Procedure
MODEL GM1910 Hydrogen OS to Oxygen OS
Attention! This method will delete the entire contents of the phone!
Migrating from Hydrogen OS to Oxygen OS version 9.5.4 Global through Local Update:
1.) Download the file for rollback 9.5.4 Global and copy it to the root of the internal memory
(i.e., not in a folder such as Downloads, for example).
https://oxygenos.oneplus.net/Fulldowngrade_wipe_18821_190425_0253_user_fix_revision_MP_release.zip
2.) Go to Settings> System> System Updates> Click the gear at the top right> Local Upgrade> Click on the appropriate installation package> Update
3.) After the update is completed, click Restart
4.) The phone will boot in recovery mode to format user data, after formatting it will reboot again.
5.) The update was successful.
6.) After that, you can download and install the latest version of Oxygen OS
GM21AA (Global) or GM21BA (EU) via Local Upgrade.
Note If you do not see the firmware file, then check the file extension should be .zip (if you have .zip.jar just rename it by deleting .jar)

Snapdragon OTA Updates (G955U/G950U/N950U)

https://samsung.firmware.science/
Here is a website that was made by /u/thesbros, i don't know if he has an XDA. On this website you can select your phone version and then an OTA build and check which updates are available on the ATT server for you to download and update from recovery. This won't wipe your data, but there are some bootloader 2 builds on here. This also contains Oreo beta OTAs. Not for Note8 but for S8's.
How to update:
1. Download your file.
2. Put that zip onto your SD card.
3. Boot into recovery and select Update via SD
4. Select your update.zip file
5. Your phone is updating.
How to update with a computer:
1. Download your file.
2. Boot into recovery on your phone.
3. Select Update via ADB.
4. On your computer type adb sideload <update.zip file location>
5. Your phone is updating.
For the oreo betas, search under 950u QJC. The latest updates area all ota files from that software
What's Oreo, what's anything?

Update PX30 ROM from Android 8.1 to Android 9 Issues

Hi,
On Yandex i found there there is an Android 9 upgrade for Rockchip PX30. I've downloaded it and placed it in my SD card slow.
The update failed due to some verifications etc...
Is there another way to install it? I assume its because its going from 8.1 to 9 which may have different partitions etc. I've tried using the SD Firmware Tool but the downloaded firmware doesnt seem to be valid.
Here are the contents of the zip file:

Hi Friends i spent this quarantena coronavirus day to upgrate my px30 android 8.1 in android 9.0!
In the url you have to add "ht".
To do this you need to install the recovery tool of android 9, it's simple you need to download this apk "RecoveryInstaller_PX30.apk" I found this apk in "tps://yadi.sk/d/Qx8le85frD93ng" from this download you take only the RecoveryInstaller_PX30.apk file. Put it in your android and make the install and run. Now you automatic reboot in recovery mode for android 9, you select update software(the second point) you select from usb or sd card an android 9 rom that you have download from Yandex (tps://yadi.sk/d/umCvHqCDzHccr/RockChip%20PX30%20%20Android%209, i take the ota version in main folder) and start the installation (long time) and important when the installation is finish the system return in recovery data, you must select WIPE DATA and apply. And the system restart with android 9.
I just did it now and it worked. My radio is an isudar px30. Good job

you need to download this apk "RecoveryInstaller_PX30.apk" ,
after this you can install the version of android 9 you prefer. Basically what I understood is that every recovery is tied to an android version. With Recovery 9 you can install android 9. Try to re-read the post I wrote above. I haven't installed a mod. version, of the mod version I only took the file with the recovery of android 9!

The firmware version is better respected, this procedure should be used if you want to switch from an Android 8 firmware to an Android 9 firmware. If you change the firmware version but remain in the same android the procedure is not this but another, more Simple! As for your question, it is better to respect the version you may have malfunctioning!
I tried today to update my MTCE_LM Unit from 8.1 to 9.0 with the proceed above, so I downloaded the ROmfile for the LM Unit_ota9.0 from yandex server.
I’m stuck on boot loop now.
The Unit try’s to boot up and the error with can’t boot try again or make wipe data pops up. Tried both options with no luck.
I have the possibility to go into recovery but the recovery is 8.1.3 and I think not possible anymore to load recovery 9.0 from this apk File explained above.
Is there any solution to get my unit updated?
I tried the 8.1 LM_Rom from yandex with no luck.
My Unit is a Xrross with px30 MTCE_LM. 3.01 DCMU.
I updated the LM_MCU to 3.37 with success, bevor I start flashing.
I went to 8.1 and used RecoveryInstaller PX30, it gave the Android 9 recovery but no update.zip work. They all say E1001 Failed to update system image. Status 7
I have MTCE CHS android 8.1. The MCU upgrade was successful to CHS 3.40. But while updating the rom to 9.0 it crashes. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, it´s not able to do this update without the special APK for the Recovery Update.
The 8.1 blocks the Update with Status E7. So the internal Check fails. Maybe it works if you signed the File itself, Maybe not.
So look in the Forum for this APK-Tool. Xou have to Pay 10-20 Bucks and send your Serialnumber.

