Problem with the screen - OPPO Find X2 Pro Questions & Answers

Hi all
From time to time on the display, especially on the screen as attached, one half of the screen is brighter and the other darker. It really annoys me.
Best regards,

I've not seen anything like that on my display. I'm guessing it's a fault with your device.

I think its hardware issue, i would recommend to send it to service center or return if under warranty

But it's not all the time. It's time to time, something showing and after very short time disappear. Sometimes it's all the time.

If it appear, capture or take a photo for evidance when service center asking

It's not a hardware issue [emoji4] I had the same thing a few months ago. It's some bug with dark mode. I've had a few updates since then and one of them must have fixed it as it never happened again!

When I sent my IMEI number to Oppo Care Global on twitter, after one maybe two days problem was gone and last couple of days, problem don't came back.

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned before, but switching off the flicker free low brightness mode off does the trick for me. The black crush issue is completely gone and the green tint is gone by 95% when I switch that mode off.

I generally do not make a habit of applying excessive force to any object when not necessary. Why would you flex your screen in such a way that you create a problem where it is not present in everyday use? Do you drive your car against a concrete bridge support at 80 miles an hour and then write to the car factory how crap their windshield is because it couldn't withstand the forces applied in the process?

Nexus 5 not focusing

I'm aware the stock camera app leaves a lot to be desired, but my Nexus 5 seems to be stuck at a specific focal length. I cannot focus on items if they aren't 15 feet away or so. The tap to focus gives me the focus animation and even turns green, but the object still isn't in focus. Checked all the settings already. Anyone else having this issue?

The lens could be misaligned.
u probably have a fault phone..happened to me when i had my htc one..sometimes it wants to focus or would not at all
Tried using a different camera app and doing a factory reset. No luck.
Didn't think I would have to RMA my Nexus as I didn't have any of the problems people are reporting (I must be the only one on the forum with the stuck lens).
Hope the next one is as good as it gets.

I know it's silly but have you tried cleaning the lens? maybe it got dirty, it's easy to place your fingers where the lens is...
Yup, lens is perfectly clear. I got my replacement ordered, but it says 2-3 weeks till it leaves the warehouse. i thought people were saying that they are shipping out warranty replacements right away...

I'll have to RMA mine as well, for the same reason. I haven't found any other problems so I'm a bit worried I'll get another with a defect.
Too bad it is that. I might have lived with some other build problem.

Yes exactly like that! I think I have to return my phone, but I don't want. I don't know how match is the battery drain because of that led.

I'm still waiting for my phone but are you sure thats not the default way it should be?
My girlfriend has the same phone but the white version. And here led on the phone isn't giving any light! So I think it isn't the default state of the phone!

Tbh, I really don't think it's affecting battery life much, if any. I'm reconsidering getting a replacement after using it for a while and seeing what the battery life is like, but that may change.

I never got that to work, only double tapping to turn on, it must be sensitive. Also that's why I'm not a huge fan of the camera :/
I upgraded from the DNA as well, and so far I don't have any complaints. The camera isn't the best but I knew that going in.

You can improve the camera a lot by the custom settings.
.
^this was a bit over saturated
The cameras not really bad. It's a 4 'ultra pixel' but it's good in low light and all the effects I.E 3D makes up for the la lacking pixels. I love the phone coming from a note 3. The build quality, display, size, speakers, and speed is what I favor most.
I'm not a real fan of sense but I took care of that with nova launcher and the viper1 Rom? I recommend that Rom if you're thinking about rooting ?
HTC ONE M8?
After a little over a week of use my experiences with this phone has been nothing but positive... Of course the camera leaves a lot to be desired but other than that, smooth sailing.. After a day of use on a full charge I still have 50% + left. It almost lasted 2 days that's a lot more improvement over the droid DNA.. I haven't rooted yet, I'm actually kind of scared and hesitant to. On another note I feel like I made the right decision over and S5..

Maan...it whips the m8 a$$. In every way. Yea I was a tester for a few dev when I had the m8. I'm gonna miss the dev and all unlocked boot loaders [emoji19] but I'm happy I made the right choice and went s6 instead of m9

Yeah it stinks.. hopefully it's no t hardware
I also have that ....
Heard from others that it's a hardware problem and the only fix is exchange. Other carriers seem to send a new device. How is the verizon?
It seems that we are getting refurbished one after 14days of purchase according to
http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/device-replacement-program/#defect
Anyone tried to talk or chat with Verizon Customer service?
