Thaks dev for ROM. Just a few hours with It and looks great. The addition of One Plus launcher and other elements give it a nice look.

For me everything works fine till now. I'm from Mexico and don't have this LTE hiccup.

Yes, of course. I use my phone with AT&T network and no problem with ShapeShiftOS.

Is sim2 working fully(are incoming calls working)

No gapps already included in the rom.
Though rom is fast and stable in a day usage haven't encountered any major bug except notification light not blinking for missed calls whether it's cellular call, whatsapp call or Google duo call but it's working fine for messages.
Is there any fix for notification light?
The ROM is nice and smooth.
But for some reason, automatic dark theme is not working.
Some one else with the same thing?

For me notification light is working for all kind of message (sms,gmail, whatsapp etc) notification but not for calls.
Almost ten days with ROM and i can say, excellent battery backup.
It doesn't pass SafetyNet check (Magisk 20.4)

Hey i wanna ask if the mic is working, because on my current rom it's really annoying how i have to restart the phone if i want to call someone or using mics for apps.

This rom is a custom LiquidSmooth v4.0 rom by me to get the most spped out of it as possible for our device. This rom is compiled using SaberMods 4.8.5 GCC toolchain and the kernel is my custom kernel built with SaberMods 4.9.3 GCC toolchain with graphite enabled in both. I ave modified the /build git repo to enable many speed tweaks and GCC compiler flags, and /vendor/liquid in order to enable a few more options for building. Yeah I'm not sire what's wrong with that, may be a problem on liquidsmooths end so I'll wait for a fix then sync up the sources. Also I think 720p is broken on YouTube just like the KitKat version of liquid smooth so its definitely liquidsmooths errors. And just when I may have fixed YouTube not working after the screen goes off and the kindle needing a reboot. Its valentines day today so the fix will he out tomorrow
Also, I can remove layers and implement cm theme chooser if that's what people would prefer?
I'm running right now.. Really stable no issues except layers keeps crashing.

I would personally prefer the theme chooser until liquidsmooth irons out the bugs with layers. Just my $0.02. Enjoy your Valentines Day :good:
Layers is not by Google. Its by bitSyko ( @sykopompos ) . Layers are created for specific devices, so we might need themers to create and make them compatible with the Kindle. In my opinion, layers is beyond better than CM Theme Chooser. Have it on my N4 and its amazing.

What did I do?
Sean and bunchies were working on getting layers working right on liquid smooth, there was something conflicting with it and they were trying to figure it out
I liked this Rom its simple clean and smooth. Keep testing it.
Didnt understant work of layers...

Tested, currently does not theme 99% of elements so its pretty much useless until liquidsmooth fix it in their repos.

Thank you for bringing this rom to KFHD, it looks really nice! Do you have any screenshots please? Also, does the device get overclocked with your kernel by default, or can it be changed to normal? I'm a little worried about overclocking my device, it's already on it's limit I think

Don't worry, by default this is clocked at 350mhz - 1200mhz, which is the devices default clock rate.
And in case anyone has noticed, hashcode has updated the repos with a lot of changes, such as adding the new widevine libs which will fix google play movies and other video streaming apps that previously were broken, like Netflix? I will sync up the repos tonight and start the build ASAP, I'll keep you posted

Please let us know how the proximity sensor is behaving after a while. I have waiting patiently for a rom that fix this stupid sensor. I am running out of patience.

So tried it 20x back and forth from ? not 1 glitch as yet, like you say it tends to get worse with time. No black screen either. I just wiped system and caches, flashed ROM, banks gapps and magisk didn't loose any settings. Maybe removing some of the "lineage bloatware" helps.

