How you get that?
I think that you need TOF sensor for use that option. And S10e, S10 and S10+ don't have it.
The 3D scanner only works with a tof sensor. Only the Note 10+ and the Galaxy S20 + and Ultra have this...[emoji6]

By searching around in the play store I found some apps from a developer named lookawv. This developer makes games witch are already available in play store!
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=chimpact
There are a lot of these apps from him, and they all where released in the last few days!
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=lookawv&c=apps
I already reported this to Google. I do not know if there is something like a "virus" in these apps but to me this seems very strange. So guys watch out!

He renamed every app, added spam and ads and uploaded as his own.

Thank you for this warning :good:
There is still no reaction from Google. All apps are still present in play store. Maybe some more people should report them to Google!

All his apps are still available in the Canadian Playstore as of 5:51 EST. Doesn't google have some sort of app approval process? I would think ripping all these people off would be easy to detect.

Interesting they would partner with Nestle, who doesn't exactly have a sterling reputation - especially in developing countries.
i just saw the story come across on USAtoday and Cnet. I think it's fake and just some promotion gimmick and after all in just a few hours there is already 49,000 links.
Nestlé pays google millions and gets even more in brand awareness and sales.
---------- Post added at 11:23 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:03 PM ----------
My theory is that the new software is intended to be broken apart but still remain android. Android Is great by itself, but only is Boggs down after the OEM's mess with it and it just becomes lazy and fat.
But apparently there will be tons of giveaways during the promo and nestle will make Android shaped KitKat.
Can't wait until Android 5.0 Snickers
Win a Nexus 7
Is Nestlé evolved in Android development?

My guesses I wrote on another board:
Licorice, Lemonheads, Lifesavers, or Lollipops
I think it's fake. Google will not name with a brand that does not belong to them.
It seems Google is trying to create a "Sweet" innovation lately...

I believe they are in partnership with Nestle with this one...
Doubtful. Naming the next Adroid version after an existing brand is illegal.
Unless they entered a partnership with Nestle; which I seriously doubt as Google is in no way in need of money or a marketing boost, they already dominate the mobile market.
Most likely it is merely a marketing stunt. The way Sony brought out their ' 007 phone'.

Anyone? :crying:
It's kind of disappointing because no one bothered to port these frameworks. Sense 4's multitasking interface has been ported to the Nexus S, Galaxy S and other devices before by editing xml's, but apparently these are too device/rom specific so people probably think it's not worth the hassle.
This is so much more efficient than Google's implementation, I haven't tried it but Slims task switcher seems pretty nice.
I personally use switchr

That's how it looks. Main change to aosp is that it is bug free, way way faster + you can pin favorite apps. But basically if you use it for a week you will see that you silently change your workflow on the phone. If it is optical for everyone nice....well to each his own...it follows googles new ui card style and transparent status and navbar etc.
And yes developed by SlimROMs and available in the weeklies and on coming Monday as well on stable release 4.0 of slimkat

Just a thread to show of your favorite or a useful face you've come across.
This is the one I use at work. It has calendar integration which is something I use a lot at work. My schedule changes daily so I need to be aware of upcoming appointments all the time. The different colors represent different upcoming appointments. The inner blue circle is the battery life of the watch. Also shows the date and network connection status if you like.

And here's one of the best things about this face, the always on face is actually more than just hands.
To properly use the calendar integration you do need to purchase a premium version of the companion app from the Google Play store for $1.50. It was a little buggy when it first came out, but the developer has frequently updated it and it works really well now.
