Can someone tell me the difference between PFHINXM and QFHINXM in redmi note 7 pro.
Since the miui 12 update is available for QFHINXM but my device has PFHINXM it doesn't shows any updates as on sept 19

The people at xiaomi haven't released the MIUI 13 update for the Redmi 9 cattail (which would be based on android 11) till date.
and frankly i think they've completely ignored the existence of the phone
So all we can do is wait and hope that they actually come through and give us the update.

I don't know about COS13 but OOS13 is in closed beta for our device, and unless there's a build leak we can't really get our hands on it until it reaches open beta or stable stage.