Wow I am trying now, I have to say is really great, I was trying some roms ... RR with/without DX, AICP, Lineage, Mokee, Dirty Unicorns. The MIUIs Based : Epic and Stock Roms too.
AICP and RR are my favorites.
Maybe is early to say that but... I guess this is THE ROM for my Mi Mix. Things I like (less important to more important):
+ Has a double tap on Home Screen to sleep screen, I really love this, because then I don't need Pattern/PIN to unlock the phone.
+ Pretty easy to change Notification background color, no need substratum for it.
+ The default drawer surprised me. Not only dots on icon when you have notifications, you can see the notifications using 3D touch.
+ Fast like any other roms that I tested before
+ Excellent battery life, just like AICP.
++ Is the fastest Fingerprint unlocking that I have tested, I dare to say, like the MIUI Roms.
++ No problems with proximity sensor or screen off when phone Calling.
There are simple things that could be better :
- Why double tap on home screen to lock the phone, stop working when I enable any other app in accessibility?
- Triple Finger to screen shot, always scroll the current Screen, instead stay static while screen shooting. That happens also in other Roms.
I'll continue testing, excellent work, I really like this rom, keep the good work.

Excellent battery life, 7 hours SOT. Today I had about 12 phone calls. I had 1 call, where the phone calling was strange: the screen says "dialing" but the people in the other side, told that I can't hear them, but they do, looks like the phone screen dialing is not OK. The fingerprint sensor is equal or faster than MIUI Stock or Epic ROM, that's nice.
By the way, some of you has the issue with the double tap on Home Screen to turn the screen off and accessibility access to third party apps?

Well I've been using this rom for the last few days and I must say it is very good. Fast and stable and with very few problems, although I haven't tested calls or bluetooth for example.

Yes me too, Bluetooth calls 90% of the time no problems.
Got this yesterday night and flash with dragonxia kernel, very very fantastic speed
Using this rom 24 hours and till now everything looks great! No lags, no issues. Battery it's amazing comparing other lineage roms. Great work!! I'm gonna stay here till xiaomi update to 7. 1+ their rom

All latest version both rom and kernel, but u must uninstall magisk from kernel and using kernel adiutor
I realized in this rom no native read mode and fingerprint mod for lock devices, can developer add in this ROM too?
Edit this fp can solved with epic FP Mod
The disadvantages for this rom is ram management, more I use my devices more little ram can be claimed, 3GB from fresh restart and 1GB after 1 day use so need restart everyday

So, after almost 6 days of testing this is what I have observed about this Rom.
Pro:
- battery life is on bar with other AOSP Rom. Not a big difference.
- Stable. Could be used as daily driver.
- fingerprint sensor is faster than other Rom but, only while the screen is On. If it's off then it's slow like other Rom.
Cons :
- Proximity sensor still ****s. Never worked for me.
- RAM management is a bit weird. Never used a ROM that uses as much RAM.
- I had one random reboot. Since then it seems very smooth.
I think I will continue on trying different Roms until I find a good one.

3rd party app lock isn't really safe because you can bypass it by force disable the app.
Much prefer built-in app lock. Anyway thanks for the prompt reply
does screen cast works here ? its the only thing stopping me from using pie roms

am aware of that but is it possible for you to reintegrate it cause bits and peaces of it still exist in wifi direct it does still use wps

No drain, excellent battery backup.
Tried a lot of pie and Oreo ROMs, none are better, a lot are good too, but only up to date ROM with working mms...
Is volte video call works on tiz ROM ?
It was good for me as well, just after a reboot it was not accepting my PIN anymore. Flashing that ROM once again did not help much - PIN was accepted, but no signal was received by any of my SIM cards. I went back to DND as usual...

What is DND ?
Lucky you. It looked for me like SIM security was destroyed. DND (Darkness Redefined) is another Nougat based ROM. It's almost perfect in terms of customization and functionality, just during conversation you cannot use mobile data and its developer seems to have abandoned it end of 2017. This is why from time to time I have been trying other, newer ROMs, but I always have to say 'sorry' to my old good DND.

You are right I remember DND was my daily driver for months!
Wish it could get last security patch...
But this viper is great for me, no issues till now...
Can Viper handle calls and data transfer simultaneously? I use separate SIM cards for data and calls...
And it would be great if the developer could add torch as option to be assigned to the hardware keys. Another nice detail missing in Viper is resizeable clock in the status bar.

Ok didn't know that but there's no gallery why ? It's the first time I flash a rom with no gallery or integrated browser.

Most probably to reduce size of the rom zip. Just install from PS what u need and problem solved

For me this is one of the best rom, because is pure aosp from google and because is fast and clean and the battery last longer than others modified roms, even if it does not have so many features as others roms..thanks @jprimero15, you make a great job for us! Keep it like this!:good:
