Step 1. To S-OFF your Sensation - (You do not need to do this if you have S-off already or done this before) - WORKING NOW for TMOUS users
Visit http://revolutionary.io/
download the application for your operating System. AND EXTRACT IT TO A FOLDER
YOU MAY NEED TO DISABLE YOUR ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM- Norton is flagging up Revolutionary as a Virus when it isn't
IMPORTANT
Fill out the form under the download links with your OS, Device, Hboot Version and Serial number. This will give your beta key to enable you to S - OFF. Make a note of this.
How To get your Hboot Version - 3 methods below
1. Run the revolutionary Utility you just downloaded from http://revolutionary.io/ and if it has found your device it should read
"Found your Device: HTC Sensation Z710* Applications -> Development)
4. With the phone switched on (not in HBOOT, just the regular home screen), plug in your USB cable and select HTC sync mode.(IGNORE any warning messages on your phone telling you it cannot find HTC Sync )
5. Launch revolutionary.exe. It should detect the phone and ask for your beta key. Type it (BE CAREFUL, as its case sensitive) or copy and paste it in.
If Revolutionary fails to find your phone verify you have all the drivers installed, try disk drive mode or charging mode (Linux users can use disk drive mode. Confirmed to be working by others)
6. Once you have entered your beta key correctly, follow any on screen prompts or actions from revolutionary and wait for it to S-Off,
7. You're done. Your Device will Successfully have S-OFF....if it hangs on method 3 and doesn't S-Off. See post 2 below for solutions.
IF REVOLUTIONARY SAYS FAILED YOUR PHONE IS NOT SUPPORTED. Go back and check hboot using the methods above. some users are told its failed and they still have S off now. If you have S-off your hboot will now be 1.17.1011 and revolutionary will tell you now your device is not supported
8. Revolutionary will now ask you to Install clockwork recovery mod after S OFF. Type N and install it manually below (the recovery provided is v4.0.1.4 doesn't charge when device is switched off, the one below v5.0.0.1 does charge)
9. Your Device now is S-off.
To install clockwork recovery for the sensation. Follow step 2!
STEP 2. To INSTALL Recovery - v5.0.0.8
1. Download recovery v5.0.0.8 for the Sensation [URL="http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1277975"]HERE:[/URL] or Multiupload
2. Copy the PG58IMG file into the Root folder of your SD card (The main Folder of your Memory Card)
3. Turn off your phone FUlly and reboot into the Bootloader/HBOOT screen (see post above on how to get to hboot screen)
4. Press Volume up to Accept when it asks" Do you want to start the update"
5. Press Power Off to Reboot back to android after installation is successful (normal screen with homescreen)
6. Delete PG58IMG from your memory card and you can now root using step 3 below or install a custom ROM using CWM (Customs Roms are already rooted)
7. OPTIONAL: Boot into recovery or Completely switch off (Fastboot disabled or remove and reinsert battery)
Follow STEP 4 SUPER CID sub steps 1-6 to get adb running
8. Enter the command "adb shell cat /sys/devices/platform/htc_battery/power_supply/battery/status" Phone will confirm it is "CHARGING"
Charging issues fixed with new clockwork recovery. writing is now BLUE not purple or orange
Step 3. To permanently root your Sensation - (This means you will NOT LOSE ROOT on rebooting)
1. Download the file su-2.3.6.3-ef-signed.zip from here: DOWNLOAD
2. Copy su-2.3.6.3-ef-signed.zip to your SD card root folder (main folder of your memory card)
3. Start clockworkmod recovery (instructions below. See To Start Clockwork recovery)
4. BACKUP YOUR ROM USING CWM BEFORE ATTEMPTING ROOT!
5. Navigate to "Backup & Restore" using the Volume Down button and press select (power button to select) then select "Backup"
6. Select "install zip from sdcard" after backing up
7. Then select "Choose zip from sdcard"

10. Then go back
11. Then reboot.
12. You're rooted!
If you are getting error messages regarding S-OFF, Rooting or installation - Troubleshoot below in post 2
See POST 2(HERE):
STEP 4. WRITE SUPER CID [YOU ONLY NEED TO DO THIS ONCE]- (continue from step 11 below if you have already done this)
(allows you to flash ANY ROM to the device regardless of the carrier. Just click RUU.EXE)
1. Download adb tools here: download for WINDOWS or download for LINUX or from the attachments below
2. On your pc click on your local disk C: Drive (or D: drive for some) (WINDOWS users: Start > My computer > Local Disk (C)
3. Create a new folder called "adb" and extract the files from adb.zip into it. Make sure it doesn't create another folder in the adb folder when extracting

