65W USB-PD charging not supported? - Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra Questions & Answers

I could have sworn I read somewhere that basically all quickcharge standards are supported on this phone. I bought 2x 65W USB-PD chargers, and new 5A USB cables. I'm only getting about 18W when measured with Ampere. What gives? I have only tried it once, I'll give it another go once I drain the battery enough.

I think it does not support standard PD charging. Xiaomi must have use a proprietary charging scheme with the mi 10 ultra even though it has same specs sa PD3.0 charging.
Btw here is my mi 10 ultra charging using the mi 55w wireless stand and xiaomi 65w CDQ072M charger & bundled cable from it not the original mi 10 ultra 120w bundle charger & cable.

It's USB PD-PPS not just USB PD. Are you sure your charger is PDPPS not just PD?

Doesn't have PPS. I guess that's the problem. Thank you.

You're just fantastic. He asked for the specific model number, and... One question: are you working as the car dealer? If not, think ab. the job change. I can imagine: somebody comes to you, asks for Passat, and leaves you with Corsa
The charger for SGS is a STANDARD MICRO-USB charger.
All you need is to grab one from ANY manufacturer and that's all.
I personally use one Nokia micro-usb charger (from my Ex-smartphone), a Motorola micro-usb charger (from the bluetooth handsfree) and the genuine one ... all are charging the battery perfectly. We are talking about a standard here ....
So, as long as you can buy a charger that has micro-usb plug, it is generating 5V and has a current limit of maximum 1A, you're good to go.
Is this the one you are looking for?

Anker PowerPort Atom PD 1 30W

Has anyone tried this charger for the K20 Pro? Is it significantly faster than the 18W charger it comes out of the box? What about the 27W charger? The product seems to be reviewed very well.

I just bought the PowerPort III Mini 30W IQ 3.0.
First test at about 75% showed no significant difference to the stock charger.
I'll try it again when the battery is lower (that should allow for higher charging speeds) and report back.

9V*2A = 18W, so it doesn't work on full 27W, no Turbo Charge

[Teclast M40] Not charging via hub

I have recently bought a Teclast M40 V1.02_20210618 and it's working almost perfectly.
The only problem being that when I plug a USB hub (which has a PD type C on it) it doesn't charge.
I've tried this hub with other devices (Redmi note 7 pro and Redmi 9 power) and it does charge the devices, no problems.
I've changed cables and still nothing. The tablet recognizes mouse and keyboard through the hub, which makes me wonder if it's a micro USB technology but the out of a USB c on it (if such thing exists) causing some sort of conflict.
This is the hub I'm using:

}
Any ideas on what's going on or any other hub that should work with it?
Thanks in advance!
The Teclast M40 has a USB Typ C Charging Port, but no support for USB Power Delivery (USB-PD).
My USB-PD chargers don't work either.
To use a different charger I have to use a USB Typ A to Typ C Cable.
Same here on my m40 Pro... You'd think they'd fix this on a new model...

8T Charging Problems

Ever since a couple of months ago I had problems with charging the phone.
The provided 65w warp charger doesn't charge the phone at all, when I try to charge it with my old OnePlus 6 charger
it is charging but in a normal speed (not even fast charging).
I've tried cleaning the ports (phone, cable and charger), I've tried pluging and unpluging the cable multiple times,
I've tried hooking the cable up to a battery bank but still nothing.
I have an old 5T and when I plug it to the 65w brick it is charging but in normal speed (no fast charging).
Every other thing I plug in to it is charging (headphones, Ipad, Tablet and even a laptop).
Am I going crazy?
I need help please!
One plus 5T charger only supports 20W charging,If your charger breaks down, you can buy an official GaN charger,In the Xinyu of second-hand trading, you can buy a brand-new official charger , about 80 -90 yuan。

One Plus 8 Pro 60W Warp charger not working.

I have been using One Plus 8 pro for nearly 2 years. Recently my charger has started acting weirdly. It took around 5 hours to get my phone charge from 25% to 70%. I have attached screenshot for attention. Even when I connect the charger, it shows Charging on home screen instead of Warp-Charging.
I am still using Original charger and cable to charge the phone.

Shine a light into the charging port, there might be some dust and lint build up inside.
Get a wooden toothpick, shave it thin with a sharp knife and try to fish out the stuff inside the port.
Do NOT under any circumstances use a metal tool for this.
Shorting the port can cause permanent damage to the phone. Always use non conductive material.
I get that kind of charging speed when I'm using a slow charger, and it's definitely not normal. Also, the 8 Pro comes with a Warp Charge 3T 30W charger. Using a newer charger like the one for the 8T or Nord with more power will not hurt the phone, but it won't charge any faster than 30W.