Hi, exactly which package did you install (GS, HCT, LM, OLS, etc.) and which release (date)? Because I tried all the HCT files and I can't update, I'm always stuck on Android 8.1 with this version HCT4_px30_8.1_IMG (20181225)

My One Plus 6 says "Your system is up to date" but I am running OOS 9.0.4

As described in the title, my OP6 is currently on Oxygen OS 9.0.4. I know the current version is 10.X.X. My device is rooted and I usually upgrade my phone manually through TWRP.
Before I make any changes, I would like to know if there is a reason why the update is not showing up under Settings > System > System updates...
I know One Plus usually rolls out the updates on a few devices at a time, but it should be universally available at this point.
If it's safe to update, is there a thread where I can find instructions to go from 9.0.4 to the current version?
Wrong section, post in the Q/A this is for ROMs, kernels and recoverys.
Now that you know, here's the cake.
Just download 10.3.4 (latest Full OTA) Google it OTA 46
THEN move it from wherever it was (/sdcard/Downloads/) to just your root storage (/sdcard). Perform manual install from settings > system >system update (in here select from the advanced options manual update.
Orrrrrrrrrr
Plug into PC and flash with mauronofrios fastboot utility he's got 10.3.3. run the flash_all.bat in fastboot mode.
@shagexpert
I don't know why you are running this problem...
if you want run all the updates following system update, after made and moved a backup of your data, you can factory reset, then try again the system update (if It works you will receive all the update one at once)
a faster way could be using the latest "10.3.4.fastboot.zip" and flash if via adb - your phone will be reset and you will need to update recovery again of you prefer a custom One
otherwise you can simply get the latest stable build from OnePlus support web Page
https://www.oneplus.com/it/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156173727 - global version
or
https://www.oneplus.com/cn/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574150497163 - china version
it's enought to download It and flash via recovery
- after the install finish you will need to update recovery (if you prefer a custom one)
ensure to flash It on both (a/b) partitions
I used this video to update my OnePlus 6

I have an OnePlus 9, bought in China, with ColorOs.
Followed the instructions, downloaded the file, copied it to the mobile directory, and it worked perfectly. I just had to update the ColorOS first.

hello can you explain how you get back imei number .. fastboot what partitions i dont want to messup my device i want to install oxygen with any issues please
Does threre exist any other way to change the imei? Because it is written on the device (sticker) and did not match. And I have unfortunately no backup
Problem solved with the next european update the real IMEI were back
Hi guys i think i'll buy the OnePlus 9 but it's a Chinese version (the one without wireless charging)
AFAIK the phone itself does support Hungarian bands so calls, 4G etc. won't be an issue (correct me if i'm wrong please) but it comes with ColorOS by default. I'd like to change it to OxygenOS but i don't know if this method will work or not, and if yes, do i loose/break something by doing it? For ex. loosing IMEI, not be able to call, system crashes etc...
Thank you!

I used the Idian firmware (11.2.1.1 (210309)) from this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/oneplus-9-rom-ota-oxygen-os-repo-of-oxygen-os-builds.4254579/ to reset the phone
and than I installed this European Version within the updater 11.2.3.3: OnePlus9Oxygen_22.E.06_GLO_0060_2104020539
Than it was fine for me...
I have a OnePlus 8 on oxygen os 12. I have a partition called my_heytap that has the YouTube app. I have an older version of YouTube for the use of YouTube Vanced root. For some reason this partition keeps updating YouTube after I reboot.
Can I use your fastboot command
fastboot resize-logical-partition my_partition name 0

I have a OP8 on OOS 12.1 C.33 and I want to get rid of those partitions. The command fastboot resize-logical-partition my_heytap 0 is giving me an error of Unkown Command. Why not use the command fastboot delete-logical-partition my_heytap? Why didn't the command of resize logical partition failed?
Edit: I guess I figured it out. Vanced manager needs to be installed for the mount script to work.

How To Guide Restore your Global OnePlus 9 LE2115 via MSM

For those with model LE2115 having trouble restoring their device, follow these steps:
https://easyupload.io/xgw3x5
NOTE: Link expires April 26, 2022
M1-1) Download the above file in this post and extract it to the same directory as your MSM tool.
M1-2) Launch MSM tool and put phone in EDL mode -> flash by choosing Auto Reboot and Firehose Lite opens checked.
M1-3) Phone will reboot to OOS 11 Global. Then update to OOS 12 C36 through System Update.
M1-4) Reboot system. It will have OOS 12 C36 with touchscreen ACTUALLY WORKING.
M1-5) Update to C40 (or whatever the latest version is right now) through System Update.
M1-6) Reboot system. It will have C40 (or whatever updated version you flashed) with everything still working.
M1-7) Reboot to fastboot and unlock bootloader.
M1-8) Reboot to system. Profit.
If the link above has expired, you can do the manual procedures below:
M2-1) Download both OP9 Global and OP9 Pro India MSM packages.
M2-2) Decrypt both OPS files using this tool: https://github.com/bkerler/oppo_decrypt
M2-3) Copy attached settings.xml file and overwrite the extracted settings.xml file (which was created by step 2).
M2-4) Repack the firmware to a new OPS file and copy this to the main MSM folder. Also move all other OPS files out of this folder.
M2-5) Follow steps M1-2 to M1-8.
Why not use global ROM unzip it to ops & flash with msm tool (O2) ?
I flashed my le2110(bricked) that way and after updating android 12 it says I got a le2115 lol
Here my working msm tool drivers (setup exe) all you have to do is download the global rom , I believe I used fizzy of XDA , it saved me twice
File folder on MEGA
