very good price I may add. It appears that it used to be a demo unit in PC World & iam unable to reset it to factory default.
It is currently running Marshmallow 6.0.1
Is there a way that I can overwrite everything & start from scratch?
Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated

I'm new to the forum and the world of rooting I have a Samsung Note 5 and I'd love to root it, can anyone point me in the best direction for rooting it? I don't have access to a PC (only a mac). My phone is running 6.0.1. Any help would be great! Thanks
