Hi there. I am wondering if you were able to remove Breeno feed and browser. I am thinking of a CN version Find X3 Pro, as it is almost half price of the global. version. But after a Realme X50 Pro CN, despise the Breeno and other related apps not even being able to disable them. Thanks.

Installing GAPPs suite on Honor 9 (Chinese Version) - NO ROOT NECESSARY

Hello alL,
I come to bring you good news. I have managed to install google play store and other Google Apps on the Chinese version of the Honor 9 (WITHOUT ROOT).
For anyone wondering, here are the steps.
1 - Download this file to your Honor 9.
2 - Decompress the zip file and install "Google Installer_2.0.apk". Don't touch the other files.
3 - Run this app (the newly installed one with the chinese name) and confirm using the Green button near the bottom.
4 - Confirm all prompts for authorisation, ensuring you select "Trust app" to give it full permissions. This will install the core "Google Play Apps Suite" as a user app, meaning that you will be able to uninstall "Play store" by simply dragging it to the top. See 1st screenshot.
5 - Check if Google Play Store has been installed and is working. If android complains about "Missing GMSs", reboot and try again. If still you have problems, try downloading "GMSInstaller apk" from an internet mirror of your choice.
See attached screenshots for proof that it works!
Great guide! Thanks for sharing. This is a safer way than rebrand, but rebrand will bring you a full Europe/US EMUI. You will not see any left-over Chinese characters.
The only downside is you'll be left with some Chinese letters here and there :/
But, it's easier than rebranding
Is there a lot of Chinese left so that it becomes difficult to use the phone? Or more like a minor nuisance? I'm currently in China and positively drooling at the local retail price but I've no access to a computer for rebranding.
Hi, I tried this procedure, I managed to install all the GApps but when I try to login or add google account the phone freezes for a moment and nothing happens. Same behavior on YT, while on Gmail and Play Store it still says "GMS Installer required". I guess that with a chinese phone you need to flash it anyway or it can't reach google servers. Am I right?

Hi,
I previously installed google services successfully using GMSinstaller when I first got my Honor 9 in August.
Now it is upgraded to B201 and because it always crashes when it comes to google play, I ran GMSinstaller again which asked me to uninstall every google related apps.
I did so but now it is impossible to install google again
GMS installer will only propose me to uninstall previously installed google apps, then reboot.
I tried several "Google Installer" including this one, none of them are working.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks
It seems like this B201 update patches the GMS installer

I tried removing all the google stuff (framework, account manager, services, sync) then manually install each of them : still doesn't work.
Does anyone with B201 firmware succeed to install Google ?
Is it possible to downgrade without root/unlock ?
One thing I have not tried yet is reset to factory, If I do so I am wondering if a backup from HiSuite will restore everything...

After Factory reset, GMSinstaller worked again !
But my fear was confirmed : after restoring from HiSuite Backup, I lost some datas in my apps and also all my notes in the notes app
In the end got Google back, that's the most important !!

Go to menu app manager and add apps, then you can load a file or just add the name of the package in the list. Save and your apps will appear in list
I really thank you too!
Despite MIUIMIX, there is a lot of bloatware left on the device.
Thank You for list Safe debloat list What more can we uninstall ?? Especially what applications from Google, so that the system remains stable

use adb, you can delete all apps without root.
1. adb shell
2. pm list packages
3. pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package>
just a question, there is any difference using disable instead of uninstall??
thanks
yes, deactivate, the application remains installed in but not functional, no activity in RAM.
Quick question guys! I have successfully uninstalled or disabled most of the apps that were annoying me in my Mi 10T. I also tried adding the default Camera app to the ones I wanted to uninstall through the "App Manager -> Add Apps" menu and it returned a warning that I might end up bricking my device. I didn't go through with it and would like to know if someone has done it without facing any problems. Should I go on with it?? I am used to using Gcam and it bumps me that I get to have a set of unwanted apps (Camera - Gallery)!!
great tool.
i just want to a add a few comments:
1. i would add a select all - deselect all in the different categories. uninstaller for example.
2. in the uninstaller you're missing quite a few apps - contacts, phone, gallery, themes,(all of xiaomi ) google news and maybe also sim toolkit and security (dunno if security is essential).
3. debloating poco launcher without ensuring you have an alternative can be a bit of a problem, so maybe a hint.
thanks for all!

