Can someone help I cant toggle my reduced animation .
Look under *Accessibility*, then *Visibility Enhancements* and scroll down to see if *Remove Animations* is checked. If so, turn that off.

After updating to Android L, I was poking around the setting seeing what is new. I pressed a button to invert the color on the phone. Now when I go to the quick toggles in the dropdown shade, I get a toggle for inverting the color, and the screen rotation toggle is missing. Please help, I use this toggle a lot and I do not know how to get it back.

Samsung released an update to their Good Lock app. I haven't played with it much, yet, but the release notes are full of potentially yummy goodness that shows Samsung is trying to listen to us. It's difficult to find a link to it, so you'll need to find it in your Galaxy Apps, umm, app. (Redundantly redundant.)
To get the release notes in text below, I had to use the "scrolling" screenshot feature on our phone and then OCR. Oy!
Enjoy the app and let me know if you find cool stuff!

Not sure if this really counts as a "guide", but figured I'd post it here.
When you turn on the High Performance mode, there will be a permanent notification which can't be removed by the usual means.
However, after playing around a bit, I found a solution to hide it for good:
1. Turn on High Performance mode
2. When the notification pops up, long press/swipe it so the snooze option is available
3. Snooze the notification
4. Toggle High Performance mode off and on again
This is what I did and the notification is gone for good and the phone is in high performance mode, so no more clogging up your lock screen or your notification bar :good:
EDIT: Since the June Security Patch, they've allowed you to just swipe away the notification so no need to bother with these steps
I got the Samsung S10 plus rather to notification I got the icon. it's a battery icon with a speedometer. it goes away if I put in a different battery optimization mode but when I turn it back the high performance it goes right back.
How do I change what happens when I scroll to the edge of the screen? The new animation is annoying.
The only thing you can do to remove the new Android 12 overscroll animation is to disable all animations by going to Accessibility > Visibility Enchantments > Remove Animations. I don't think there's a way to disable the overscroll animation without disabling all the other animations
