Moto G7 Power XT1955-4 Hard Brick - Moto G7 Power Questions & Answers

Hello!
I think i trashed my phone, after flashing PixelExperience it didnt wake up after rebooting.
It appears to be completely dead, doesnt respond to any of my boot or fastboot attempts and windows doesnt recognize it either.
Ive read about unbrick-usb-jigs but cant find a tutorial how to make one for usb-c, would that even work for me?

download and open ADB driver installer
is your device showing here? or download and open adb shell and type adb devices
is your device listed here?
if yes then download stock rom for nokia x
and flash is with any flash tool (like odin)
(make sure you have installed your phone to the same pc before means you have drivers)
if your device not showing then contact nokia care (dont tell them your story otherwise your warrenty will over tell them only that your mobile is not turning on )

Sorry buddy...... Tried it... but no use
All we can do is to refer you to a service center. Sorry.
Moderators, please verify my account. I am sick of the five-minute post wait.
Sent from my XT1022 using the XDA Premium 4 app.
Try this..power the phone off, wait 5 mins, then press and hold power for 60 seconds, and check if you see any signs of the phone coming back to life. If not, then the next option is the service center
that too is not working.................Is there no one inthis whole XDA Universe who can help me..... come on guys there must be someone................:crying::crying::crying:

The five-minute post limit is lifted once you have reached 10 posts. The moderators have nothing to do with it, as the process is automated to lift the wait after you post 10 times.
The reason for this wait is to keep new users from rapidly posting uselessly just to achieve 10 posts.
Dude This is crazy

Oops, sorry to get your hopes up.
I do actually have a few things to say about the real problem here:
1. Are you sure that your device is charged up? If not, make sure to plug it in to charge.
2. If charging isn't the problem, I'm going to give it a safe bet that your device is bricked. Like, turned into nothing more than a brick. (That's what "bricked" actually means ) If the device doesn't respond to the power button (which your posts have led me to believe), then there is no way to revive your device.

You said you've cleared eMMC and also some boot related stuff.
Well, messing with your eMMC and boot partition isn't a good idea, if you wiped your entire eMMC partition it means you've also wiped bootloader stuff...
I'm sorry but looks like your phone is totally bricked....
First of all stop shouting...!
Are you sure you choose "advaneced menu" and not "mount and storage" ....?
Also me too I think your device is bricked...
If you can't recognise it from fastboot and adb and you can boot to bootloader and recovery mode it is bricked...

If your phone won't turn on at all, it's totally bricked. Only a motherboard replacement will fix it...
As you know your phone has hard bricked buddy
then you should also know you cant fix it
try odin and flash bootloader (if u can without open download mode)
or Nokia care is the best way...

You say hardbricked, you mean the phone doesnt boot right?
If you connect to pc, installs an driver named HSusb for qualcomm s1 emergency boot?
Normal it must do that.If not, press vol keys and put usb in.
Normaly you cant brick qualcomm emergency mode. If you get this driver installed, write me a pn. i can flash it back to normal recovery.

i read that, but you shredder your masterboot register in nandflash.
there is no android. this is the lowest level of a device. name it layer 0.
you crashed the register where the cpu looks what he must do, to start the first sequence.

you should always be able to reach the dload mode even if it's fully working as long as you follow the steps.

Please stop using toolkits, they perform obscure unpredictable things.
Also what makes you so certain your screen isn't broken given that everything works except the screen?

Bricked Moto G7 Power

Good day everyone.
I have a Moto G7 Power Ocean blue that got bricked while trying to preform an update. I may have accidentally used a wrong firmware and the phone is totally dead, it doesn't turn on at all. However when I plug the phone to my laptop using USB cable, I hear a connection sound (Chim) from the laptop but there is no drive icon on my computer nor any visual notification that my phone is connected to the laptop.
I have also download the blank flash file from one of the threads on this platform and after an hour there was an error. And nothing happened.
Lastly, I've attampted to rescuing the phone using the LMSA tool from Lenovo and that wasn't successful either. So if anyone is out there who can help, I really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

It's another walled garden that requires a phone # to register for, you know, "security". And profit!
Include "MotoG7Brasil" or "mG7Power" in the query.
Or, search around here or lolinet to find the correct Blankflash zip.

So it turns out its not a hard brick. I'm stuck on TWRP. I'm able to get to fastboot. I tried to install Oxygen OS thru fastboot but the PC is not detecting the phone in fastboot. Mac detects it but I believe all the stock Roms are for PC use. I did try it on my MAc and was able to open a terminal window inside the Oxygen OS folder but then the fastboot device command is not found. any help would be greatly appreciated. I installed SDK and ADB drivers on PC but in device manager the device still only shows as Android device with no drivers. !! thanks

Can msm detect the phone when connected in fastboot. Also check device manager in pc to make sure it detects the phone as qualcomm device. Otherwise msm will not work.
Download msm. Turn phone off. Connect phone to pc. Open msm. Press start. Press volume down and power button on phone. It should be detected by msm and should start flashing the software.
Standby....
When plugged in the phone in EDL it shows
QUSB_BULK_CID0412 with an exclamation mark inside a yellow triangle
When i plugged in the phone and open fastboot it shows
Android with an exclamation point inside a yellow triangle
I booted up msm, clicked other, clicked start, pressed volume down and volume up and plugged it in. still says waiting for device to connect. ive also tried this with a number of keys being help, ive tried to boot from twrp straight into edl mode, none of which works
which all says to me its a driver issue of some kind, but for 3 days ive been slaving away on xda and cannot for the life of me figure out where to get the drivers.

Only download the qualcomm driver from this link. Or search for it online.
I have spent much more time than you trying to figure this out. I have a pc and Mac both. Mac is not compatible with a lot of the software and my pc usb ports are all bad. Point being, leave it alone for a day or so. Come back at it with a fresh start and fresh mind.

If I were you, I wouldn't throw the phone away. Like I said it's a simple issue of driver. Install the correct driver and make sure you see it as qualcomm device in device manager. Trust me, from then on, it's just a matter of a few clicks.
I unbricked my phone to t mobile and then converted to global rom without any issues.
