Hi guys and gals,
do you know where the soundfiles for the pop up camera are saved and if one can add more own files? Or manipulate the others to another sound?
Cheers,
Bender1982
Maybe these files are in System files. You can't change without root permission.
And because of dynamic system partition, you can't modify system file! [emoji17]

This is exactly what I made on my old Samsungs Note 1, 2 and 3.
So, what is the problem with dynamic partition?

I did, got looped but with v2.66, but gave it another go for v2.64 when I got my phone back up and it worked. The update file for this rom only have the boot.img and recoivery.imgbut no system.img. If you could tell me how i could get it straight from the phone as im rooted I'll upload it for you

I was able to get out of the loop by flashing the UnSU zip as well as deleting the SuperSu file using TWRP's file manager. No need to flash the backup

No dice with the first guide, even with the alternate method the mtd block names are not shown so we won't know which one refer to the boot block. Would a full TWRP backup help you better?

BlackBerry releases Privacy Shade, an app to keep nearby people from reading your screen
As large phones have become the norm, there’s plenty of information for wondering eyes to get a look at. If you sometimes catch family or friends sneaking a peek at your phone, BlackBerry has just the app for you
Use the attached apk as system app
(permission mode 644)
and you good to Go...

Try the app called "Handshaker"
try this command:
adb pull /sdcard/path/to/file.zip /home/username/Desktop/file.zip

I was able to enable screen calling by modifying /data/data/com.google.android.dialler/dialer_phenotype_flags.xml
mine is attached working in Australia
just copy over to the location and overwrite the original file (remove "WORKING-" from the file)

i knew it was just a simple edit in a file somewhere - hope it helps more people
you can do it manually by changing anything in the file to TRUE that has "speakeasy" or "speak_easy"
make sure you force stop phone apk and go to settings and enable the option to screen call

Works for me in the UK. With regards to it working on custom ROMs it will work as it's more dialer related than ROM related

Did you solved this?. I have the same issue and look like the phone had a telco modification (only 1 sim was enable by default). So after flash a new rom the baseband gets lost.
Tell me if you found a solution
Thanks
Completely wipe your phone with orangefox recovery and format data then use latest fastboot rom. Hope this helps.