4. open command prompt (or terminal for linux) and type "cd" "followed by the path to your adb folder" (windows users can type "cd C:\adb")
5. Ensure your phone is switched on (regular home screen) and connect it by USB in charging mode (Ensure usb debugging is on settings)
6. enter the command "adb devices". This is to confirm your phone is connected. (It should come back with list of devices attached and your serial number)
7. enter the command "adb reboot-bootloader". (nothing further required device WILL reboot in bootloader)
IF it doesn't you can Manually put the phone in the bootloader/hboot mode
Navigate to fastboot by pressing volume down and pressing power button to select (power off > vol down + power on)
It will take you to the fastboot bootloader screen on your phone
Connect your phone via USB
Your Screen should now read fastboot USB
8. enter the command "fastboot oem writecid 11111111"
9. enter the command "fastboot reboot-bootloader (Wait for it to reboot the bootloader)
10. enter the command "fastboot getvar cid" [it should confirm your CID is 11111111]
11. enter the command "fastboot reboot"
12. You can now flash any ROM you like.
To reinstall any stock ROM after this or De-brand or reinstall a different type of Rom (European, Asian, US).
Just click here to download an Official Rom,
Connect to your phone in charging mode. click the "RUU_pyramid_*****.exe" file you downloaded and follow on screen instructions.
I can confirm SuperCID is successful as i just flashed a Tmous Rom (1.25.***) to my EU unbranded device to check. (added t-mobile tv and other carrier stuff to my apps list)
TO DE-BRAND OR REINSTALL STOCK ROM (Changes to Stock S-off, Removes Root and clockwork)
Reinstall your original stock ROM you had (e.g Vodafone, Tmous, Asian, European unbranded etc. if you are changing back to S-ON)
1. Backup all User Data and Apps (Titanium backup Recommended) SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU WANT TO WIPE EVERYTHING
2. Use the SUPERCID method above. (Confirmed to work)
3. If you cannot get superCID to work. Follow this by Alexp999. HERE: any problems PM ME and i will help
Your phone bootloader will read "PYRAMID PVT SHIP S-OFF RL" after this, Root and clockwork will have been removed now
STEP 5 - CHANGING BACK TO S-ON - PROCEED WITH CAUTION. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. BEWARE THERE IS A RISK OF BRICKING READ BEFORE GOING TO STEP 1.
YOU MUST Follow this correctly otherwise you could semi-brick your device (Semi bricks recovery by re-flashing RUU). If you follow it correctly YOU WILL GET S-ON SUCCESSFULLY -confirmed by other users
I cannot be held responsible if anything goes wrong but i will help in every situation. 2 unrecoverable bricks so far. 1 due to not flashing RUU
First time i did this with a custom ROM installed - semi-bricked my device (couldn't boot due to security warning as S-on doesn't work with custom roms), restored it using RUU.exe
Second time after S-off i took the following steps and successfully went back to S-ON without any problems and booted up into stock rom.
Confirmed to work by several others as well as myself
1. Follow Step 4 above to get SuperCID - Skip if you already have it
2. Restore your official stock Rom: Just click here to download an Official Rom RESTORE STOCK EVEN IF YOU JUST RESTORED IT RECENTLY OR ARE ALREADY ON STOCK ROM. This is to ensure nothing gets changed in stock for S-on to be successful
So if you are already on a stock ROM or you just went back to stock ROM, i don't care, restore the stock ROM again using the RUU.exe if you don't want to be bricked!
Connect to your phone in charging mode. click the "RUU_pyramid_*****.exe" file you downloaded and follow on screen instructions.
3. Make sure when you download the RUU. download the same or similiar RUU version as your phone came with (e.g. Tmous or EU or Asian etc). As long as you install a stock rom similiar to what you had you should be ok. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE.
4. Switch your phone on now and let it boot for the first time and just skip through the welcome screen.
5. Go back to Step 4 - SUPERCID and go through 1 to 7 to get to the fastboot bootloader. (so just do what you did before, put adb files in local disk, adb reboot bootloader etc)
6. enter the command "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" (Thanks Dazweeja)
7. Reboot into bootloader using "fastboot reboot-bootloader" or remove & reinsert the battery and press power on while keeping hold of volume down.
8. Bootloader should now read Pyramid PVT Ship S-ON RL.
9. Remove and reinsert the battery. Press power on as normal
You should now have S-on back and you can return your device or do whatever it is covered again under warranty.
10. IF IT DOESN'T REBOOT and bootloader says ***Security Warning**
Remove and re-insert the battery and go back into bootloader and holding Volume Down +power button select fastboot
11. Run RUU_Pyramid_***.exe to reflash stock rom. (the one u just downloaded in step 1) and then reboot. It should work now
The above method works successfully. So do not under any circumstances try this without going back to stock first using Ruu.exe. and Follow the instructions correctly if you want S-on WITHOUT problems Any doubts or questions PM me and i will get back to you and help you.
Donations welcome as i had a very shaky night experimenting and bricking my device (and having a panic attack over it) to find a safe method for successfully getting S-on back for all you out there complaining about warranty.
To Start Clockwork recovery
1. EITHER make sure fastboot is disabled in settings and shut down your phone
This can be done via Settings > Power> Untick "FAST BOOT" at the bottom.
OR take out your battery and put it back in. (this is easier)
2. Keep hold of the volume down button and switch your phone on.
3. Hboot will start. Navigate to recovery with the vol down button. Press power button to select and enter recovery.
To install a Custom ROM - you will not lose data or apps with this method!
1. Download your chosen ROM by other developers in the development threads and copy the ZIP file to your SD Card ROOT directory
2. Start clockworkmod recovery (instructions above)
3. BACKUP YOUR ROM USING CWM BEFORE ATTEMPTING ROOT! (skip this step if you have already made a backup previously)
4. Navigate to "install zip from sdcard" using the Volume Down button and press select (power button to select)
5. Then select "Choose zip from sdcard"
6. Then select "your_chosen_rom.zip"
7. Then select "Yes - install your_chosen_rom.zip" to confirm
8. Then go back
9. Then reboot.
10. First boot will take quite some time -This is normal, i know you want touch your nice shiny phone but BE PATIENT - ENJOY!
Special Thanks to AlphaRev, unrEVOked Team, Bin4ry & to everyone else that helped with this GUIDE and with S-off and Dazweeja with S-on
TroubleShooting!
signature verification failed in CLOCKWORK
Make sure you have installed Clockwork From Step 2 Above. V 4.0.1.4 specifically for AlphaRevX
1. Load up Clockwork Recovery (See post 1)
2. Navigate and Select "install Zip from SD Card"
3. Select "Toggle Signature Verification". Press it once or twice till you see the message. "Signature Check: DISABLED"
Installation aborted in Clockwork
E:Error in /sdcard/su-2.3.6.3-efgh-signed.zip
(status 0)
Installation Aborted
1. First Try the above method of repeating it 3 times to achieve root. some users are getting installation aborted. but on third attempt rooted successfully
2. Failing that: Download su-2.3.6.1-ef-signed.zip AND su-2.3.6.3-efgh-signed.zip.
3. Place both of them on the root (main folder) of your sd card and flash su-2.3.6.1-ef-signed.zip using Step 3 from post 1. it is likely it may repeat the error above. INSTALLATION ABORTED
4. Flash su-2.3.6.3-efgh-signed.zip now using step 3 in post 1. YOU SHOULD BE NOW ROOTED!
Stuck on White Screen with Green HTC Letters for over 15 minutes or continuously rebooting without starting up
