1. How can I change video recording from 3gp to mp4;
2. What is qualiti of video clips;

Can you suggest a good rom which supports video calling over Volte?
I tried some roms but couldn't find one with video working. I am on stock rom currently and any upgrade to 6/7/8/9 will do.
Or if there is any dialer which can work over any volte supporting rom and provide video dialing process.

Only stock ROM by yukick supports native video calling through dialer.
Yes, I too realized after reading and trying multiple roms. Native dialing is possible with limited 5.1.1 based roms.
There are many newer version based ROMs that support volte but doesn't support video dialing.
For Jio network in India, if you have to use video calling it's possible only via Jio4gvoice app that too you have to disable enhanced LTE before installing Jio4gvoice, otherwise it reverts to native dialer only.
Only lollipop ? support volte. There are few ROMs available in lollipop
1) MIUI
2) Stock (CM 12.1)
3) ZENUI
4) FLYME OS ( Not tested personally).
I if You Want Video calls then Miui Only

It is probably an issue with the ROM itself. You need to post your issue in the ROM thread where you got your ROM, the developer of the ROM may need to modify the ROM to fix this issue.
my samsung j7 prime g610f have problem after i flash android 10 custom rom and createvender and treble GSI.....everything is good and can boot to system but voice recorder and video shot on camera no sound and i can't hear anything From video taken with camera or voice recorder....I tried to flash every stock rom and every android 6.X / 7.X / 8.1.0 and others custom rom and flash reverse vender.zip but it still not working my microphone and speaker can be use normally. ........CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