If the application says that it cannot find ADB/Fastboot even though you have downloaded the OS-specific ZIP, open a terminal inside the extracted folder and enter
java -jar XiaomiADBFastbootTools.jar

The latest released version was more than a year ago, 31st Aug 2020 TBP, why there is no updated version of this useful tool? Pls make an updated version as some app is not being uninstalled in MiUi 12.5+

Bloatwares

Hi Everyone!
I was searching about the removal of Bloatware and found this:
https://gadgetstouse.com/blog/2019/...oatware-from-realme-smartphones-without-root/
It teach us how to remove Bloatwares with this steps:
1 - You need to enable developer options by going to Settings > About phone > tap on Build number 7 times.
2 - Now, go to the developer and enable the USB Debugging option.
3 - Connect your phone to your PC via USB cable and open an elevated(Run as Administrator) command window.
4 - Enter the command “adb shell” and press Enter.
Now, enter the commands from the list below to remove the respective app.
pm uninstall –k ––user 0 Name Of The App
And, i made a list of apps that I THINK it could be removed (no technical knowledge at all!).
Does anyone removed those apps or know that is too risky to do so?

Yeah I've done this on the chinese ROM, can't remember exactly what i did remove (it wasn't exactly that list), I used an app called 'Package Names' from the Play Store to help identify which ones I wanted to remove.
It is a bit risky so I targeted the Breeno voice stuff and apps that I knew wouldn't be system critical, has been a success.
Google assistant now working. Also google feed now comes up instead of the breeno feed thing.
Nearly feels like a european ROM, my only remaining niggle is how to get location tracking turned back on for google maps timeline.

Yes same here as well. DId you manage to get the google feed to display English instead of straight Chinese characters as well?
As a bit of information, IDK if you've played around with defaults aswell:
I have been trying to get past the default app limits arbitrarily placed in the OS. I followed similar instructions to above to get a working SMS app other than the stock Messages. For me personally, I enjoy using Textra.
First I backed up the stock messages app and then removed it via the method above. Then I reinstalled it. Next I deleted Textra and then reinstalled it as well. I set Textra to default in the Textra app itself. Finally I removed Messages. I can message in Textra, but every time I receive a message the entire system has a hint box that appears that suggests to change preferences. It is important to note that the OS does not recognize Textra as the default, but it functions as one since the default is removed temporarily.

I think this is a sytem app,
So as to remove it ,you need root previlage ,
AS the twrp for realmex50pro is not availabe, you need to do this,
extract your bl of your current rom,
install magisk ,use magisk to patch the bl
boot to fastboot mode, flash the magisk patched bl,
boot to system, and complete the magisk install,
In magisk,set adb root previlage,
In adb command,type su,
then you type the correspondence delete command,
This time,Things will be done
Anyway, extract the bl of the current rom may be the most difficult task.
Try this website,I got it from another post,

[GUIDE] Debloat stock apps without root ( Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools)

1. Download and launch latest Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools from there
2.Enable USB debugging and connect your device to your pc.
Notes.
*You can uninstall or disable stock apps (later you can re-install them or re-enable them if you need them back)
*Be carefull and do some research before uninstall something.. worst case your device may end in bootloop
*Latest Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot need java 11 or later to work.

hi,
i dont know where to post but I have a problem with my Xiaomi Mi Note 10 lite.
A few months ago I deactivated a few apps. Later I wanted to reenable them and except for 3 apps all apps were activated. Now I have still 3 Apps deactivated and if I want to reactivate them via Fastboot Tools it says [ADB Error]. I attached a screenshot.
Does anybody else has this problem or knows a solution?

Try
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.apps.searchlite
Then install. Its a different name than the main app. Probably a duplicate app permission error. So idk if that will let you. If not. Try to delete the apk from the system or product folder then just copy the apk for the main app into that placement you deleted. Sometimes even with root to mount as RW you have to delete something first as it's to full to mount. So a app you don't use I use the X Plore file manager and Magisk 24 then I copy the app /product/app/CalculatorGooglePrebuilt/CalculatorGooglePrebuilt.apk to my sdcard. And then delete it. The press and hold on the root directory and hit disk map so it refreshes the available space. Then copy the main into /product/app/CalculatorGooglePrebuilt/YOURapk.apk. Just be sure to click configure at the top right and click show hidden and Make superuser-read write mounted. Once you reboot it will install bypassing the package installers verification and makes it a system app. You may also have to do this with GMS if your services only supports go apps. So the app may crash. So hope that helps