You are not bricked, Whatever you flashed in clockwork didn't flash correctly. Most likely a Rom
This could be due to a bad file, or download error or powering off or pulling the battery part way through. no need to worry
1. Re-download the Rom or file or theme you were trying to flash in clockwork
2. Install again using clockwork. wait till its finished and reboot. you should be cured
3. MAKE sure whatever you are flashing is compatible with the Sensation or made for the Sensation
Revolutionary Hanging on "Method 3"
1. Make sure you have installed all the drivers from above.
2. Please Make Sure you have HTC Sync uninstalled and Droid Explorer uninstalled.
3. Install These Drivers HERE:
4. Basically anything and everything that will allow your phone or other phones to automatically connect or sync to your computer has to be uninstalled
5. Try another Computer or Factory Reset your device as a last resort.
If you are getting root error messages
Some Users acheived root by repeating Step 3 a few times Try this
1. Repeat step 3 at least 3 times or until it installs completely .
2. Download busy box from the market , open it and install the app.
3. Reboot and that should do it , root should be working and WiFi with s off
4. You may get messages telling you it failed to root or installation aborted but reboot and check it with root checker. Many users are told its failed but are actually rooted now
If u want to verify if u have root download the app called root checker it checks for root and for busy box to b installed correctly... if that fails
Try Installing/REINSTALLING SuperUSER and Busybox (or busybox installer) from the market. if it still doesn't work then
Flash a custom Rom as they come Pre-Rooted
Many Tmous users are acheiving root while a few are not. please try all of the above mentioned methods.
Titanium Backup Crashing (when restoring backup)
1. Uninstall and reinstall Titanium backup
2. If that fails reinstall your ROM (Full wipe recommended in clockwork before reflashing rom. Unless you have already made a backup with titanium before. you will lose apps + data)
Titanium Backup not working
The likely Cause of this could there are some files left behind from your temp root. You need to delete the files in /data/bin/ you can do this by
Download Terminal Emulator from the market
open terminal emulator and type:
su
rm -r /data/bin/*
or if you are familiar with using adb: (you can use the adb exe supplied by revolutionary in his tools pack)
adb shell su
adb shell rm -r /data/bin/*
Then reboot into recovery and reapply the su-2.3.6.3-efgh-signed.zip installation. Another User posted this fix as it worked for them
WIFI PROBLEMS (ISOLATED INCIDENTs)
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING WIFI ERROR.
Currently the only way to fix this is to flash Stock Rom again or Custom Rom.
1. Follow step 4 above in post 1
2. OR You can flash a custom Rom from Clockwork. LeeDroids Rom is close to Stock and confirmed to be working on a Tmous Sensation
Any problems or fixes PM me please
[GUIDE] TO UNLOCK YOUR SENSATION FREE - WORKING FOR EVERY SENSATION (noobproof)
Method 1 was discovered by a noob - Dav22. Dazweeja came up with a simple ADB command. Skygear for working it in Terminal Emulator
Method 2 was discovered by sieempi (Links at the bottom), STRING: NOT FOUND workaround found by jackmonter5
Big thanks to xplod4202. Risked his Sensation to see if Methd 2 was safe for us all.
And The simple guide : xl Viper lx : I am simply doing what i do best. getting you a noobproof guide and also simplifying the adb/terminal code
All of us will take credit for the collaborating and making of this thread to help everyone unlock with no cost. What???.....Yes thats right......We broke the FTSE index by providing free unlocks! lol
Also 9 people who voted no in the poll, ad voted before we found method 2 which unlocks every sensation
METHOD 1 - USE THIS FIRST
The SIM-Unlock code location for some sensation's (NOT ALL) has been found and confirmed to work for the few users who tested it. Use method 1 below to find your unlock code
(Method 1 ADB guide in post 2 if you don't want to use Terminal Emulator or you just want to use ADB)
Requirements:
-Rooted simlocked Sensation - Enable USB debugging in Settings > Application ->Development
-Terminal Emulator (Download free from the market) or click here to download and install into your phone
Your IMEI Number (Dial "*#06#" in phone keypad to get it)
GUIDE - Method 1
1. Download Terminal Emulator from the market if you havent already done so and Run it. This should bring you a blue screen. Full screen.
2. enter the command "SU".
3. Click allow when Super user pop up appears to give it root access. (If your keyboard disappears, keep hold of menu button to bring it back up)
4. enter the command "strings -n 8 /dev/block/mmcblk0p6"
5. This should give Output a bunch of numbers like in the screenshot! IF IT SAYS STRING: NOT FOUND MOVE TO POST 2 AND USE ADB!
6. The 8 digit number above your IMEI number is your unlock code. See post 2 on how to enter it.
IF it only brings you a date above your IMEI. Then the unlock code is not present in your device. Move to Method 2
GUIDE - Method 2 - USE IF METHOD 1 FAILED!
Revolutionary achieved radio S-OFF for Sensation (among other devices) which means you can practically do whatever you want with your phone (like actually owning it). This means it makes it vulnerable to all sorts of schemes including sim-unlock. The following method is quite efficient and easy to do and can be done with the need for a computer!
Requirements:
-Rooted simlocked Sensation!
-Clockwork Recovery or Revolutionary Recovery - NEEDED FOR NANDROID BACKUP
-Titanium Backup (Download from the market if you don't have it) - YOU ONLY NEED THIS IF YOU DONT WANT TO OR CAN'T NANDROID BACKUP
WARNING!!!
Backup all your settings/apps/sms/network/APN/Data etc.
Using this method to unlock will wipe your data and apps too! (Factory Resets in other words)
But it's this method that actually resets some other things including your sim-lock status.
Guide - Method 2
1. MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP USING RECOVERY - (Completely switch off your phone, Press Volume down + Power button to get into bootloader, Volume down to recovery then press power button to get into Recovery. Volume down to "Backup and Restore" in recovery. Press Power to backup and your done!
(Make a backup in Titanium backup if you don't want to or can't nandroid backup. Menu > BAtch >Backup systems data + Apps with data)
2. Download PG58DIAG for the Sensation HERE or FROM MULTIUPLOAD
3. Copy the PG58DIAG file into the Root folder of your SD card (The main Folder of your Memory Card)
4. Turn off your phone Fully and reboot into the Bootloader/HBOOT screen (see post 2 on how to get to bootloader screen)
5. Press Volume Down to Enter DIAG - Place the phone horizontally when it asks you too. (Flat)
6. Press power button to select "Clean S58 Data
7. Press power again to "clean S58 Data".
8. POW - your unlocked! Try a SIM card from a different provider!
9. Delete the file from your SD Card (Delete PG58DIAG) and REBOOT!!
Your phone Will set up for the first time, go through it all till you get to your home screen
10. Go back into recovery and restore nandroid backup. same method as step 1 above. but instead of backup, you use restore feature
(Use Titanium Backup to restore if you used it to backup instead of Nandroid backup)(Menu > Batch > Restore System Data + Apps with user data)
Now you’re free to go! Bear in mind, though, in certain circumstances you will lose your data connectivity or network signal. You’ll just need to check your APN, network type etc. and re-enter them; Just run the nandroid restore to get everything back
Thanks to Dav22. for discovery of method 1
Dazweeja for his simple Code to find the unlock
sieempi for Method 2.
Thanks to Team Revolutionary for PG58DIAG and S-off
Don't forget to CLICK THANKS, VOTE and RATE if this guide worked for you.

