I have a Huawei G Play Mini with Lollipop 5.1.1 and I need to unlock the bootloader. In the past, I had unlocked the bootloader, but I didn't know why now, I don't have it. Someone have a method or a way to unlock the bootloader?

What is the general procedure to unlock a boot loader? My Motorola XT 800 with bootloader 80.B2 is still stuck on Android 2.1.
Motorola support unlocking for phones sold in the US, but this phone is available only in India and China, where do not have this support.

Most of the Moto E devices can be rooted. But when I asked for for the unlock code in motorola website, it mentioned that this device is not eligible for boot loader unlocking. Is it beacuse I have upgraded it to Android L 5.1 from official update..? what should I do to downgrade to stock rom as I dont have unlocked bootloader.. someone please help...
