In the latest versions of the Official version, the google phone application was not linked to the playstore.

There's a new version there but I don't know if I can flash over the jasmine version.

Is sound problem fixed?

I update normal, with old version install. But now i used other version of TWRP , this twrp-jasmine_sprout-3.2.3.img
i get here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/twrp-jasmine/files/

With the other TWRP doesn't work? Or you just being cautious using this one?

Boot it untill official twrp gets merged you can flash it also. It has fix for mtp and otg

I noticed that Google sans font is now used in more places, like WhatsApp for example

For me DT2W is working without AOD.
About the sound, it's too low even in medium volume
I noticed that when i choose small font or exhibition size it's not so small like was in previous versions. Small is like standard size.

Can anyone pass safety net right off the bat with this version? I was having issues with the previous version even with Magisk hiding and changing my fingerprint hiding.

Veey good and snappy. You need battery optimization.
And also the Bluetooth sound is horrible !!

usb-c audio does not work.

Unpopular question: can this rom pass rootbeer checking? Sorry I need it to work so some apps must be working..

Can this be flashed over ColorOS ? I've upgraded and found out that its has some serious bugs

Nice work! Couple of issues to fix..
1) screen timeout is intermittent. Had to reboot for the default 30sec. to work
2) Double tap to wake isn't working
All in all, solid ROM. Can't wait to see the camera issues fixed in future Gcam releases

The thing is, it's his to do whatever he wishes with? He's not "taking it", he's spent time developing and building it. You're more than within your rights to do the same, as PE's sources are public, such that he does not have sole ownership of PE. His builds are unofficial, and he is under no obligation to distribute it. If he hasn't posted it here, then that's his choice, but I would gather others would be looking at your posts with the expectation that you're the developer, which is unfair to him, as was his demeanor.

Dolby was causing some weird speaker crackling issues, as far as I understand
Also, with not being tuned, the modification to the sound is usually undesirable to many, as you're not experiencing the audio the way the artist intended it to be - especially so with audio like music.

Just a report: Face Unlock takes a considerable amount of time to recognise face, on PE of Android 11 was pretty much instant, not sure if this is an expected behaviour.

Think I'll stick with unofficial for a while since it passes safetynet without root.
Fwiw the at a glance widget doesn't show the weather for me and I had to disable the Android system intelligence as it kept telling me it had stopped not sure if the intelligence controls that widget.

android system intelligence is fixed - next build just went live which fixes it.
At a glance is expected - we don't have the tie ins for it.

Official builds running on Saturday night.

I'm currently on 18.1 official and just got an OTA notice about this build (19). Currently using OpenGapps micro for Android 11, should I wait for that to update before i download the new 19 ROM or is it okay to switch to MindTheGapps? The test builds for OpenGapps don't work for SDK32 according to the OpenGapps thread, so I would need to switch to get Gapps.

Just an FYI I moved over to official builds since they released today seems you can't manually pick the Material You colour from the wallpaper and style menu.
I *think* it was there on the unofficial build.

Front Camera Not Working

Yep this weeke update didn't fix the front camera either

The screen size of the app don't macht my phone screen, please check attached pics.
Only the nova settings screens is ok, the rest are positoned on the upper left side of the screen. But only at graphic level. The interface level (touchs) is recognized at full screen. It makes the phone almost unusable.
It works fine with lineageos 18.1.
I don't know if it is a configuration issue or another problem.
Any idea?

Dev is probably working on a stable build.

Is it good to install this ROM on a phone is used as a primary phone? Are there any Privacy and Security issues in this ROM?

NFC doesn't work for me either. Apart from that is seems flawless.

NFC doesn't work here either. Another bug is the SOS function of Personal Safety (or whatever it's called in English). You can't adjust and/or cancel those settings. Can a fix become available via OTA? I'd rather not do a complete setting up experience again.

Hello, is there any difference in terms of picture quality between official Pixel rom and Pixel Experience rom ? Does the Pixel experience camera for pixel 4a sunfish has the same functionnality than the cam app of the official rom ? (nighsight, photoastronomy mode, etc...) ? I ask this question because i plan to buy an pixel 4A and to install directly pixel experience because of the End of life programmed next August for the official rom. Thanks !

No the ROM does not exist for now. But i'm sure that there will be a pixel experience version fot Pixel 4A, because it already exists Android 13 version for older pixel (example Pixel 2).
