hello friends,
i have unlocked my redmi s2 bootloader, and flashed a rom via twrp. after reboot there are some bugs i cannot find a solution for:
battrery is always at 0 percent, also battery status is unknown in the system
flashlight doesn't work
the phone is not recognized by pc
i have tired to flash 3 different roms, and it didn't solve the problem.

It doesn't just say "failed", it should give you an error code, like code 7 or something. Get back with the error code please.
thank you for replying

Now the problem is actually solved. The error(sry did not notice the code) occurred only when i flashed the rom from usb-otg.
It was solved when i tried flashing from sd-card.
And i would be happy to know some good custom Roms for my htc one m8whl.
Thank you.

Thank you dear friend.
I tried to find out the error code that occurred in previous sessions and it was ERROR:7 as you suggested. It happened with me when i tried to install NusenSeven for sprint m8 as well.
Additionally, I tried installing a couple of ROMS
1) BadBoys for m8 and
2) Wolla for m8.'
Both were installed successfully but unfortunately the Radio was not working. Plus both these Rom's kept on restarting multiple times in an hour for the whole day. Even-though it had many cool customisation's i couldn't use it.
Finally, i returned back to cm-13.0 nightly but Still it has two major problem
1) the Radio is down .
2) problem with the Gapps. ( I flashed the Gapps properly after the rom , but when i start my device i cannot find any apps from Gapps package. NOTE: There was a flash successful message on flashing gapps ).
kindly help me.
thank you in advance.
I was trying to flash Glaxy J710FN with stock ROM using Odin. But it fails at cm.bin and shows 'Complete write operation failed'. Please do help me with this.
I am facing the same issue, I've googled the problem and Its something to do with the wrong baseband version which cannot be downgraded.
I am on supernova ROM and want to switch to complete stock, unroot for warranty.
DId you find any solution?

It has something to do with the USB cable, USB port and the installed driver versions. Update your driver to the latest version. Try using a different USB port, never use a USB hub. And that's it.

Also check whether you're trying to downgrade to a former version of Android which can't be done using Odin. Try getting the latest version of your stock ROM which you can Google yourself.
Thanks for your reply
I tried with different USB port but receiving same error.
Supernova custom ROM is on Android 6 and the firmware that I downloaded are also Android 6
I am completely clueless on how to solve this issue. I've been sitting and researching about this since 2 days now with no luck

You do have a J710FN right. Even though the downloaded one is Android 6 it has got variants as Samsung provides updations frequently. J710FXXU2APK6 is my current basaeband version. If I try to flash an update below this version it shows the same error. So do check your current version and try flashing an update above that.

Hey,
I tried a firmware of SM-J710F instead of SM-J710FN and odin worked.
I got official full stock ROM.
But issue is the boot screen when you first switch on the phone. It is still of the previous custom ROM Supernova. So it appears as "Samsung S8" Because of the custom ROM
Even though I flashed complete firmware through Odin the S8 did not return to stock
I am on complete stock with no root now
How to change the first boot image back to J7?
Thanks in advance

Are you sure you're on J710FN? The problem with the boot image would be that the ROM you're saying stock is a custom one with the S8 boot image. Try wiping all your data including David cache and flash the ROM again. If it's still the same root your phone and change the boot image.
i just rooted my phone and installed superstock rom with no problems in rooting or installing twrp and custom rom . but now i have no signal .simple solutions will not help i have no roaming in the setting . looks like the radio.img file is missing . any ideas how to fix it ????
Flash stock to make sure it's working first and it's not a phone issue

Maybe IMEI blocked if stolen or contract not paid off, is it 2nd hand?
Did you try using different USB cables and USB ports?
The phone may have to be force flashed using different hardware such as an octopusbox.

is there any other solution other than the box ??
in older versions of android we had the possibility to put the radio.img and other simpler solutions .
Usually, flashing a complete stock ROM with Odin will flash everything together including the bootloader, baseband/modem, recovery, and system.
Post the Odin log as there may be something in there that can help resolve the issue.

yes it is , but am pretty sure its not stolen , bought from mobile store was almost new when i got it .
i just managed to fix my phone (in phone store lab , probably they used the box).
last time i rooted the phone and then installed "noutfan " custom rom there was no problem with IMEI , signal or software issues , exept for many bugs in firmware and gear VR made the firmware collapse .
after this i installed superstock rom (without flashing bootloader or modem) i installed kernel and everything which was in the aroma installer ( its not the first time that i flash this rom . worked fine before last time) after installation last timei lost the imei and phone signal (before fixing the phone) .
i dont know what went wrong this time ,usually i install custom roms with no problem . now i have 7.0 stock rom (after fixing the phone) and i want to install custom rom but afraid of facing the same ptoblem .
Any ideas ?? what have i done wrong when i have installed superstock last time?? why i lost imei ?? how to avoid this problem when rooting and installing the custom rom ???

You can do a factory reset from Android settings - system - reset - last point.
That's what I recommend as I'm sure there's something going roque on your phone
A friend had the same issue on the same device and Android 10 update. He flashed stock ROM and problem was solved. Is there a noob guide for flashing ROM on Oneplus7

Do what I suggested above, that's the same. Or download the 10.0.1 stock rom and flash it from local, but that's more complicated.
I unlocked my bootloader, flashed twrp, flashed stock rom after a full wipe. Still the problem is there. Can someone please check if this is a hardware level problem in all devices?

You didn't mention if you have tried another headset. Also you did not mention what headset you have, maybe someone has it.

I tried other headset. Doesn't work. I'm using boAtRocker 255.
Thanks
you can go to the oneplus website, download the official original rom to the storage, go to settings, system, system updates, click on the gear icon in upper right, and select local upgrade, then select the official rom you downloaded to the storage, that will install the original software.
Hello, in advance I apologize for my English, I am using translator.
Yesterday after suffering a battery drain that left my tablet from 100% to 70% in Standby without Wi-Fi, bluetooth or GPS or anything activated I decided to format my tablet, but as I had installed TWRP better I decided to reinstall the original rom complete
I followed all the steps indicated in this forum to reinstall the firmware and everything went well, except that when I restarted it stayed in bootloop, I tried with several versions and only with the <TB-J706F_S250260_210804_ROW>worked, all the others that are in the repository are in bootloop.
After configuring everything I went up I realized that the auto rotation of the screen did not work, neither did the automatic brightness, I do not know that other things do not work but that at least they are the most important, so I do not know what happened because before changing the Rom everything worked well
As if that were not enough, fastboot does not detect my PC or my Laptop, so I can not root to do an exhaustive search, nor can I open the bootloader.
Also, when I check for updates they don't appear, the updater tells me to look when I'm connected to the Internet but obviously I am.
So, in this extreme case, what needs to be done? Cry? Xd.
By the way, I bought the tablet in Aliexpress, it is supposed to be a version with the global firmware, I already contacted them but I doubt they will answer xd.
Again excuse my English, I'm using translator.
I could already fix it, thanks for not helping me at all

They were not GSI that I installed, they were the official Roms (Global and ZUI)
Although I realized that all the problems I was having was because I idiotically deleted the partition "persist" xd.
After flashing '' 'persist.img' my problems were solved.

I got it from the Global Rom <TB-J706F_S250260_210804_ROW>
Later it was only a matter of flashing with <fastboot flash persist persist.img> with the bootloader unlocked and that's it.
Sensors back to life.
Although since I'm not installing GSI, I can't say if it works or not, and I don't want to break my tablet again xd
