Imx586 only supports 30fps hardware limitation
Not imx586 and 4k , tcl plex has imc582 that supported 240fps 1080p . Please you google it

I just bought the note pro 12.2 and there is no 1080p option in youtube app. only up to 720p
How can I enable 1080p option?
Are you sure it's not just a particular video you're watching isn't available in 1080p?
I'm currently watching Marques Brownlee's (MKBHD) video on the Apple Watch in 1440p on my wifi model. The 1080p option is also available.

I tried the same video. (mkbhd). all the videos in youtube shows only 720p.
I have rooted my note pro 12.2 wifi and changed dpi setting. I tried default dpi but the result was same
I don't know what to do to fix it.
.
problem solved. uninstalling youtube updates fixed the problem.
Youtube 1080
I read somewhere that the 720p had come about due to the fact that the videos are only being streamed at that resolution... even if they purport to be 1080p or even higher.
Hi all,i hope my question is posted in the correct place. Something i am rather curious about and constantly wonder about is my device's screen resolution. Now i know that the Z5 Premium came with a 4k display, what im not sure of is why my device (Z5 E6653) has the "ability" to record 4k video clips,if it doesnt have a 4k capable display?
Am i wrong in my understanding that shooting in 4k is useless because my device is not capable of showing 4k resolution anyway? Or is my device 4k capable and if so,why cant one then manipulate the display to use a 4k resolution setting permanently? Please could someone enlighten me.
You capture a 4K video and watch this video on your phone? Actually 5.5 inches display is useless for 4K.. Watch on TV or a projector..
You should watch the 4K video (which you recorded with your phone) on a 4K capable display, like a 4K TV. When you play that on your phone,it'll be downscaled to 1080p. So if you don't have a 4K display, it would be useless to record 4K videos. Except if you want your videos to have the best quality for future use.
hi guys i am using youtube in that most video only support 720p not more than that and very few 1080p why not more than that resolution cant be streamed any idea?
Hi All!
I have a strange issue when i recording a video with my OP6. The file size is very big in 720P, 1080P and 1080P 60fps.
I attached 5 screenshot from 5 different recording mode.
720P, 1080P, 1080P 60fps, 4K and 4K 60fps.
I have stock OOS 9.0.5 on rooted phone.
Its that a bug or something else?
I have the solution.
I installed an module for Magisk, that is the reason of the higher bitrate of the 720P, 1080P and 1080P 60fps videos.

It seems that I can only watch the YouTube videos at a maximum resolution of 720p despite some videos having 1440p or even 1080p. How do I enable this? Thank you.

Maximum playback for YouTube is 1080P because it's a 1080p Display.
Otherwise you can use YouTube Vanced, there you can watch videos in 4k+.