What is a noob?
A noob is someone new to XDA or new to the device and its methods of rooting/customizing. Its not bad being a noob. we we're all their at one stage. i was a noob for winmo in July 2009. I was a noob for Android in October 2010. you tend to learn everything pretty fast. easy to work with android is.
What is S-OFF?
S-OFF means that the NAND portion of the device is unlocked and can be written to. The default setting for HTC devices is S-ON (write protected), which means that neither can you access certain areas of the system nor can you guarantee a permanent root
Do i need Rooting?
An unrooted device is like logging onto the guest account of windows, you can do many things, just not everything
Think of Acquiring root as having Administrator Access on the device, so you can install/modify/fix/break anything you want.
What does clockwork Recovery do?
Clockwork allows you to flash Unofficial Roms and Themes via zip files on your SD card, also you can make backups of your current rom and wipe certain types of memory. (User data, system, boot, cache, dalvik cache)
What is flashing? (showing your bits off in public?) NO!
Flashing refers to Downloading themes or apps or Roms onto your SD Card and then installing them using clockwork or any other utility where the phones Operating System is modified

thanks a lot for the guide. i was confused about one thing. you say, "To get your Hboot Version, make sure fastboot is disabled". where exactly do we make sure that fastboot is disabled? is that a setting in android? i thought it had to do with recovery... thanks again!

EDIT 2019: rooting with TWRP from 038 read at the bottom of this post
HOW TO.... Stock, Update, custom recovery and root your s60 !!!!
Disclaimer: if you brick your phone, it's your fault, i have tested this way of rooting my s60 now for a several times and it works 100%
SO READ TWICE, CHECK TWICE, BEFORE YOU CLICK ONCE !!!!! i will not take any responsibility !!!
!!! ONCE AGAIN, READ THE WHOLE GUIDE BEFORE YOU START !!!
OK, now we start:
Thanks to everybody who contributed and made the root possible, here in this thread (Cesarq, OpenMinded, Tuschi, BetonJohn, etc.......) the software in the link further down, is the collected data, freely available in the net and linked in the original Thread several times, i have only bundled one package and wrote this, hopefully usefull guide.
in principle do as follows: (I will only explain once how to sideload or load via recovery, afterwards i will only state what kind and what file)
Prerequisites
- switch phone OFF
- download my collection of the essential s60 files : Here is my collection
EDIT 2019: - grap the 035 update here from the Thread: Thanks to tusch00101
i did not find the 038 update as a single zip file to download. if somebody could provide it ?
(there are ALL files included to flash stock, update to .035, flash twrp recovery and root.)
(this is for Win7 x86, you have to check if it works for other versions yourself, sy..)
- install USB drivers
(for recovery and adb !!! There are two different USB drivers needed)
- install "minimal ADB and fastboot"
- copy the two updates (update032.zip & update033.zip) into the folder, where you have installed "minimal ADB and fastboot" (makes live easier later)
- install QPST (the version of QPST is the one from Androidmtk and should be virusfree.)
(The version of QFIL in my collection is the one without reboot, so you have to reset/reboot your phone manually (resetbutton below hatchdoor on your phone) whenever stated in this guide.)
- format micro SD card in fat32 ! and copy SuperSU.zip onto it. Then insert microSD card into your phone.
- switch phone ON
- enable Developer Options, by going into the settings menu and go to "About Device". tip/touch/tap 7x the -build number- field. A message will appear: "You're now developer" (something like this)
- enable USB-debugging. Go again to settings, then "Developer Options" and enable USB-debugging.(flick the switch)
- connect a WORKING USB cable to your phone (Not to your PC atm !!!)
- dial *#06# to see the iMEI('s) of either one or both simslots. dial #02# to check what firmware version you are on
(just for your info: It looks like the "S" in the firmware version (LTE_X.....) indicates, that SingleSim only is activated, while the "D" stands for DualSim activated. my s60 had an "S"... )
(In my phone the second Sim slot (under the microSD card slot), was blocked with a small piece of, simcard shaped, black plastic. With the help of some tweezers the scrap
plastic was gone easily. Anyway --- BE CAREFULL --- when removing it.)
If you are allready on an LTE_D... Firmware version 033 or above (atm only confirmed up to 035) and you want to root with custom recovery, you only need to follow the last step in this guide ("getting twrp and Root") everybody else, continue reading...
getting twrp (for saving your old firmware only)
- power off phone.
- start minimal adb on your PC
- start QFIL (part of QPST) on your PC
- press VOL+ & VOL- simultanousely and connect phone with PC (it will vibrate once, top right LED starts blinking red, screen stays black) (- DOWNLOAD MODE -)
(just in case: to leave Download mode, disconnect phone from PC, press and hold power button for apprx. 15 seconds)
- as soon as you connect your phone to the PC, QFIL should show the Phone/port in the topline allready
(if not, either try to manually select the port, or you probably still have a problem with the USB drivers or the USB cable !)
- QFIL - tick "Flat Build" (top left)
- QFIL - select Programmer, "browse" to the saved location of "update-twrp-recovery-nobootpatch" and select the "prog_emmc.blablabla...mbn" file and doubleclick
- QFIL - "load XML" ,select rawprogramm, doubleclick, select patch0, doubleclick
- QFIL - click on "download"
- if everything was OK up till now, it should start download - BE PATIENT- and read the status window on QFIL, when it shows "finish download"....
- disconnect phone from PC
- press and hold simultanousely POWER and VOL+ (- RECOVERY MODE -) AND...
- ... use a small tool to push the reset button on the phone under the hatch, while still pressing Power and Vol+ !
- the phone should now be in twrp recovery. If so, do a full backup now to your (allready inserted and fat32 formatted) microSD card!!!
when done
- Power off your phone !
flashing stock 31.02
- enter download mode again (Vol+ & Vol-, connect phone to PC.......)
- this time in QFIL, browse in programmer path to "s60_stockFW_31.02" and select the programmer from there
- load XML's (the ones that belong to Stock31.02)
- start download... this will take a while !!!! BE PATIENT !!!!
- when QFIL status window shows finish download, push the reset button on the phone and let it reboot.
(it is normal, that the phone should restart itself 2, maximum 3 times during the first startup, but sometimes it ends up in a bootloop (Cat Logo, reboot, CAT logo, reboot, etc, etc, .......))
(The bootloop mainly happens, if you clear, in twrp recovery, the whole OS, or if you came from another firmware version (LTE_S... -> LTE_D... i.e., but that's no issue either...).
- if it ends up in a bootloop, no worries, just continue ! Believe me, i did this process now several times !
you are back on stock 31.02 !
- Power off your phone again
Updating to 032
- bring up minimal ADB sideload on your PC (start it, if not allready done in previous step (getting twrp)).
- press and hold POWER and VOL+ button on your phone
- when in stock recovery select (with Volume keys) "adb sideload" and click the Powerbutton
- connect your phone to the PC
- on PC, type into the black ADB Terminal window "adb sideload update032.zip" and hit enter
- if correct USB drivers are installed, phone will start downloading the update now.
- when complete, select clear cache, and clear data then reboot your phone.
(again, same as in the step (flashing stock), if bootloop, no worries, just continue, if it boots up, let it boot up and then..)
you're on 032 now
- Power off the phone again
Updating to 033
- do the same steps as described under "Updating to 032" only difference, type in adb window " adb sideload update033.zip"
EDIT2019: - do the same steps for 035 and 038
(After updating to 038, your phone should boot up normally by now. NO MORE BOOTLOOP !)
getting twrp and Root
- this is the same step as above "getting twrp" only difference, this time, no backup needed and...
- when in twrp-recovery, select "install" browse to your micro SD-card, and...
- install SuperSU.zip from SDcard.
- once more, clear cache and data and reboot.
The phone should boot up now, you should be on FW 033, with custom recovery and root !!!
That's all !!!
Oh, one last thing, whoever is having an s60, where only one simslot is working, this guide unlocks the second Simslot as well !!!
Also the problem, some people had, following the other guides (incorrectly) ! (me included) ! , by not using the right QFIL (the one without reboot), in the old Thread, resulting in a
not working WIFI is no issue anymore
EDIT 2019 !!!
Getting TWRP with stock 038 thanks to: CDMCCDMC for the addition !
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77978181&postcount=135
thanks for the awesome guide. works perfectly, but i will say every time I plugged my phone in it recognized it as a new device and had to reinstall drivers.... the first few times i did it i thought QFIL froze so i unplugged to reset, this caused an install failure that could not be rectified. I fixed this by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from step one and being more patient.
Dear adtbm,
the firmware updates (both) are extracted... became signature failure.
Please update your very useful package... thx
best regards

