Htc U11 Stuck in Headphone Mode - HTC U11 Questions & Answers

Hi,
My phone is showing the headset is plugged in even though the headset is not connected. In this case, the speaker does not sound. And microphone not working.
Also, only slow charging. Not normal changing or fast charging. And the computer does not connect to the phone.
I changed the usb and microphone board. But the problems still continues.
Is there a solution for this. Help me please. Thanks.

Jack Connector

Hi Guys,
I just repaired my tornado, but I broke off my jack plug. I repaired it, but now the phone thinks there's a headphone plugged in (while it's not). Is there a way to force WM to play sound over the speakers instead of the jack connection?
I'm sure the speaker works (when I call myself with a landline, the ringtone goes over the speaker).

why don't you completely remove the jack plug? since you already broke it, I don't see a reason to keep it inside the phone. maybe this fixes the phone's mind.
I just did that. Without the jack plug, the problem is still the same.
I think this is very strange, because there is totally no possibility that the phone can recognize there's an headset plugged in. Maybe the plug has a little switch in it?

Microphone issue with headphone adapter

Hello all. I got my TP two days ago and I love it. Problem is, I have a 3.5 mm headphone adapter w/ charging USB on it and no one can hear me when it is plugged in. I use this to listen to my music to/from work in my car (my car stereo has a Aux-In). I have a dashboard mount that I put the TP in to keep it steady. When I answer a call, obviously I can hear them, but they can't hear me. However, this used to work when I had the Vogue...Instant speaker phone. This would be such a pain if HTC decided to somehow disable the phone microphone with this adapter plugged in.
Any suggestions?
I've got the same problem. Is it possible to ensure mobile calls go thru bluetooth?

[Q] Nexus 5 Microphone Buzz noise after installing new charging port

Hi Guys,
I had an issue with mic earlier also, but it was low voice and soon after that my usb charging stopped working. So i was left with wireless charging for some time. I got my charging port today and usb charging is now working fine so is PC to USB connection, but my Mic is worst than before... it give continuous static noise.
Sorry, your avatar
Useless reply above.
Does this buzz only happen when you're charging, or is it constant regardless of whether you're plugged in?
If its regardless, perhaps the connection to the microphone is loose (I'm not sure which module the mic is part of)?

I bought the Razer phone with the hammerhead headphones, I am noticing that sometimes even when the headphones are plugged in and the logo on the headphones glow and they are recognized by the phone, but there is no sound coming from the headphones, I have to restart the phone in order to get them to work again. Anyone else having g this issue?
Any response from customer support?

HTC U11 charger and wired earphones connection issue

My charger and headphones were not getting recognized by mobile, and only charged when turned off. I got the charge port replaced and still same issue, so while the phone was off and charging, i turned it on and it seemed to continue charging, and the same can be done for the headphones, turn it off connect it and then turn it on and the phone recognises the headphone and same with connection to pc. Why is that? its a software issue can some one explain . I factory rested and still no change
Strange issue. It sounds like something else wrong, maybe a motherboard.
turn it off connect it and then turn it on and the phone recognises the headphone and same with connection to pc.
