I believe there's no such custom build available, you can try to flash any AOSP based ROM and then mod it according to your needs.

Check the android version of the miui ROM in question and flash according to it, most probably is the 6.0.1
And you can't just flash the gapps on miui, check out the thread from you got the ROM, you need install the Google installer v2 and install the required applications through it

Hello everyone, i cant sim to find anywhere a fastboot rom or recovery with miui 7 (before 7.1 and earlier) global rom or even Chinese if global doesn't exist. could you please help me? in the xiaomi site only have the latest.
since 7.1 android and above android doesn't allow Pokemon go spoofing i am looking to downgrade ) also which miui is android 7 or earlier? I'm quite new with those things.

I have xiaomi note 6 pro I'm looking for kernel that supports andrax cuz it keeps asking downloading core over and over again I'm not sure if its magisk error but I'm running aosp extended right now if u guys recommend another ROM or a kernel for it to work that would be helpful thanks