If you don't have Wifi after going to 033, you didn't followed the part of "getting twrp" correctly.
"...... - if everything was OK up till now, it should start download - BE PATIENT- and read the status window on QFIL, when it shows "finish download"....

If you let the phone reboot after flashing the recovery, it will overwrite the boot and your wifi is gone !
But nice to hear, that everything is OK now. Do you have problems with 035 ? some people report, that they having issues with the display camera on 035 ...
Sorry for this silly question, but i´ve seen that in other models once you install twrp then you can flash super su, why here you have to downgrade to 0.31 first?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
not sure, if you have read the complete guide, or if you have read through the 28 pages of the original Thread.
I think, it could be possible, (but i did not tested it) to flash the recovery via QFIL directly and then install SuperSU, without going back to 031. But since there are models of the s60 out, where only one Simslot is available (Please read my guide), to get the second slot activated you have to flash an LTE_D... firmware and, thanks to Cesarq, we (only) have atm his 031 firmware available, which is luckywise an LTE_D. firmware !
Like i mentioned in this guide allready, i did not found out the way how to root the s60 (the credit goes to Cesarq) and i also did not find out, how to update to 033 (this credit goes to OpenMinded), i have only collected the software & tools, bundled it and wrote this guide, with the available information written throughout the 28 pages of the original Thread.
So please feel free and test it and write us your result !
ok, just did my s60 last night, everything seemed to go just as described. i just checked and it seems it took the update and the dual sim activation. it didnt take root tho. i tried root checker and titanium and both say no root access. maybe i did the final step wrong? i tried it again with no success. am i supposed to be loading the nobootpatch recovery in qfil as the last step and then install su? thats how i attempted it. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!

I asume, you have SuperSU copied onto your microSC card ?!
When you have finished flashing the nobootpatch recovery (QFIL shows finish download), you have to disconnect the phone from the PC, push Vol+ and Power and Reset (under the hatch) at the same time.
Otherwise Bootloader gets overwritten, your Wifi is gone, no custom recovery and no root.
If you are not using the version of QFIL from my package, you probably have a version that automatically reboots when download is finished and you're screwed !!!
If you did it correctly your phone should boot into twrp custom recovery and you should be able to install SuperSU from SD.

Yes I did have it copied and installed it. I went back and did it again and hit wipe dalvic cache instead of going back in the recovery menu and wiping cache and data. Up and running 33 rooted, everything seems good so far! Thanks [emoji2]

I took your advice and rooted without downgrading firmware. My CAT is double SIM from factory and on 0.35 OTA.
I followed your guide but jumped from backup with twrp to install supersu, following all the steps from there.
Until now everything working fine with root.
One more time I can say that people on XDA is the best!

Dear friends,
How can i uninstall google assistant apk?
When i delete it the phone not restart and ended in a bootloop.
When i deactivate it the same bootloop.
very very good
Hello to this wonderful group. I did the rooting and it worked wonders, I was very disappointed with my Cat s60, for not being able to use the second sim and for the poor quality of the camera. After the root it became dualsim and the camera improved a lot. in addition to everything that means to be root. I am very grateful to ADTBM and to all those who made this possible. thanks thanks. regards

Hi Yanardag,
i have the same problem. Unfortunatley Android IS Google . I really don't know how to disable it. Did you try to freeze it with Titanium ?
That's the only thing i could think of. I am annoyed by that Google stuff as well (especially the google assistant....)
This is one of the reasons, why i had to redo my s60 a several times.
So if anybody here finds a way to disable Google assistant, pleasse let us know !!!
@varonv: Nice to hear and thanks for the feedback !

