2. Handsfree calling not working

Yep there's also a problem when playing games and wifi calling is enabled. When you accept the call the other person can't hear you at all

A weird thing has happend to my Magician - Bluetooth, which I don't use very much, gets turned on whenever I call out. It seems like this started to happend after I fiddled around with BT tools (now uninstalled).
Any tips on how one can fix this?
the coz of Pocket Bluetooth Tools ,it turn bluetooth ON automaticlly when u call or recived call, if that bother you install the previous version 1.0.1.2... 8)
Yup, that's one of the settings - one of the better features - of Pocket BT Tools.
What is the advantage with that? For a headset?

The automatic turning on of Bluetooth, is not a good feature, though it might be if there was an option of turning this feature off.
I found that the automatic turning on off Bluetooth uses up your battery power much faster as you never remember to turn the Bluetooth off.

my bluetooth tools turn bluetooth off again after the time set for it to autoturn off you know that clock in the today part of bluetooth tools
if you play with a regeditor you can set the time 100% yourself
I had a similar problem on CM ROM's on Mt4G, but that was because of poor strength of WiFi in CM kernel - it would disconnect the WiFi.
With G2X, it stays connected, and the Bluetooth is connected when on WiFi calling, but sound only on the device - not through the bluetooth. Calling on Network - Bluetooth works fine.
I am in home office, so use WiFi most of time.
Another issue - but probably not the G2x- Google voice dialing really sucks. Also was the case on MT4G - used Dragon Diction/Genus App - much better. Trying a market app, but not as good as D&G.
Works for me. I turned Bluetooth on first, and then Wi-Fi calling.
i syned my earpiece to BT had to restart the phone now it wont pair or find the device when i hit scan

I have a similar issue relating to bluetooth and wifi...here is my issue:
If I have both BT and wifi tether on it works, but as soon as i turn off WiFi tethering none of my BT devices will connect untill I reboot
I am also having trouble with my blue tooth. I use a handsfree device in my car. It syncs the blue tooth but seems to mute the sound. It doesnt work.
i got a nova light hands free bluetooth system in my car.
i can only use it for telephoning ...! but the sound of the voice out of this device is great .. so i thought it would be nice to have this device as bluetooth speaker to watch movies in car jams or something ...
in bluetooth settings there is a point that says device is connected to telefone... not to telephone audiosystem...
is there a way to get that done ? maybe a app or something ???

I just installed EaglesBlood*** [2.3.5 GB] For [G2X/EXT4][Working A2DP] (OCT-6th-2011) but still I can't get my bluetooth headset working. I can pair it and connect it. But when I try making a call, I hear a beep and then all voice is routed to the phone speaker. Anyone know how to fix it ?
I did a full wipe before I installed this ROM. the bluetooth works on CM nightly and weapon G2x.

Update 1: it seems after enabling wifi calling, the voice is routed to the speaker phone instead of the bluetooth headset. If I disable wifi calling, I can again use the bluetooth headset.
Update 2 : There is a bug report for this issue at --> http://code.google.com/p/cyanogenmod/issues/detail?id=4340

Hello Guys,
I created this app because i have a kia sportage 2013 with basic bluetooth capabilities pickup calls and bluetooth audio.
So i tried tasker to fullfil my need but tasker was to buggy for me. So decided to create an app that will make my basic bt radio into a smart one but making sure i dont have to look at the phone as that is dangerous and i have seen my self doing stupid stuff just to check on a notification.
So the point is to use the phone but not even look at it so you can pay attention to the road.
This is the best friend (BFF) of your Bluetooth Car Radio or speaker,headsets, headphones.
Features:
-Auto play music from your default player as soon it connects to your Bluetooth device.
Ex: get in your car, turn it. phone auto connects to car and start playing music through bluetooth using your favorite player.
Get off the car bluetooth disconnects, music stops playing.
-Proximity Sensor: You can use the proximity sensor to switch to Next Track on your music player or Open Google Now!
Ex: You are driving, dont like current song, so you dont look at the phone or radio. just hover your hand over the screen and
the next track will start playing. You can also use this option to trigger the assistant and make calls, send SMS, switch to next
song by voice command or any other google voice command.
-SpeakOut incoming Notifications: you can select which apps you want the phone to speak out through your Bluetooth device once you get them, (SMS,Emails, Artist - Song information,hangouts, facebook, etc.
Ex: While driving you will get voice notification of any selected app, you can also use the proximity sensor to shut them up in
case you get something privite and you have company.
-Disable WIFI as soon you connect to your Bluetooth device and re-enable it as soon as you disconnects from bluetooth, perfect for Car rides and save battery.
-Enable Bluetooth if you get a phone call, so it can connect to your Bluetooth device without taking your phone out of your pocket.
Ex: if are into safe as much battery life as you can and dont like to enable BT or you forgot. This option will enable it for
you and connect to your car so you can go hands freeand no stress/danger by looking for your phone in your pocket.
-Max out the Call Volume as soon as you pick it up the call volume incase you turn it down by mistake and ofcourse you cant touch your phone when you drive
-Drive detection,it will enable bluetooth if you are driving a car. in case you forgot to enable BT.
Ex: if you keep BT disable you can use this option to make your phone detect when you are driving so it will auto connect
to your car. It uses GPS but it didnt take more that 1% out of my battery during my testing.
-Android Auto Integration: This option will speak out any notification from android auto.
Ex: if you are privilege and have android auto in your car you can make it shout out all new notification from the android
auto system.
-Still under development, so please bring your feedback and any idea is welcome, i just want people to stay away from their phones while driving and the only way i can do that is to make sure they still have access to the phone with out looking at it.
