Hello everyone, I had a post about oppo find x2 pro having widenine L3 error and it was surprising that so many people had the same problem. Currently, there is no way to fix it, so I think it is good to send an email to oppo so that they can soon have a fix update for us.

For Singapore handset, email [email protected]. I got a quick reply today asking for more details from them.
each of us must send an email with a screeshot attachment to oppo, so that they solve the problem. the more requests we send, the sooner they should consider the problem.

No, they asked for some details (IMEI, contact number, apps versions used) and said they have forwarded the issue to relevant department.
I did straight out mention in my original email that this is a firmware issue that needs to be resolved.
"Greetings from OPPO.
Please be advised that we have submitted your concern as quality feedback and we will further investigate the issue to provide with the resolution"
After send them few screenshot and answer. I got this message from Oppo 5 days ago.

I got an update from Oppo Thailand they said they will replace a new mainboard for me. It's because some issue from their part.
However I think this is not fair because the problem is came from them, they should to replace a new phone instead.

Oppo repleaced a new one for me few day ago.
I have no problem watching full hd on netflix now but the 01 engine still not work at all. I am not sure is this problem only happen on Singapore version because i asked few ppl from other contury but they have no problem on it.

I took the plunge and bought the S4 clone/knock off No1 S6. It arrived in the UK from Hong Kong (day after it was posted! great service from Android-Inside). First impressions are that it is a good phone with a great screen. I wanted to post a reply in Manuxo's thread but as a newbie I'm not allowed. Had this phone a week now but will be trying to get a replacement for two main reasons:
1. Phone constantly freezes and reboots. I've done a factory restore but has made no difference.
2. Phone will not connect to mobile data - tried everything suggested by my network (vodafone UK) but nothing fixes the bug.
If the phone did the basics correctly I would be more than happy.
The next part of the adventure is to see what kind of customer service I get from Android-Inside
In response to your questions - battery lasts OK but obviously due to restrictions I've not used the phone at full throttle. I bought a cheap case from Ebay - the fit is not great but that's probably due to the case. I think better quality S4 accessories would fit fine.

You can ask your phone to be replaced but every phone with this version of android installed (4.2.1) have this issues so i think it is better to wait an software update.
If you ask for a replacement you can wait for a lonnnggg time until you have your phone back.

Just a word of warning - after much tweaking and messing about it's now working reasonably well. However don't expect this to be a genuine alternative to a Galaxy S4 or iPhone, there are too many issues and problems. the best place to look is 'mychinesephone.com' where you will find loads of info. they also have a shop where you can buy the phone if you still want one

Wait, they ll answer. Notice that till Oct 5-7 they have holidays. They had sent me the return address of chinapadmall, i don't see any reason they ll not help you. If they don't answer even after holidays in next week, open a dispute in your paypal transaction

I've opened a paypal dispute, and see what happens, but they're informal I have replied to the email
I recently had to send my Infinity to Asus twice for some warranty repair and on the last trip, they replaced the WiFi so now I can't get OTA updates or unlock the tablet. Can anyone tell me is there is someone specifically that I can contact to have this fixed? I tried the Asus-USA rep on this site and sent an email to [email protected] (which was posted on another thread as a possible source of help), but so far I haven't been able to get any help on this situation. I really wanted to unlock and give CROMI a try, but I can't until this gets fixed, if it ever gets fixed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Call them directly. Don't take no for an answer. Tell them you know others have had it done. Ask to speak to a manager.

Regular tech support will not get you the results you want. They will just continue to issue an RMA but they can't fix the information stored on the servers and I don't think the service centers can either. The information they enter is correct on their end but for whatever reason it does not update the servers in Taiwan.

I had seen that thread before and I was going to try that, but I can't even access the Asus Device Tracker site. I go to devicetracker.asus.com, sign in and then I see a "Page no found" error and am booted back to the login page. Anyways, I got another email from Tien and after some back and forth, he agreed to create a case for me so that when I call the support line, they'll be able to see that I'm not bull****ting them. Still, it's pretty ridiculous that we have to jump through all these hoops to get basic functionality. What do the non-nerds do? I'll let you all know what progress I make with this and I thank you for all your help so far.

Ask for a replacement. Someone in an other forum received 600€ after many calls. He said he will wait for the next infinity.

In the update @Fiasco we got new camera options and now the camera works diffrent.. the monochrome mode.. did not had time to play around with cam to se what all is different

Thank you but my TCL doesn't auto-update and the firmware they rolled out for the C728 on www.TCL..eu doesn't seem the right one...

I got my android 12 upgrade Wednesday. And Saturday I got the system UI and system process not responding. Now I have no system wide sound.
Edit : I'm using a Lg velvet 5g. Lm-g900um
I force downgraded to android 11 and am still having this issue. I have also reset my phone countless times I'm cleared the cache on the Google, Google Play and Google Play services. As well as system UI. Any other suggestions?

I apologize about that, I recently had to have some surgery to remove a growth on the back of my neck that turned out to be cancerous, so I haven't been myself lately. That and with all of the violence that's been going on lately I've been extra jittery. Please Stay Safe
