Use ampere to monitor the current.

any updates. i too have the same problem.
i tried the ampere data and it show less than 1000mahph

Try to charge it in switch off mode no other option will work until you can repair the hardware issue

Hi,
Try on another cable/charger
I noticed it as well but depends on that and Temp on my side.
If you have GSamBattery, stop it and relaunch it.

Honor 6x Sleep takes 1% battery

Hello,
I am the new owner of a Honor 6x and the phone is absolutely great but i cannot have a decent sleep. It loses minimum 1% per hour.
This night, from midnight to 6AM, i've went from 54% to 48%, that sounds enormous...
Power saving mode is enable.
Phone has already been resetted.
I also updated last night to nougat.
I am in 3G since 4G is knowing to consume a lot, had this also on my previous phone.
Compsumption Level are Android system 20.85%
Android OS 12.76
Hardware side are Screen 21% and PHone Idle 7%
If i uses the 6x continuesly, i get easily 6SOT i don't know how to avoid loosing so much during sleep.
Thx, i am now performing a new factory reset for Nougat.
Wifi off when screen off is applied
Mobile network have been remained on but i do now change them in 2G.
I close all apps manually before closing screen.
I've tested and lost 1% in one hour with NO data and NO wifi..., the screen has been just very shortly checked 4 times...
I will compare after the reset.
Thanks.
By default, EMUI will kill a lot of background apps during sleep, so you shouldn't experience much battery drain. A factory reset may help you.

You can try apps like Greenify. It will help.

This is all because of the Nougat update.
Nougat update is draining battery faster than MM version.
Moreover officially Nougat has not been released for Honor 6X still.
Try to downgrade to MM for better battery.

Well u sound true , OP plz try to enable the option to close the apps automatically when screen off. Wil save much juice
Thanks, i saw everywhere else that closing apps in the background sound a good idea but is in fact asking more juice to the system.
I don't know what to think anymore.
i've did 6h14 SOT with about 55 minutes of gaming, brightness between 15-30 depending if outside or inside.
It seems that making full charging cycles (i've had the phone only since 3 days now ) is helping a bit.
Still, i am very far from getting 10 hours as i have seen in these forums

Well, 6h SOT is very good actually but, if people do get 10h is probably due to light usages!

No one with a 3,000mAh battery ever achieved 10 hrs of SoT. Even with the lightest of usage. 7 hrs and a half at max.

Do the math. Additional 340 only. 8 hrs, maybe even and a half. You can only do that if you take away the core Android processes, take away cell radio, take away touch screen inputs, and there you go. With 3340mAh you might even reach 24 hrs of display time. I don't care if you don't believe me.

Battery Performance.

Hi guys, let's have a discussion about battery performance.
1. How long does it take to full charge?
2. What's the power supply while charging in mA?
3. What's the battery drain when not using phone?
4. What's the SOT? please mention your usage as well.
Thanks

Probably AI playing games behind your back????
ok here is the result
with tel,Whatsapp,sms,youtube and surfing.
I have many apps deactivated and automatic brightness.
most with wlan,80%wifi and 20% provider network
I have to say I was on vacation and only at home.
When i am working the reception is worse and that needs more battery again.
But I am satisfied,1.5 hours better than the Honor 7x I had before.
It will be displayed briefly,it was attached to the pc for about 5-10 minutes.
Why the mobile network does not show anything I do not know.
almost 2 days and more than 8 hours sot is great
I had the L09C432B120

Standby drain

When you sleep, does your phone sleep, or does it stay up all night and crunch 1s and 0s? Rate this thread to express how you deem the speed at which the Realme XT's battery drains under standby conditions. A higher rating indicates that when the phone is not in use, the battery drains minimally.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
battery is kinda disappointing for me because previously i was using (Xiaomi MiMax 2) which is 5300mah vs 4000mah.
I am losing 2% per hour in standby which is strange. (i have tried every possible solution so far but nothing worked i even tried disabling google stuff)
(maybe in andriod 10 update things will improve)

Yes bro but its not meant for Pakistan yet because Pakistan's Realme update page is not showing this update.
Well first of all its risky so its up to you if u want to update or not.
(I do not take any responsibility if something goes wrong or what works for me did not worked for you).
Do not take step 0 lightly
0. Go to your cell phone's "About Phone" and confirm that its EX version and not EXEU.
Here is what i did to update to Andriod 10
1. I went to Realme India website "https://www.realme.com/in/support/software-update"
2. From there i searched for "Realme XT Update" and downloaded it to my PC and then copied it to my cell phone.
3. By using file manager i opened the file (ozip file type) and it automatically restarted the phone and did update.
(I did not lose any data but i would advise you to save your data before updating)

From 0-100% takes more than 38 minutes of charging, Pls Help!!!

Hi,
I just bought Oppo Find X2 Pro Global version Dual Sim.
I have noticed that my phone does full charge from 0-100% takes more than 38 minutes, about 44 minutes mark. It is not like Oppo said 38 minutes. I have also changed the power source but no luck.
Does anyone know what might cause this as I have watched people testing their Find X2 Pro charging and it finishes in 38 minutes like Oppo advertised but not me.

Maybe those figures Oppo quoted were with the phone off? Have you tried that? As having the phone on whole charging does drain power and that amount of power will vary depending on your usage and what's running in the background

As I say though, depending on what's running on your phone, yours could be consuming more battery than the reviewers phones when they're testing the charge time.
Remember, these reviewers likely have a lot of phones, so won't be using each phone like you and I would, with lots of apps installed, running in the background etc.

No worries. Question though, does an extra 10 mins really make a difference to you? I know you've stated it as a reason, but do you often find yourself in a situation where you're sitting there waiting to go out and unable to do so as your phone takes 10 mins extra to charge to 100%?

I think it is alright for me but if it is charged in 38 minutes, it makes me feel great you know. At least I know I have the fastest phone charging speed
Reviewer's phones always run closer to stock than average users are. Which mean, less background process, less draining while charging and that may be the case.

Yep! Those figures from Oppo would have been in lab conditions too, with perfect signal, no background apps etc. Or maybe even with the phone turned off

but oppo in their Reno ace series with 65W charging easily charged from 3 to 100% in 32 mins. i have the Reno ace 2 and it does the same in 35 mins. So surprised that it takes more time with a flagship model
I charged fromn 4 - 100 % in little less than 35 min today. Phone was on as usual.
I get to 100% in 37mins 59seconds
There's numerous factors that go in to it, temperature, apps running, outlet etc., I'd only be concerned if it was taking over a hour for example, my quickest 0-100% has been 33mins, longest has been 42 minutes, I'm overall really pleased, it's consistently on 100% by the time I've showered and dressed
