Has anyone SIM unlocked an ATT A51 and is using it on TMobile? I want to switch from ATT to TMobile but when I go to check compatibility of the IMEI for BYOD It says that this phone does not support key features. Your phone doesn't support Extended Range LTE or Voice over LTE technology.

I have this sprint galaxy S4 SPL-l720 That I unlocked for using T-Mobile sim. The weird thing is if I change network preference to cdma I get sprint service on T-mobile sim. If I change the network settings back to GSM I get T-Mobile service. How is this
possible with T-Mobile sim?
I am selling my g2 and just got asked if it will work with Verizon prepaid. I know Verizon uses a different band than T-Mobile, maybe with a special rom it would work?
No.
Verizon uses their CDMA database to authenticate the phone eligibility to be used on their network.
D801 does NOT have CDMA radio so it will not be able to authenticate on Verizon network nor will Verizon have the phone's serial # on their database.
Are Sprint branded Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ phones capable of being used on domestic (AT&T & T-Mobile) GSM networks? If they are, does the phone lack some of the GSM bands that would preclude it from working nationwide or otherwise have other limitations (on either voice or data)?
If the phone currently has active service with a Sprint MVNO, how can the phone be switched to either a domestic or international GSM provider? Can it easily be switched back and forth between GSM and CDMA? Where is the SIM card slot?
A number of months ago when switching from Sprint postpaid to a MVNO, I found that the ESN/MEID was locked (by checking Ting's ESN checker and it showing a financial issue.) I called Sprint and successfully requested a Domestic SIM Unlock (as evidenced a few days later Ting showed the device as freely eligible and I was then successfully able to put it on a MVNO.) Does a Sprint DSU unlock both CDMA and GSM capabilities - as well as both domestic and international usage?
No wifi calling option on S10E (SM-G970U1)
Model: SM-G970U1
Andriod 10: one UI: 2.1
G970U1UEU4DTF3
Using MVNO ATT SIM.
No wifi calling option to turn off/on in the dialer app, no VoLTE. MVNO said I am confirmed to enable both options though.
Is this an ATT sim restriction for unlocked/non ATT devices? I did plug in my wife's att sim card and was able to get LTE+ but no wifi-calling. This isn't a branded ATT S10E.

I have an Unlocked S10e (U1) and the only way that I could get those AT&T features was to flash the "U" firmware AND the AT&T User Data file that has all of that crappy bloatware. I also used my old AT&T SIM card that had been in AT&T's system for years on previous phones. I had to do the same thing with my Note10+ too.
Another S10e that I have is still on U1 firmware & I just popped in a T-Mo SIM with no problems. Wifi calling etc. Work except I needed to download a visual voicemail app. Otherwise working great.
AT&T makes it so difficult!
It was a must for me because I have poor AT&T service where I live & need wifi calling.

Thank you, that is what I expected from ATT. I will switch to verizon MVNO. I don't want to have an unlocked phone, only to be forced to install carrier bloat.
Will an unlocked TMobile version of this phone work on an existing Verizon line without having to ask verizon to white list the imei or add cdma less etc?
I have

I have Unlocked T-mobile A71 5G, It works on Verizon network like 4G LTE (just swap the SIM card even I have 5G Sim card from Verizon) but NO 5G because they are using different 5G Band.
I have the same question, but on cricket wireless, I can't get the phone to login to their network
It works just fine on any GSM/LTE network. I have not checked this personally for this device, but depending on the variant you have, you may be missing some LTE or 5G bands specific Verizon. You may not get full performance. That must be verified though.
