i tried to install magisk without TWRP but not working (i tried by sp flash tool & minima adb and fastboot), i tried also to build a recovery by mixing files from recovery.img of stock and TWRP.img and i repack them but the problem was the touch don't working...
plz dear developpers help me to build recovery working on my device, i know you can do it
i can give you the recovery file of stock rom my device
i hope you can help me and build for me a TWRP recovery, im ready to try on my phone

am symphony w65 user. its MT6572, jb 4.2.2, GPU mali400,
ram 256, ROM 512, kernel 3.4.5,. I already root it
successfully. now I need the cwm recovery for advance use. I
have try hard. I have follow xda method mtk droid tools to
create cwm recovery successfully. and flash cwm but it didn't
work. when I try to boot into recovery mode only boot screen
show then on the device. I have stock recovery and try to
build up my recovery with kous online recovery builder. I download it and flash but result was same.
in this time what can I do. I need its cwm recovery for
advance use. please help me.

But it not working,
The problem is that with last ROM 1.8 the falshing of TWRP is impossible, adb and fastboot will write, but not defintively.
I tryed to flash TWRP, unloking the oem, and boot recovery.img via fastboot, TWRP will run, but not write for real.
The point is that all tutorial start from having a custom recovery, but this device not allow to install nobody.
Some one saying that using the 1.6 firmware rom, is the only solution to have root, but this rom flashed from SP Flash tool, briked the phone.
My request is if someone for real rooted and installed TWRP in this device, if please can share a real working tutorial, based from adevice where is impossible flash a custom Recovery without root.
So need start form unrooted device.
Also tuturial mentioned in top, start from install magisk, with a custom recovey.
If someone having one line to bypass chinese MTK recovery, please share.

I want to install a custom rom on my y560 device, it's rooted, but I can't install a custom recovery on it,
there are many custom recoveries out there, but for other chipsets not for my own device, could you show me one good custom recovery to be exactly for my device?
my phone model: Huawei Y560 U02
chipset: mt6582
I searched for cwm, twrp, even Philz, but no results.
one of the errors that I get when installing these custom recoveries is after running this command :
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
error: "partition recovery not support flash"
I think the reason for this error is that these custom recovery images that I got have compatibility problems with my device.

I just installed phillz recovery through its own program, but my new problem is that when I want to go to phillz custom recovery to install any custom rom, the default recovery loads, is there anyone who has such a problem or a solution for me?

My device is dead and i cant enter the even this but it recognize the device in the device manager in windows pc and i tried flashing with odin no luck doesnt recognize the device sp flash tool it flashed but same as before and few other tools as well so do you guys have any advice i just need too enter download mode
Hello, I have an X27 PLUS chinese phone with MT6572 processor and kitkat 442. I rooted him with Kingroot. Then I wanted to flash twrp. Аnd here I made a mistake. Since I didn't have a sd card, I decided to flash the TWRP directly on the phone with "Easy Magic TWRP" 2.8.1.0.
After the flash, it showed me that the installation was completed successfully. But the phone is already in boot loop. The only thing that works is Fast Boot. But I can't flash the stock image recovery file, it tells me that the flash sector can't be flashed (or doesn't support flash). I have a backup made with the help of Droid Tool and SP Flash Tool.The problem is that the flash tool cannot connect to the phone.
I have all the drivers installed, and before flashing the TWRP, the phone was recognized by the software.
Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hey I got one of them x27 plus wish phone....mtk6572 4.4.2 kitkat .....for true info on device install "device info hw" green icon and activity launcher .....check out the info it gives compared to info from ph settings menu.....but my question did you find way to root of flash a generic android rom?
I used kingroot with laptop.