I froze it with Titanium: no problems whatsoever.
This Guide works on win 10 also. .. But ending in Win 10 Test mode
I finally succeeded it, after literally months of trial and error! So, I am writing this post in hope that someone who wants to install Oreo on Life One X in the future would find this post through Google search.
Here are the steps.
0. From this page (https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/rom-official-mados-wiko-fever-clones-t3762800), download the TWRP recovery and the madOS Oreo ROM.
1. Download the BLUEFEVER ROM from this page (https://www.npcglib.org/~stathis/blog/2016/04/13/turned-blu-life-one-x-wiko-fever-4g/).
2. Download the SP Flash Tool from the page above or through Google search. The version I used was 5.1812, which seemed to be the latest version.
3. Download the Universal ROM from this page (https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/flashable-wiko-fever-stock-marshmallow-t3720484)
4. The critical things is you should not flash the Universal ROM as it is, because that bricked my One X. You need to copy "preloader_l5460.bin" and "secro.img" from BLUEFEVER in step 1 and overwrite them to the Universal ROM.
5. You need to install the Mediatek Driver. I used "MT65XX USB VCOM" driver. I found it using Google search, but forgot where I got it from. But with that name, I think you can find it.
6. Now start the Flash Tool, and and select the download agent in the Flash Tool directory (MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin), and select the scatter file in the Universal rom (MMX BLU), and then select "Format all + Download". Then, this is very important, press the download button BEFORE connecting the phone, otherwise it will not work.
7. Now, turn off the phone (I mean, power off, not just screen off) and then connect it to the PC. If the tool does not recognise the phone, press volume up + down at the same time when you connect it until the device connected sound comes from Windows.
8. Now the tool flashs the rom. Wait. It may take a few minutes.
9. If it is bricked, just leave it for a month until the battery drains and completely turns off, and then try flashing again.
10. Now, boot up the phone, go to Settings -> About and hit the build number several times to enable the developer menu.
11. In the developer menu, enable OEM unlocking.
12. Now, install the Google USB Driver. This can be easily found through a Google search. You need to get the "platform-tools" directory of the Android SDK, which can also be easily found.
13. Now, turn off the phone, and hold volume up + power button. The phone shows tiny menu (really tiny...). The first is recovery, the second is fast boot, and the third is normal. Choose fast boot. Type "fastboot oem unlock". You need to press the volume up button on the phone now.
14. Now the phone is unlocked. Type "fastboot.exe flash recovery twrp_wiko_fever_oreo.img" to flash the recovery.
15. Restart in the recovery using the 13th step.
16. Go to Wipe -> Format data and format the data, otherwise the recovery will not recognise the storage and will not boot.
17. Go to Open Gapps and get ARM64, 8.1, micro. Editions above micro will NOT install with an error message that says insufficient storage.
18. Now connect the phone to the PC. The TWRP recovery automatically mounts the storage to the PC so that you can copy files into it. Copy the mad OS rom ZIP from step 0 and the OpenGapps from step 17.
19. Flash the two using the install menu of TWRP.
20. Done.
I do not use One X as a phone, so I skipped the radio flashing steps. It currently shows the baseband is unknown. If you want to use the phone feature, I think you need to flash the radio img or something using the instructions somewhere in the linked posts.
Find here SP Flash Tool
Preparation:
1. A memory card
2. One computer, and the spreadtrum driver has been installed (how to determine whether the driver has been installed, in fastboot mode to see whether there are unrecognized devices in the device manager can be).
3. The phone is in debugging mode
Start work:
1. Download duoqin1splus. rar, extract the duoqin1splus. rar and copy updata.zip to the local directory for backup;
2. Connect the phone to the computer (make sure there is a memory card inside!), uncompress DuoQin1SPlusRecovery. Rar, run runme.bat;
3. The phone will automatically enter fastboot, restart and enter the Recovery mode. Press "8" to enter the main interface of Recovery (don't double clear!Do not double clear!There is no Recovery mode to resume the previous step!;
4. Select "Apply update from external storage." select "update.zip" to copy to the memory card.
5. After the brush is finished, it is forbidden to double clean; select "reboot system" directly;
6. Wait for restart to enter the interface.
If you need to reset the phone, please go into the Settings to restore the factory Settings after the phone starts up normally. I will not be responsible for the repair of the jammed screen caused by double clear. Remind yourself not to listen. It's your own business.
Issues to note:
1. This kind of thing is mostly made out of feelings (yes, mobile phone has been repaired 2 times, and this test will be repaired again).Do not use for commercialization, once found, I will pursue the responsibility of commercial pirates.
2. After starting up each time, the recovery of the mobile phone will be restored to the official recovery. If you have other needs for using the mobile phone, please follow the steps in the beginning work and start over again.
3. Once the system is modified, ota update cannot be installed, please note;
4. Swiping machine is risky, please be careful.

So sorry reply you too late. Your could press the power button when your phone hold on the fastboot mode. If you can't enter in the recovery mode, may be your adb.exe is using or derive of fastboot has some problems. Please check and fix them.
The source page in Chinese and the origin flash programs was updated. it may solve your problems.

I had updated some new packages to solution the problem about the OTA updated after cracked phone, and you can view the source page to find them.
If your phone version is not in list on the source page, please recover to the recently official system and crack phone again.
By the way, you can make a package to delete the PackageInstaller.odex and put a new PackageInstaller.apk which is download from Google official and the app's file name is not same with the preset PackageInsatller.apk, after that, Using the cracked recovery to install the package, OTA update will be normal and phone could install any application also. (App must support Andriod 4.4.4).
Thanks!

Do not worry. If your phone is under the bootloader (fastboot mode), just long press the button of power, and waiting for device to reboot to the phone desktop. The drive of bootloader (fastboot mode) which has not been installed well may cause that.
And i'm sorry to tell you that the accessibility function is disabled in this phone, so the talkback tool may not be available. but i helped you to feedback this question to DuoQin official support. before official solve it, may be there has another way to solve this problem when the phone has rooted.

Add more language
Can anyone help me how to add language. The device only supports English and Chinese I need Hebrew language (mainly for typing sms) Is it possible to add additional languages (keyboard) via root access?
Welcome to this little thread in which I'll provide every useful information about this device based on my and other users's experiences. If you know something, that I didn't mention, please reply to this thread in order to help out each other even more effectively. Thanks and pleasant reading!
The Lenovo S5 Pro is a very decent mid-ranger with good specs and even better pricing. We all know, that chinese manufacturers tend to install bloatware on their products time to time. In our case, Lenovo didn't release a single update since 2018 Novemer to this device. It means, that it came out with Android 8.1 Oreo (2018 November Security Patch) and left untouched. This is even worse, than Meizu which is famous for it's neglecting policy of software updates for global users. Now, that we know all this, it's not a surprise, that we are here on our favourite developer forum.
*** General information | Links | Downloads | Credits ***
The official global firmware is now saved and available (thanks to our forum member nikosddesign) here: download & link to the post
Everything you will possibly need (PC software, drivers, stock camera app, VoLTE modem etc...) is available in this Yandex Disk, you just have to navigate to each one. (Most of the content is in russian, since Yandex is the russian Google, but it's not hard to find the files you'll need).
The previous links and the following tutorials are only available, because suninterbru (from 4pda forums) and radiationofthenation provided these informations and the tutorials, also so much thanks to everybody on the 4pda forums, who provided useful information and files, большое спасибо!
Even though the bootloader unlock, TWRP install and rooting should not cause data loss, be careful and create a backup. You can back up only your files and data or your whole ROM, it's up to you.
Please note, that after you've unlocked your bootloader, everytime your reboot or turn on your phone a warning will pop up during the boot process for about 1 second. On Android 9.0 Pie vendor the message pops up for about 5 seconds. The warning is about the side effects of modifying the system software and it also says, that it is not recommended to store any personal data on your device anymore. Please ignore this message, since it's only popping up, because manufacturers usually don't like, if you modify your device.
Pro tip: If you keep pressing your power button for a little longer you can skip the alert and boot faster.
*** Bootloader unlock ***
Please note, that your warranty will become invalid/void after you unlock your bootloader or root your device.
0. In your device's developer settings enable bootloader/OEM unlock and USB debugging.
1. Visit the official ZUI bootloader unlock website.
2. Enter your IMEI1 number in the first field. (You can find your IMEI numbers in Settings\About or in the dialer enter: *#06#).
3. Enter your serial number in the second field. (You can find your serial number in the fastboot menu). The one in the settings is not good in this case! (To access the fastboot menu, turn off your phone, then press the power button and after you see your screen light up, immediately press the volume down (-) button or while it's turned on and USB Debugging is enabled, simply type in the terminal/cmd ,,adb reboot bootloader").
4. In the next field enter your email adress. (Please note, that Tutanota won't work, Gmail is recommended or other not secure email providers).
5. Enter the verification numbers in the last field.
6. Tick the checkbox.
8. Click on the blue button.
7. Now check your inbox and/or spam folder, because Lenovo just sent you your custom sn.img, only for your phone.
8. Save the sn.img to your PC and install ADB drivers system-wide. (Thank you Snoop05 for your work)!
9. Open a terminal/cmd on Windows. You should be in the same directory, where your sn.img file is, with the terminal. To change directories type ,,cd your directory goes here" and hit ENTER.
10. Run the following commands:
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot flash unlock sn.img
- fastboot oem unlock-go
11. Congratulations! Your bootloader is now unlocked!
*** TWRP Recovery ***1. Download the .img file from here.
2. The steps are similar to the bootloader unlocking:
- adb reboot bootloader
- fastboot flash ,,downloaded" .img
- After the flashing is done DON'T reboot to the system, instead navigate to the ,,Reboot Recovery or Recovery Reboot" option and select it. (Volume keys and power key - you know the drill) This will ensure, that the TWRP Recovery doesn't get ereased on reboot(s)!
3. After you've successfully rebooted into TWRP, you should root your device with Magisk, to prevent the recovery erasure!
*** ROOT ***1. The good old SuperSU is no longer in the picture, but don't worry a new player is in the game. Download Magisk from here. (Thank your for your work topjohnwu)!
2. After you've downloaded the flashable .zip copy it to the main directory/root of your device.
3. Reboot to TWRP.
4. Click install, select the flashable .zip file.
5. The installation process should start.
6. Reboot, after finished.
7. Check if Magisk Manager is installed or not, if yes tap and update it.
8. If you did not succeed, please check the Magisk topic for solutions or reply to this thread.
*** Factory reset | Stock ROM | Unbrick | LOST IMEI/PERSIST/EFS | QCN BACKUP/RESTORE ***
!!! NEVER EVER TICK ,,ERASE ALL BEFORE DOWNLOAD" IN QFIL, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR IMEI AND THE ABILITY TO CONNECT TO MOBILE NETWORKS !!!
If you accidentally clicked on that option you will have to restore someone elses QCN backup. (It will not work, if you backup your own QCN and rewrite your IMEI and restore it, so do not waste your time with that)! Luckily, a member of the 4PDA forums published their qcn backup. (большое спасибо geepnozeex)! QCN backup for Lenovo S5 Pro. (I modified the link, because the original one is no longer valid)
1. Download the linked QCN file.
2. Make sure, that you are on one of the Stock ROMs, however the recommended ROM is this one.
3. You will have to be rooted to put your device in diagnostics mode. To do that, follow this tutorial.
4. You will have to edit the QCN file with HxD, in order to write your own IMEI into.
5. Open the file with HxD and search for 08 8A 76 06 06 14 57 95 32. This is the IMEI 2. You will have to insert your IMEI 2 from the box here, but first you will have to convert it into Hexadecimal numbers.
6. Convert your IMEIs into Hexadecimal numbers here.
7. You will have to rewrite and insert your values insted of the previous one.
8. Search for 08 8A 76 06 06 04 67 98 72. This is IMEI 1. Convert your IMEI 1 into Hexadecimal numbers, too and replace.
9. Save the file (Ctrl + s)
10. Open QFIL and click on Tools, then QCN Backup/Restore.
11. Choose the QCN file, you wrote your IMEI into.
12. Click on Restore QCN.
13. There is a chance, that the process/progress bar won't finish till the end. No problem, just reboot to EDL mode through TWRP/Advanced and restore the recommended stock ROM.
14. You should have everything working fine, now.
To factory reset or unbrick your device, follow this tutorial on 4PDA. [Don't panic you don't have to know russian, just follow the instructions on the pictures! To see the pictures, click on the bold text.] ,,(спойлер (+) (Инструкция по прошивке)" ~ or ~ Download any of the previously linked STOCK ROMs to your device's main folder and flash them through TWRP. Most of them are in flashable .zip formats and should work well. A simple factory reset in TWRP is recommended before installing any of the ROMs, be careful this action will erease your data from your phone!
(Please note, that most of the time you'll have to use the QPST/QFIL method, because the flashable .zip files always expect a specific vendor version, usually a lower one, so you can upgrade with flashable .zips, but possibly can't downgrade, so you have to use QFIL)!
*** GSI custom ROMs ***
Our device is arm64-aonly, so please only use according GSIs. Note, that I will link only those GSIs, which are booted successfully on my device!
~ phhusson's official GSI list: here
~ phhusson's AOSP GSI (Android Open Source Project): here
~ developerluke's ExpressLuke GSIs: here
~ eremitein's CAOS GSI Project: here
~ eremiten's LOSQ GSI Project: here
~ igors1974's Amber GSIs: here
~ tunasahinn's and yek4perf's Tunahan's GSI builds: here
~ mrsshunt3r's albus-gsi: here
Note, that you should keep up with the developments and update your system, if needed! These are just a few GSIs, that I've tested personally on my phone, but you can always keep up with the latest news and try new GSIs out, thanks to phhusson's official GSI list!
*** How to flash an Android 10 GSI ***
1. Download the latest custom phh-magisk from here. (Thank you developerluke and phhusson)!
2. Download the latest Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt from here. (Thank you Zackptg5 and others)!
3. Download your desired GSI.
4. You can flash from an USB-OTG flash drive or from the storage of your phone. (I personally have a dedicated USB for this purpose).
4.1 If you are coming from stock ROM you will most likely need to Format Data in this step, because the Disabler won't be able to decrypt the data and, that will cause a stuck at the boot logo!
4.2 Reboot Recovery
5. In TWRP perform a normal factory reset
6. Flash Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt. (Cache wipe is optional).
7. Flash your GSI image.
8. Format Data (Skip this step if you already did this in 4.1)!
9. Reboot Recovery (Skip this step, too if you already did this in 4.2)!
10. Flash Magisk-phh
(11. Wipe cache/dalvik).
12. Reboot System
13. Enjoy!
*** Possible GSI bugs ***
Please note, that bugs can differ/vary on different GSIs, the numbers are not fully accurate!
1. The default camera app will work, however it doesn't support HDR, panorama or portrait modes. It also can't record in 4K resolution. Freezing is also possible. ~ 50%
2. First time, when you open the camera it'll stuck on loading, but after you go back and open it again it will work flawlessly. ~ 50%
3. No audio/microphone during phone calls. ~ 15%
*** Guaranteed GSI bugs*** 1. The infrared face unlocking will not work, only fingerprint authentication is working. ~ 100%
2. You won't be able to charge your device while it's turned off, after you plug it in, it will automatically boot up. ~ 100%
3. Auto brightness. ~ 100% (There is a fix for auto brightness below)!
*** Camera fix (GSI) ***
(If you get ,,serious camera error" or your camera freezes on HDR)
1. Download a custom camera app, where you can manually adjust the ISO level.
2. With OpenCamera, for example you have to adjust ISO to 800 and never above, because your camera will freeze!
3. So, always keep ISO 800 or under. With these settings even HDR shots are working!
*** Auto brightness (GSI) ***1. Download framework-res__auto_generated_rro.apk from this thread.
2. Follow the instructions, which are described in this post. (You will need to have root to use ,,su" commands).
3. Thank you MishaalRahman and kAs1m for the apk and the instructions!
Twrp disappears when restarting
Help, twrp disappears when restarting. After installing it by: "fastboot flash recovery trwp.img". right there I start it with the "Vol + Power" keys and it starts correctly but when you turn it off and back in, "stock recovery" appears again. I also installed it again using the same twrp, but it disappears again.

You should not have flash the recovery image to the boot partition. These partitions are not the same, be careful! Now you can save your data from TWRP via MTP connection to your computer. After that restore your phone with QPST to the latest pie ROM or to the oreo ROM from yandex. The oreo ROM is flashable from recovery, it is easier.

I'm going to try, and even,
on this page there are android 9, will it be true?
"https: // mirrors.lolinet.com/ firmware / lenovo /l58041/"
but first I will do it with the "O" stock, which you mention here.
I hope it will work again.

You should do the oreo version, if your were on the global oreo ROM. After that you can try the pie version, if nothing works don't worry you can do a backup of your data from twrp to your computer and flash a custom ROM or the chinese Pie version, which is recommended. With root access you can easily debloat the chinese ROM and with AdAway you can disable all communications pointing to chinese servers or websites. I also found these. Maybe you can give them a try.
After a few hours I was finally able to install the "Chinese stock rom", although I struggled, since the files of the "rom" of the l58041 do not quite coincide with the "stupdroid" tutorial and some files have two different versions, something like that:
here I chose the "ddr" .
prog_emmc_firehose_xxxx_ddr.mbn (.elf). prog_emmc_firehose_xxxx.lite.mbn (.elf).
here I chose the "retain_userdata".
rawprogram0.xml. rawprogram0_retain_userdata.xml.
and in qfil "Flat Build", however I don't know if it was the right thing because at the beginning I was asked for a password ("but that's another topic").
To add a language (without root), use local more apk.
"https: // c. mi. com / thread-2098669-1-0.html"
To root the "radiationofthenation" thread worked me.

I'm glad it is working for you now. Yes, you are right the tutorials flap at some points, but there are other tutorials which you can follow and make it work. For the first time I was struggling with the restoration, too. You will see, that the chinese ROM is quite good, you just have to uninstall the bloatware and disable spying DNS requests.

Ohh, explain more about spying. And also if you know something about the message that Android told me when I start. I remember that I flashed twrp.img using "fastboot", and when I asked for a password to decrypt, it only allowed me to clear cache and dalvit cache (I did wipe), and when I started again I showed a message saying that I was encrypting and a percentage, just here, I interrupted the process by turning off the cell phone, and flashed again with qfil (download). So when I start I just remember that I said something about the cell phone being restored and then I could restore the copy with my Google account. So what I think is that when the message of "TO START ANDROID ENTER YOUR PASSWORD" is displayed, it may work to interrupt or perhaps to put the incorrect password many times to automatically reset or also choose "rawprogram0.xml" in qfil (but I did not dare because it deletes it the information related to the imeil and the signal or at least that says some comments ). Now there is only one who can interpret what happened and to have clearer the restoration process, the rom seems to me very much the problem of the language is solved with "more local", I am from Mexico (At & t).
